Abstract

AbstractPesantren Modern Al-Amanah is a pesantren-based Islamic educational institution located in Junwangi, Krian, Sidoarjo. In this pandemic era, the pesantren has resumed teaching and learning activities. With the number of 2,000 students, the pesantren has designed a variety of preventive and curative measures to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus and maintain the safety of the students' souls. One of preventive efforts carried out by pesantren is through a vaccination program in the pesantren environment. The purpose of this article is to find out and describe how Islamic boarding schools view the phenomenon of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially regarding vaccines which are then correlated with the theory of hifz al-nafs in the study of maqasid al-syariah. This study uses a qualitative method through a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach in the form of interviews with the head of the Covid-19 task force at the Al-Amanah Modern Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study imply that the implementation of vaccination from the maqasid al-syariah point of view is a very urgent matter. In addition, the procurement of Covid-19 vaccination activities has also been proven to be able to prevent Islamic boarding schools from spreading clusters of the Covid-19 virus.

Abstract

Since its establishment in the 13th century, Islamic boarding schools have played a key role in deradicalization using the exegesis of the Qur'an in Indonesia. The diversity of Islamic boarding schools is the result of the creativity of the ulama in acculturating the culture of the local Muslim community with the kyai as the main driver. As an Islamic educational institution, Islamic boarding schools integrate with the community in performing spiritual worship, educating, and integrating normative culture in religion. Islamic boarding schools create a harmonious, pluralist, and inclusive Muslim community. Nowadays, Islamic boarding schools face accusations from the West as an institution that produces radicals and terrorists. Bombings in Indonesia are mostly done by alumni of Islamic boarding schools. Bomb documents from JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton hotels belonging to Jamaah Islamiyah (JI) contain information that 141 Islamic boarding schools and 388 Islamic leaders have joined JI. This study aims to complement the shortcomings of existing studies by highlighting the role of Islamic boarding schools in deradicalization using the exegesis of the Qur’an for students in Central Java so that they can avoid radicalism and terrorism. This study is crucial to answer negative accusations against Islamic boarding schools and encourage the creation of moderate exegeses. To elaborate on this effort, the researcher uses the social dialectical theory of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann, the concept of non-violent Islam from Abdurrahman Wahid, and the concept of Zamakhsyari Dhofier's Islamic boarding schools using socio-anthropological perspectives.

Abstract

AbstractThe cultural heritage of the village is becoming a hot discussion in the midst of such rapid global progress. Among the existing policies, each village is encouraged to have a policy document for the promotion of culture as a basis for development. One of the cultural heritages that is no less interesting is the philosophy of the Tapangeli teachings and Sunan Muria's Pager Mangkok. This can be said as an intangible cultural heritage that underlies the social, economic and cultural behavior of the people in the Muria Region to this day. This research using a qualitative approach, this study aims to narrate social praxis and the efforts made by the people of the Piji Wetan Cultural Village of Lau Village in realizing the above ideals. As a knife of analysis, the researcher uses the bourdieurian theory to reveal the norms and values agreed by the Piji Wetan community in preserving the legacy of Sunan Muria. As a result, the people of the Piji Wetan Cultural Village with the application of their bourdieurian theory won an award from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture as the best cultural village in 2020. Thus, researchers hope that this can inspire academics and social actors who want to advance culture like the Piji Wetan community in Lau Village.

Abstract

At the end of 2021, the President of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the formation of the National Commission for Disabilities (KND). They certainly need research data to support research-based policies. This article formulates the applied philosophy of disability-responsive Islamic higher education in Indonesia with a case study at IAIN Alaudin Makassar. This study uses a philosophical, phenomenological and educational policy approach. The data collected by observation, interviews and documentation were then analyzed with a philosophical and phenomenological perspective within the framework of education policy. This study concludes that the most important thing and is the main capital in building an inclusive campus is the issue of world view, namely the philosophical foundation that gives birth to the attitudes, behavior and culture of the campus community and society as a whole to build an inclusive campus for students with disabilities. With a philosophical vision of becoming a center for enlightenment and transformation of science and technology based on Islamic civilization, this is a curriculum idea that has the potential to be reconstructed into a curriculum document as a reference in curriculum implementation in achieving disability-responsive educational goals. This framework of thinking is part of an applied Islamic paradigm that is in line with the reasoning of the religion of peace or as a form of prophetic thinking paradigm based on theo-anthropocentric existentialist philosophy of  Islamic Religious Higher Education in Indonesia

Abstract

National education has a function of developing cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects, as well as the formation of noble personality as a dignified nation's identity. Global changes that are very quick to demand the world of education to respond and adjust to compiling a curriculum that is able to adopt these changes, one that must adjust to the madrasa curriculum. In the KMA regulates graduation standards, core competencies (KI), and basic competencies (KD) for the field of Hadith Qur'an Studies, Akidah Akhlak, Fiqh, SKI, and Arabic which are the peculiarities of madrasas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the application of ethnographic methods in the implementation of KMA 183 of 2019. One aspect that can be measured using an ethnographic approach is an aspect of attitude. To get valid data quality, ethnographic studies have stages 1) selecting community groups (class), 2) investigating to obtain information, 3) processing and interpreting data, and 4) Finalization of data and compiling reports. This research has implications for the application of ethnography in the implementation of KMA 183 of 2019 in PAI learning in madrasah. It is expected that more madrassas are expected to use ethnography to do the size of the quality of attitude.

Abstract

Madrasah is part of educational organizations that provide Islamic education. Madrasah continues to innovate and reform in their implementation to become educational institutions that have advantages and can compete in the midst of globalization.. One form of effort to improve teacher performance is the actualization of madrasah organizational culture, which is reflected in aspects of values and norms that are believed to be true, attitudes and behavior of madrasah residents, and all habits traditions that are internalized with educational programs in Madrasah. This study aims to describe the organizational culture of madrasah by referring to the concept of theory, descriptive analysis to improve teacher performance. The method in this reseach used an approach mixed method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observation instruments. The data are presented with quantitative descriptive analysis accompanied by qualitative descriptive analysis. Respondents and informants in this research were selected through cluster sampling, which consisted of madrasah principals, teachers, and private madrasah aliyah committees in Jepara. This study describes that the achievement of madrasah organizational culture in the dimensions of values, attitudes, and habits reaches an average value in the excellent category. It is necessary to increase the collaboration indicators between teachers and appreciate the performance. There are organizational cultural values that are believed to be a form of worship and a spirit of devotion (hidmah), and prioritize education based on exemplary, habituation of religious activities and the formation of ahlakul karimah.

Abstract

Internalisasi atau penanaman nilai akhlaqul karimah terhadap peserta didik menjadi sangat penting dalam era globalisasi seperi sekarang ini, karena moral semakin tergerus adanya gesekan kamajuan zaman. Peran pendidik dan sistem pendidikan serta metode dalam pembelajaran perlu diupayakan seoptimal mungkin agar tujuan pendidikan dapat tercapai sesuai yang diharapakan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode dalam memperoleh data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam analisis data dengan menggunakan reduksi data, karena pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Akhlaqul Karimah dalam hal ini siswa Kelas V pada Pembelajaran Akidah Akhlaq di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kecamatan Windusari kabupaten Magelang studi kasus di MI Al-Islam Balesari, MI Al-Islam Kembangkuning, dan MI Nurul Huda Candisari. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kelas V pada Pembelajaran Akidah Akhlaq di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kecamatan Windusari kabupaten Magelang studi kasus di MI Al-Islam Balesari, MI Al-Islam Kembangkuning, dan MI Nurul Huda Candisari.  meliputi beberapa tahapan seperti: (a) tahapan pengenalan dan pemahaman terhadap materi yang diajarkan, (b) tahap penerimaan dengan menginginkan proses belajar merasakan berkaitan konteks lingkungan seperti dalam kegiataan keagamaan, keteladanan, pembiasaan  seta motivasi, (c) tahapan pengintegrasian, yaitu seorang pelajar mulai memasukkan nilai ke dalam keseluruhan sistem nilai yang di anutnya.  2) Kelas V pada Pembelajaran Akidah Akhlaq di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kecamatan Windusari kabupaten Magelang studi kasus di MI Al-Islam Balesari, MI Al-Islam Kembangkuning, dan MI Nurul Huda Candisari.  meliputi: strategi transinternal, yaitu strategi yang melibatkan guru dan siswa dalam komunikasi yang aktif, baik verbal, fisik maupun batin. Selain itu juga terdapat faktor pendukung, seperti adanya penambahan jam mata pelajaran pada kegiatan keagamaan dengan materi tersendiri, kemudian sekolah berada di lingkungan pedesaan yang strategis untuk proses belajar, kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan, tata tertib, situasi lingkungan sekolah, keteladanan dan pembiasaan secara bersama-sama telah mengarah pada internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlaqul karimah. Adapun faktor penghambatnya meliputi tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap ajaran Islam yang berbeda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada implemntasi pendidikan nilai dalam mata pelajaran PAI di SMA Negeri I Bae Kudus dan implikasinya terhadap perkembangan moral siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode kualitatif digunakan karena metode ini dapat menjawab permaslahan yang telah ditentujan secara komprehensif. Selain itu dengan metode ini akan diperoleh data yang lebih lengkap, lebih mendalam, kredibel dan bermakna. Adapun hasil penelitiannya adalah bahwa Pembelajaran PAI di SMA I Bae Kudus diarahkan untuk mencapai standar kompetensi yang mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Dan Pembelajaran nilai melalui mata pelajaran PAI memberi dampak bagi perkembangan moralitas siswa yang tercermin dalam perilaku keberagamaan mereka. Salah satu indikator yang dapat diukur adalah adanya perubahan dan kemajuan dalam perilaku keberagmaan siswa, seperti peningkatan komitmen keberagamaan siswa, tumbuhnya kepedulian social kepada sesama serta ketaatan dalam menjaga etika pergaulan.

Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RELIGION AND PHILOSOPHY (Searching the Fallacy Philosophy of  al-Ghazali, Responding the Connection between Philosophy and Religion of  Ibn Rushd). Philosophy and religion are considered as the two entities as if  different. Religion is indicated on revelation as the primary foundation and affiliated to the principles of  normativity. Meanwhile, the philosophy is more leaning on the principles of rationality embodies the values of divinity rububiyyah in the historical domain. Necessarily, the two aspects above adhere to the principles of  various viewpoints. From these points, both of  them want to achieve the ultimate truth in interpreting the texts of  the Lord that is still abstract. Textuality and contextuality become the important determinants ultimately carried by the two segments of  thought. The originality of  religious doctrine becomes an important aspect which was presented by al-Ghazali in order to confront the world of philosophy-laden fiction. Philosophy and religion in the view of  al-Ghazali are the two different entities and existences. Meanwhile, Ibn Rushd struggled to establish the two entities and the existences of  this ijtihad which become an aspect that can be integrated. Both are struggling to find the truth.keywords: Philosophy, Religion, Theology, Logic, Confusion,.Filsafat dan agama dinilai sebagai dua entitas yang “seakan-akan” berbeda. Agama lebih berindikasi pada wahyu sebagai landasan primernya dan berafiliasi pada prinsip-prinsip normativitas. Sementara itu, filsafat yang lebih berhaluan pada prinsip-prinsip rasionalitas mewujudkan nilai-nilai ketuhanan rububiyyah dalam domain historis. Secara niscaya, kedua aspek di atas menganut prinsip-prinsip sudut pandang angle yang bervariasi. Dari variasi sudut pandang keduanya ingin mencapai suatu kebenaran hakiki dalam menafsirkan teks-teks Tuhan yang masih bersifat absrak. Tekstualitas dan kontekstualitas menjadi dua determinasi penting yang akhirnya diusung oleh kedua segmentasi  pemikiran  tersebut.  Pengusungan  orisinalitas  doktrin agama  menjadi  aspek  penting  yang  diketengahkan  al-Ghazali guna  mengkonfrontasi  dunia  filsafat  yang  sarat  rekaan.  Filsafat dan agama dalam pandangan al-Ghazali merupakan dua entitas dan eksistensi yang berbeda. Sementara itu, Ibnu Rusyd berjuang untuk mengukuhkan bahwa kedua entitas dan eksistensi ijtihad ini merupakan aspek yang dapat dipadukan. Keduanya berjuang untuk mencari suatu kebenaran.kata kunci: Filsafat, Agama, Teologi, Logika, Kerancuan, Hukum, Fikih.
