Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Indosat Persero Tbk Semarang (Indosat Ooredo Hutchison Pandanaran Outlet). As one of the important factors in human resources, employee performance plays a crucial role in achieving company goals. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 110 employees selected using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis methods include validity testing with factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha, and hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that leadership style, work environment, and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of self-confidence on entrepreneurial success through a systematic review of existing literature. Self-confidence is an important psychological factor in entrepreneurship, influencing risk-taking, innovation, persistence, and business performance. The research method used is a literature review involving the search and analysis of various relevant empirical studies. The results of the study indicate that high self-confidence is positively correlated with greater risk-taking ability, creativity in innovation, resilience in the face of failure, and achievement of better business performance. In addition, factors such as experience, education and entrepreneurial training, social support, and culture and economic climate are also found to play a significant role in shaping and strengthening entrepreneurial self-confidence. This study also identifies several challenges and gaps in previous research, such as variations in the definition and measurement of self-confidence, and the lack of qualitative and longitudinal approaches. Abstract

The aim of this study is to the direct correlation between leadership and role conflict with the trust of organizational members and indirect correlation through the role of sense of community as an intervening variable in the Paguyuban Wonogiri Manunggal Sedya (Pawonmas) organization. The research method was quantitative with a cross-sectional approach and used path analysis method using SMART-PLS. According to the study's findings, the majority of respondents (65%) have been members for five to eight years, and 41% are between the ages of 46 – 55 year old. Member trust is strongly correlated with leadership, role conflict, and sense of community; however, sense of community does not have a strong role in the indirect correlation between leadership and role conflict and member trust. In conclusion, it is necessary to attempts the sense of community among members in order to strengthen members' trust in the organization. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how entrepreneurial competence can realize competitive advantage in Korean Noodle Shop MSMEs located in Wadas Lemahabang, which offers various Korean specialties. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Korean Noodle Shops have entrepreneurial competence that includes the ability to create new flavors, consistency in posting products on social media, the ability to prepare financial reports, and the presence of business partners. Competitive advantages include special spice blends, competitive pricing, and the ability to survive and compete for six years. The obstacles faced include a location far from the city center, lack of use of digital marketing, some raw materials purchased online, and long-lasting service. The proposed solutions to overcome these obstacles include opening a branch in the city center, registering sales through digital marketing, stocking raw materials for the next few days, adding local business partners, and training for chefs to improve service speed. This study provides important insights for the development of entrepreneurial strategies to increase the competitive advantage of MSMEs in the culinary sector. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of work stress, compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama Medan. This study is a descriptive study. The population and sample of this study were 67 employees of PT. Autostar Mandiri Teknotama with a saturated sampling technique. The statistical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that partially stated work stress, compensation and work environment had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama Medan. And also simultaneously stated that all independent variables had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama Medan. Conclusion, simultaneously and partially work stress, compensation and work environment had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama Medan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, and profitability on tax avoidance in technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021-2023 period. The research method used is quantitative with secondary data analysis from financial reports published through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Analysis techniques include descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of the study partially show that Institutional Ownership has a significant but negative effect on tax avoidance with a t-value of -6.350 and a significance of 0.028, which is greater than 0.05. The Independent Board of Commissioners has a significant but negative effect on tax avoidance, reflected in the t-value of -5.395 and a significance of 0.034, which is greater than 0.05. Likewise, profitability has a significant but negative effect on tax avoidance with a t-value of -1.758 and a significance of 0.048 greater than 0.05. Simultaneous analysis shows that the combination of these three variables as a whole has a significant effect on tax avoidance. In conclusion, each variable partially and simultaneously shows a significant influence on tax avoidance, which indicates that these factors need to be considered in the company's strategy related to tax avoidance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, quality, and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT Christaraka Sukses Selalu, Medan City. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with data collected from 85 consumers using the Slovin technique to determine the sample. Based on the t-test, price and quality do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a t-count value smaller than t-table and a significance above 0.05. On the other hand, promotion has a significant effect, with a t-count greater than t-table and a significance of 0.001. The simultaneous F test shows that price, quality, and promotion together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a calculated F value of 53.606 and a significance of 0.001. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.598 indicates that 59.8% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by the variables of price, quality, and promotion, while the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

This study aims to create an innovation in coffee-based culinary products by combining two plant materials, namely coffee and sap, to produce non-alcoholic grape-flavored sap coffee that has never been produced before. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through FGD (Focus Group Discussion) with relevant stakeholders. The results of the study indicate that the coffee and sugar palm forests in the area are very productive and have great potential to support improving the welfare of farmers. In addition, the marketing model for this innovative sap coffee product is carried out offline and online, expanding the market reach. In conclusion, the innovation of non-alcoholic grape-flavored sap coffee can have a positive impact on improving the economy of coffee and sugar palm farmers in Sukamakmur Village, as well as opening up new job opportunities through productive management of natural resources. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy related to PT. Natobin Tobacco Internasional in marketing recon tobacco in competition with pure tobacco in cigarette factories in Indonesia. As well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the marketing strategy at PT. Natobin Tobacco International. This type of research is descriptive. The population in this study are company owners and employees at PT. Natobin Tobacco International, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed by SWOT. The results of the research show that the main factor that becomes the strength of PT. Natobin Tobacco International has a wide distribution network with a large number of 0.60. The main weakness of the company based on the calculation of the IFAS Matrix is related to the increase in production costs which can affect company profits with a score of 0.32. PT. Natobin Tobacco Internasional is a company that can expand its market overseas with a score of 0.57, while PT. Natobin Tobacco International is competition with other tobacco companies that will emerge in the future, for example, large companies have started to get involved in tobacco, with a score of 0.33. The right alternative strategy to be implemented by PT. Natobin Tobacco International is a strategy of product differentiation and brand strengthening can help companies maintain market share and increase competitive advantage. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Subjective Norms (X1) and Customer Value (X2) on Repurchase Intention (Y) through Customer Satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable among Erigo brand customers on Shopee. This type of research is quantitative, using Judgment Sampling or purposive sampling for sampling techniques, and data collection is conducted through surveys using questionnaires. The results show that subjective norms have a significant role in influencing repurchase intention. Customer value positively influences repurchase intention. Subjective norms positively affect customer satisfaction. Customer value has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction positively affects repurchase intention. In conclusion, customer satisfaction is able to mediate the variables of customer value and subjective norms with repurchase intention for the Erigo brand on Shopee.
