Abstract

There is a direct impact between governance and corruption. They also evolve over time. For governance, the development of the concept has brought us to Sound Governance, a concept that is suitable and responds to international norms of governance. While the development concept has concluded the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), one of the Goals is the establishment of a strong institution. This work was conducted in the law and policy framework using regulations and public policy as the main reference for analyzing and evaluating purposes. The result has shown that implementation of Sound Governance with the adoption of Goal 16 target and indicator is the useful mean for corruption prevention and the for village governance.

Abstract

Eradication of corruption in Indonesia has been pursued through various efforts, but the phenomenon of corruption is still very worrying. One of the efforts is through cooperation between stakeholders so that the eradication of corruption can be carried out more comprehensively from various aspects of life. This study aims to analyze the role and cooperation of stakeholders in eradicating corruption to realize good governance in Indonesia. Secondary data sources are used in this study, in the form of the latest online news, the results of previous research published in reputable journals as well as reports from both government and private entities. The data were analyzed using domain analysis techniques, to get a general picture of the object under study that came from social issues. Based on the Penta Helix approach, it can be seen that stakeholders who play a role in eradicating corruption in Indonesia consist of the Government, Community, Private, Academic, and Mass Media. Although all stakeholders have played a role, this role has not been as expected. Likewise, collaboration between stakeholders has not been carried out optimally. Therefore, a more comprehensive study is needed to increase the role and collaboration among the stakeholders involved.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has developed policies aimed at encouraging village governments to learn to do business. Through the allocation of funds given to the village government, it is hoped that the village can develop a village-owned business. In its development, village governments in Indonesia have responded well to this policy, so that currently many villages have business units. However, as a public business, it is necessary to ask whether the village business has been carried out in an accountable manner. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the accountability system of village business management in Indonesia. This study uses a public governance approach, because village businesses use public funds, so public involvement is very important in its management. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, targeting BUMDes in Banyumas. The results of the study show how public participation can prevent corruption.

Abstract

In Aceh Barat Daya District, this essay examines the role of stakeholders as players in empowering the women's group "Agreed" through regional potential. This study employs a case study methodology and a qualitative research design. Data was gathered by observation, interviews, and documentation. Triangulation validity, reliability, and interactive analysis models were then used to analyze the data. The study's findings demonstrate that stakeholders have played a significant role as policy actors for empowerment programs since the implementation of the Participatory Missile Appraisal (PRA) and Participation Assessment Plan (MPA) processes, which prioritize community involvement. supported by the application of the ideas of corporate development, institutional development, and human development. However, it is clear from the existence of unresolved business issues like seasonal business, the lack of specialized training and enrichment of product innovation for groups, as well as the inability to organize businesses, that the needs of the "Agreed" women's group have not been met in practice as expected. So, solid cooperation between policy actors is needed in carrying out empowerment and more efforts to evaluate implementation to assess the level of success of the program being implemented

Abstract

This study was undertaken in order to ascertain the opinions of ODGPZ and to introduce narcotics rehabilitation policies to them, so that the information provided to respondents can provide insight into the world of rehabilitation, particularly in terms of narcotics rehabilitation rules and regulations. The topic of this study is quite sensitive and has a private personality, which makes it difficult to find informants ready to share their stories, particularly about narcotics. The authors used a descriptive qualitative method in this study and were able to collect 4 (four) respondents using the snowball sampling methodology. The findings of this study show that respondents lacked information about narcotics rehabilitation policies, causing them to be unaware of the contents of these rules. The authors then goes on to explain the key points of the rehabilitation policy, concluding that the policy is an effort or form of the government to protect abusers from becoming addicted to narcotics.

Abstract

Implementation of public policies in the development of village SDGs in the aspect of achieving goal-II which prioritizes food security for the community in the COVID-19 era in a sustainable manner. This area is also an agricultural base where there are always conflicts over land grabs between farmer groups and planting plans according to local cultural demographics. Ironically, the government has provided a village development budget every year in the management of agricultural aspects, but this cannot be understood on a continuous basis by SKPK and village officials in achieving the objectives of the strategic plan. Qualitative research methods that focus on social solutions in real life, both individual practical problems or community groups and the impact can be felt directly by the community. Technical data collection through primary data and secondary data. Primary data, FGD. Interviews in this study are semi-structured (Semi-Structured Interview) and are carried out individually and in groups. The results of the study show that the implementation of village SDGs development policies in the aspect of achieving goals-II in the covid19 era is not optimal, there are still challenges in communication patterns that are not in the direction of the government and village governments, resources are not competent and the budget is still limited. However, the Goal-II village SDGs policy has an opportunity in community development that is normally understood and realized by the local government of the presence of customary institutions in accordance with Qanun Number 8 of 2010 in Aceh. This position will be strengthened by village government organizations in the future so that food security development can be achieved according to community expectations

Abstract

This research takes a case study at the Kediri Regency Trade Office in applying the principles of Good Governance in realizing the quality of public services. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used interviews with selected informants, namely apparatus at the Market UPTD, and the Kediri District Trade Office. Data analysis uses an interactive model of four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study state that the application of the principles of Good Governance at the Kediri Regency Trade Service is quite good but has several notes. The record is in terms of transparency and participation. Transparency must be further strengthened by commitment between stakeholders in its implementation. Meanwhile, participation can be said to be not very participatory, because it has not involved the community when formulating policies. Supporting factors consist of 3 (three) things, namely the role and support of the leadership, a collaboration between governments, and direct supervision from law enforcement officials. While the inhibiting factors consist of 3 (three) things, namely the head of the service which is not yet definitive, limited human resources, and reports from NGOs.

Abstract

The existence of information systems in the industrial era 4.0 is important in an effort to realize the quality of government administration. Therefore, the disdukcapil together with diskominfo work together to innovate the public service system. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the service system innovations provided to the people of Tangerang City. Using qualitative methods, it means that the data collected comes from direct observation, documentation with a qualitative descriptive type of research. Through observation to describe and know directly related to the innovation of the public service system of the tangerang city population and civil registration service on the application of sobat dukcapil. The results of the research show that the system in terms of the quality of e-service services is still less than feasible, because of the internal factors of the agency which are still not responsive and external factors the community is still not familiar with e-service. Keberadaan sistem informasi di era industry 4.0 menjadi hal penting dalam upaya mewujudkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu pihak disdukcapil bersama diskominfo bekerjasama membuat inovasi sistem pelayanan publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja inovasi sistem pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat kota tangerang. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, maknanya data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari observasi secara langsung, dokumentasi dengan tipe penelitan deskriptif kualitatif. Melalui observasi untuk menggambarkan dan mengetahui secara langsung terkait inovasi sistem pelayanan publik dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kota tangerang pada aplikasi sobat dukcapil. Hasil penlitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dari segi kualitas pelayanan e-service masih kurang dari kata layak, karena dari faktor internal instansi tersebut yang masih kurang responsive dan faktor eksternal masyarakat yang masih belum paham dengan pelayanan e-service.

Abstract

Tangerang City Government has implemented a smart city policy, with public transportation via Bus Tayo being one of its programs. The difficulties encountered in managing Bus Tayo include a lack of integration with other modes of transportation, a lack of reliability of facilities on board, inaccurate schedules, and inflexible payment systems. This study aims to analyze the community satisfaction index towards Bus Tayo services and the quality of bus management by the operator. This study employs a mixed method (quantitative and qualitative). The quantitative data came from passenger perception surveys, and the qualitative data came from interviews, observations, and document studies, with key informants being PT. Tangerang Nusantara Global officials. Result show that the community satisfaction index on Bus Tayo services is 68.55 with a good predictor. All performance targets, namely environmental sustainability, safety, physical and social accessibility, reliability and consistency, integration of micromobility, and integration of information and communication technology, have not been met in terms of Bus Tayo management quality. As a result, increasing the number of human resources, improving the service culture, improving the quality of bus infrastructure and facilities, and implementing a flexible multi-payment system are all necessary.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang terletak di daerah rentan bencana. Salah satu sektor yang sangat rentan terhadap ancaman bencana adalah sektor pariwisata. Kawasan Pesisir Tanjung Lesung memiliki potensi untuk menarik jumlah wisatawan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) dalam penanganan situasi pra-bencana, selama bencana, dan pasca-bencana di Tanjung Lesung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan studi literatur, yang mencakup dokumen resmi, buku, artikel, laporan penelitian, dan temuan penelitian terkait yang relevan dengan topik utama penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja BNPB dalam manajemen bencana, khususnya dalam fase pra-bencana, tidak optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan langkah-langkah yang lebih serius dalam persiapan bencana jangka panjang untuk mengurangi dampak bencana yang mungkin terjadi di Tanjung Lesung.
