Teachers as the most important source of transmitting learning material undoubtedly have thousands of heads to achieve competent teaching quality. In this current era, teachers must be able to change learning media that are allegedly monotonous and can make students bored in class into media that are innovative and make students enthusiastic in class. Technology and information-based learning environments are used in the learning process or in learning strategies. Quizwhizzer. is a learning media that helps students learn independently, can be used anytime and anywhere, and is very useful for learning activities. Additionally Quizwhizzer. able to open students' knowledge because of Quizwhizzer. is very open and contains a lot of interactive learning, so that it can enable students to get lessons that may not have been taught in class. The aim of this research is to reveal the use of Quizwhizzer. in learning activities. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was collected through observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out through transcription, coding and verification. The research results show that teachers use Quizwhizzer in class. This media makes it easier for teachers to provide educational material to students through the interactive game Quizwhizzer.

Dalam artikel ini berfokus kepada QS. An-Nisa/4:35, surah ini menjelaskan penyelesaian ketika terjadi persengketaan dalam rumah tangga yakni dengan menghadirkan dua orang hakim baik itu dari pihak laki-laki (suami) ataupun dari pihak perempuan (istri). Tujuan dari artikel ini untuk menggali pemahaman terkait konflik rumah tangga (suam-istri) dalam sudut padang Al-Qur'an. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan, yang sumber rujukannya melalui buku, jurnal dan juga penelitian terdahulu yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan surah an-Nisa. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode tahlili dalam menafsirkan ayat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik yang terjadi dalam rumah tangga diselesaikan antara suami-istri dan merujuk pada penyelesaian atau solusi yang diberikan (dijelaskan) dalam al-Qur’an sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam QS. An-Nisa ayat 35 sehingga dapat membangun keluarga yang Sakinah, mawaddah dan warahmah. Penelitian ini sangat berimplikasi bahwa tidak dapat dipungkiri setiap rumah tangga memiliki ujian dan problem masalah yang berbeda-beda. Namun setiap masalah tentu memiliki jalan keluar apakah itu dengan bersabar dan membangun kemabli keluarga yang di impikan ataukah kemudian berpisah dengan cara yang baik.

This study aims to elaborate ideas on character education in Islam, referring to the Quran and Sunnah as the main guidelines for Muslims. The study also examines how these concepts relate to the current era of globalization. The focus of this study is character issues, which are very important to study, especially because of the dynamics of life in the current era of globalization. The research method used is literature study, which involves the use of primary data sources from the Quran as well as various relevant scientific papers. The Quran offers character education concepts such as faith in Allah (monotheism), compassion (including filial piety to parents and children), responsibility, and peace-loving. The results of this study increase our understanding of the importance of character education in overcoming the challenges faced in the era of globalization. This research finds that applying Islamic character values as the main foundation for building a firm and characterful character is very important in facing the increasingly complex dynamics of globalization.

The value of gold investment is not eroded by inflation, the price trend continues to increase, buying and selling transactions are flexible, making gold an alternative investment choice. The aim of this research is to determine and describe the development of sharia gold pawning linked between gold pawning and gold investment as protection for assets. The method used in this research is descriptive, this research data was obtained from interviews with pawnshop customers and questionnaires and used secondary data from library literature, other relevant source books. The results of this research show the development of sharia pawnshops from sharia gold pawning, which was originally only an alternative financing and additional capital in the short term, has actually begun to be used as a means for investing, by taking advantage of the increase in the value of gold prices and the convenience and relief of sharia gold pawning. Investing in gold by buying, saving and then selling using pawn services, namely by buying, saving and then pawning is a strategy for investing in gold and a solution for maintaining gold investments

The development of technology in the current era is very rapid, this directly changes people's needs and lifestyles, the development of information and communication technology includes two aspects, namely information technology and communication technology, in general information technology and communication technology for learning aims to make students understand technological devices information and communication in general, including computer (literacy) and information literacy, which means students recognize the terms used in information and communication technology. Leadership in an organization, especially in the school world, has an important role in designing the organization's vision and mission and ensuring success and achievement of goals. The leadership style applied by the leader greatly influences the effectiveness of organizational management. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, with the principal of the Kedawung State Vocational School as the resource person. Leadership is a person's ability to influence other people to achieve organizational goals. There are various leadership styles, including: Authoritarian Leadership Style, Democratic Leadership Style, Free Leadership Style (Laissez-faire) and Visionary Leadership Style. The principal of Kedawung State Vocational School applies various leadership styles according to the situation, such as democratic and free for non-formal agendas, and authoritarian for a formal agenda. Research shows that each leadership style has advantages and disadvantages, and a good leader is one who can make decisions by considering the situation and the risks involved.

This article discusses three main aspects of education policy in Indonesia: education policy analysis, Government Employee with Work Agreement (PPPK) policy, and Teacher Mobilization policy. Education policy analysis is an intellectual and practical process that focuses on the creation, critical assessment, and communication of knowledge related to education policy to resolve various problems. Teachers have an important role in developing students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects and function as facilitators, processors and educational planners. The PPPK policy aims to improve the welfare of honorary teachers by raising salary standards and providing more secure job status. However, this policy also has negative impacts such as a shortage of students in private schools due to the transfer of teachers to state schools. The Teacher Mobilization Program is designed to improve teacher competency through training that focuses on 21st century learning and Pancasila education. Mobilizing Teachers are expected to be agents of change in the education ecosystem, promoting innovation, creativity and student-centered learning. Through analysis of education policies, PPPK policies, and the Teacher Mobilization program, this article highlights the important role of teachers in education as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Komunikasi yang efektif di lembaga pendidikan menjadi bagian yang penting guna mendukung terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang positif, sehingga menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif tidak dapat luput dari sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana MTs Al-Washliyah dalam menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif dilembaga pendidikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus, instrument yang digunakan berupa wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa reduksi data, pemilihan data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) strategi menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif ini dengan memilih dan menetapkan seorang komunikator, mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara dan mendengarkan khususnya bagi karyawan, keterlibatan orang tua, memanfaatkan dan menggunakan teknologi serta membuka komunikasi secara luas. 2) dampak komunikasi yang efektif ini mampu membangun hubungan yang kuat, pengembangan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik, meningkatkan kepuasan dan keterlibatan serta mampu meningkatkan budaya organisasi. The separation of parents often results in neglect of child care. This can be seen in societies where divorce often occurs. In conditions like this, problems arise as to which parent has more right to care for the child. The settlement can be carried out through a legal process with a court decision with the aim of ensuring legal certainty in the future. This research aims to find out the basic considerations of judges at the Surakarta Religious Court in determining custody of minor children to their fathers and how the legal review of legal considerations in this case is carried out. This type of research is library research which takes secondary data sources in the form of decisions of the Surakarta Religious Court. This research uses data analysts who discuss and explain the judge's considerations in determining custody of minor children in terms of Maṣlaḥah law. The results of the research show that the judge's consideration in determining custody of a minor child to his father is based on law number 23 of 2002 article 13 concerning child protection after divorce, and law number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage as well as a compilation of Islamic law articles 105 and 156 which regulates the rights of children who are not yet mumayiz, And secondly, the judge's consideration in determining custody of a minor child to the father is based on the maṣlaḥah theory, namely adhering to the five pillars of maqāṣid asy-syari’ah including the maintenance of the child's mind, religion, soul, property, all of which aims to realize justice and benefit for the child. in accordance with the objectives of the problem.
