Islamic banks in Indonesia were born in 1992, but their development has only been rapid since 1998, namely since the amendment to the 1992 banking law, which includes equipment regarding the Islamic banking system in the law. Since then, Islamic banks have grown by an average of 150% per year. The central bank, namely Bank Indonesia, and other groups in the market contributed to significant growth, this was done through outreach programs to the public. In December 2003, the Indonesian Ulema Council, an independent clerical body acting as a fatwa for Islamic banking products and operations, issued a decree that interest is haram. This fatwa leads to a rapid increase in deposits to Islamic banks. Although harsh criticism was launched by some Muslim intellectuals, but the fatwa attracted wide attention and awareness of Muslims, but the fatwa attracted widespread attention and awareness of Muslims in general in Indonesia, which caused discussions about Islamic banking to increase rapidly in every region and region of Indonesia. There are two factors behind the success of Islamic banks in increasing deposits from the market. Apart from that, there are also other factors that contributed to this success, such as a number of academics finding alternatives to the capitalistic and secular economic system which is believed to be the main cause of the 1997-2003 Indonesian economic crisis.

This writing explains about the principles of learning Islamic Religious Education sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith. Learning in Islam always pays attention to individual differences (alfarq al-fardiyyah). For educators, the learning process is an obligation that is worth worship, which will be accounted for before Allah SWT in the hereafter, so that in its implementation it must be serious in educating children. So that it makes a pious and pious child. The type of research used in this paper is library research, which is a type of research that limits its activities to library collection materials without the need to conduct field research. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study explain that the learning principles of Islamic Religious Education include: 1) Student centered learning, 2) Learning by doing, 3) Lifelong learning (long life education), 4) Learning through imitation (learning by impersonation), 5) Learning through habituation (learning by habituation). The specific approaches in learning Islamic Religious Education, namely: 1) Education by example, 2) Education by customs, 3) Education by advice, 4) Education by paying attention, 5) Education by giving punishment.

Fawatih al-suwar is the preamble or beginning of the surahs in the Qur'an because of its position that initiates the passage of texts in a Letter of the Qur'an. Of the 114 letters in the Qur'an, there are 29 letters beginning with al-ahruf al-muqaththa'ah. Al-ahruf al-muqaththa'ah consists of a portion of the Hijaiyah letters. As is known the letters, the Hijaiyah letters in arabic consist of 28 letters, or in other opinions 29 letters if the letters ال are part of the letters. Of the 28 letters, 14 of them are part of al-ahruf al-muqaththa'ah. Namely: ق، ط، س، ر، ح، ا، ي ل، ن، م، ل، ع، ه، ك،. Al-ahruf al-muqaththa'ah is a separoh of the Hijaiyah letter, a part of the letter hams is al-ahruf al- muqaththa'ah. In Fawatih al-suwar, it is depicted that the technique of opening up good lessons, so as to arouse the interest and motivation of students in learning. In addition to the technique of opening lessons, the educational value contained in fawatih al-suwar is the giving of praise/reward and punishment/punishment. This can be seen in the opening of the Qur'an letter using praise and verdict. Another educational value contained in fawatih al-suwar is the method of giving questions.

Modernization that is happening today has brought changes to various aspects of life areas including education. The modernization of education occurred in the 19th century which was driven by the ruling elite who wanted Muslims not to be left behind by western nations by learning and adopting western progress, while modernization in Indonesia occurred in the 20th century which originated from the colonizers which was realized by establishing modern schools by struggle organizations led by reform figures. In the modern era, Islamic religious education and Islamic educational institutions are required to be professional, because society has undergone changes by prioritizing rationality. Efforts to reconcile religious teachings and the modern era continue to be made by Muslims to show that Islam is appropriate and does not conflict with the modern era. In the modern era, human life will be characterized by two tendencies that contradict each other/oppose Islam. Advances in science and technology (science and technology) bring positive and negative influences to human life, both of which are opposed to each other so that what is needed now is whether Islamic religious education is able to overcome and dialogue. This article will discuss modernization in education along with examples in an effort to become a quality school.

This paper discusses the differences in the views of scholars about the status of invalid and whether or not people have cupping during the day of Ramadan. The first hadith that the Prophet once said “Afthara al-Hajim wa al Mahjum,” the fasting of people with cupping is invalidated when fasting, but in another hadith it is explained that the Prophet Muhammad used to cupping during the day when he was fasting in Ramadan, “ihtajam al-naby wa huwa sha’imun.” This study is a library of research that explains and compares the legal differences of juries from the existence of the two hadith. The conclusion of this study is (1) that both hadiths are included in the category of hadith shohih in the science of hadith, (2) differences in the use and perspective of fiqh scholars have an impact on differences in the legal status of fasting people who are in the daytime of Ramadan. The first group, such as the Hanbali school, Ishaq Ibn Rahawaih, Ibn Khuzaimah, Ibn al-Mundzir, and Ibn Taimiyah argued that the law of fasting was void, while other groups such as the Hanafiyah Madhab, Shafi’iyyah madhab, Malikiyah and al-Zhawahiriyah argued not to be void but makruh.

The conclusion of this research is a Leaning by Doing learning model in the perspective of the Qur'an at Ciganjur School, South Jakarta by using several approaches, namely the experiential approach, the habituation approach to develop students with routine and programmatic habituation. The preparation carried out is to compile the vision, mission and program of Sekolah Alam, compile the implementation of learning, compile lesson schedules and prepare teaching preparation documents. The learning model is implied in learning in schools through an agenda of activities related to the physical and spiritual as well as extracurricular. Another interesting thing found in this researcher is the learning model implemented in the School of Nature, which is a learning integration method that combines kauniyah and kauliyah verses on Earth. So that students are able to grow up to become caliphs on Earth. So that the results can be seen from the perspective of students who show the maturity of interaction with good nature. Students not only master the cognitive aspects, but the psychomotor and effective aspects also show excellent results. The findings of this study are that the learning model of learning by doing perperktif Al Qu'an is carried out in the form of Al-I'tibar, namely taking lessons from nature, thinking, being grateful for favors and exploring the secrets of Allah's creation and Al-Intifa' which is to take advantage and make the best use of it, the three Al-Ishlahs are to improve, preserve nature and maintain it in accordance with the purpose of His creation.

The rapid development of technology and information in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has positive and negative impacts on the world of education, especially students. Improper use actually makes technology have the potential to create new delinquency and crime among teenagers. So that a special character education approach is needed in dealing with this, namely character education with local wisdom. This study uses a descriptive approach with a review of technical literature from various relevant written sources. So as to produce analysis, evaluation and synthesis of knowledge relevant to the expected problem. There are three approaches that can be taken in an effort to strengthen character education based on local wisdom in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. First, to integrate character education based on local wisdom into subjects. Second, control the school culture. Third, optimizing extracurricular activities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah Kerabat Pulo Kambing (KSPPS Bersatu Kerabat Pulo Kambing) dimana faktor yang diukur adalah kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan imbal hasil.Strategi pendekatan pada penelitian adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah Kerabat Pulo Kambing (KSPPS Bersatu Kerabat Pulo Kambing). Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan maka peneliti memilih 50 anggota aktif yang ditetapkan sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini.Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah Kerabat Pulo Kambing, berarti semakin tinggi atau semakin rendah kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah Kerabat Pulo Kambing, berarti semakin tinggi atau semakin rendah kualitas produk yang dihasilkan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Imbal hasil berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah Kerabat Pulo Kambing, berarti semakin tinggi atau semakin rendah imbal hasil yang dihasilkan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi metode ijtihad dan alur penerbitan fatwa yang digunakan oleh DSN MUI dalam menerbitkan fatwa-fatwanya di bidang fiqh muamalat dan ciri khas fatwa DSN MUI. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah Library Research dengan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan fiqh dan ushul al-fiqh. Dalam hal ini penulis mendeskripsikan alur ijtihad yang digunakan oleh DSN dalam melaksanakan ijtihad kolektif juga melakukan eksplorasi dan analisis terhadap metode ijtihad bagi fatwa-fatwa yang diterbitkan oleh DSN MUI. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa fatwa yang diterbitkan oleh DSN MUI adalah fatwa kolektif yang menggunakan 4 landasan dalam berfatwa. Dalam proses penerbitan suatu fatwa diperlukan alur proses yang harus dilalui. DSN MUI juga memiliki metode tersendiri dalam menerbitkan fatwa di bidang mu’amalat, yang disebut dengan makharij fiqhiyyah. Dengan metode khas ini fatwa yang diterbitkan oleh DSN MUI tidak berisi vonis halal atau haram terhadap masalah yang ditanyakan oleh mustafti, akan tetapi fatwa DSN MUI memberikan solusi atas masalah yang ditanyakan oleh mustafti

Dinamika pemikiran Islam menunjukkan trend yang sama sekali baru, perkembangan ini ditandai dengan lahirnya karya-karya akademis dan intelektual sebagai pembacaan ulang terhadap warisan budaya dan intelektual Islam. Tradisi bukan dimaknai sebagai penerimaan secara totalitas atas warisan klasik, sehingga istilah otentisitas menjadi sesuatu yang debatable. Pengkajian terhadap turats mutlak dibutuhkan dalam rangka menemukan formasi baru epistemologi Arab-Islam. Sebab inti reformasi pemikiran sebenarnya terletak pada upaya mengembangkan sebuah metode dan visi baru tentang turats. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode analisis kajian pustaka. Peneliti mengambil data dengan teknik mencari referensi dari berbagai sumber pustaka, terutama mengambil data dari sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Sumber primer yakni sumber data utama yang dicari, adapun sumber sekunder merupakan data pendukung. Sumber primer terdiri dari buku karya Muhammed Abed Al-Jabiri yang berjudul Formasi Nalar Arab: Kritik Tradisi Menuju pembebasan dan pluralism wacana Interreligius. Adapun sumber sekunder terdiri dari buku, jurnal, hasil seminar dan diskusi dengan ahli yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Islam sebagai agama baru” bagi bangsa Arab masehi telah menjadi inspirator utama untuk menjadi bangsa yang besar dan terkenal. Ada beberapa sarjana muslim yang memberikan wacana pemikiran mengenai tradisi dan budaya yaitu lebih tepatnya turats. Antara lain yaitu: Pertama, Muhammed Arkoun menggunakanistilah dekonstruktif untuk turats. Ia bukan hanya berani membongkar (mendekontruksi), tetapi ia juga mencoba membangun kembali (rekontruksi) tradisi Islam yang pernah ada. Namun, ini nampaknya sebuah proyek yang sukar, sehingga ia terpaksa melakukan rekontruksi ini dengan meminjam metode dari Barat. Kedua, Hasan Hanafi menggunakan istilah oksidentalisme untuk turat. oksidentalisme ini tidak dapat dilepaskan dari tiga pilar atau agenda dari proyek tradisi dan pembaharuannya (at-turats wa at-tajdid), yang meliputi sikap kritis terhadap tradisi, sikap kritis terhadap Barat dan inilah yang sering disebut dengan oksidentalisme dan sikap kritis terhadap realitas
