In order to implement the provisions of Article 3 paragraph (1) of Peraturan pemerintah number 18 of 2016 concerning Regional Apparatuses, the Banten Provincial Government needs to stipulate Regional Regulations concerning the Formation and Composition of Regional Apparatuses. Based on this mandate, the Banten Provincial Government on November 23, 2016 promulgated the Banten Province Regional Peraturan Daerah Number 8 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Composition of Regional Apparatuses. The regional regulations are explained in the Peraturan Gubernur Number 83 of 2016 concerning the position, main tasks, functions, types, organizational structures and work procedures of the Banten Province Regional Apparatus. Regional apparatus organizations must be flexible and adaptive to regulatory changes and are expected to accommodate the needs of changes in society. For this reason, an organizational structure is needed to regulate the relationship between sections and subsections in the structure of an organization that is rich in functions. The regional apparatus organization is the regional secretariat which carries out the duties and functions of the regional secretariat. With this situation, the implementation of regional government, which is related to and or originates from the composition, organizational structure, as well as the implementation of the duties and functions of regional apparatus as the organizer of regional government affairs and identifies alternative arrangements of regional apparatus that are more in line with the needs of the vision and mission of the regional head. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out using qualitative methods through a juridical-normative approach, sociological empirical and institutional theory approach.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems and supporting factors of the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination policy carried out by the East Kutai District Health Office in North Sangatta District. This research is important to do in order to enrich research on the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination policy so that it can be used as a reference and comparison for further research. The theory used in this research is the theory of policy implementation according to George Edward which states that there are four crucial variables in policy implementation. In this study using a descriptive approach with qualitative research methods. Sources of data used are secondary data and primary data taken from interviews with several respondents who are the people of North Sangatta District and also from the Health Office of East Kutai Regency, both interviews and data in other forms. The findings obtained are that people who carry out the second dose of vaccination tend to decrease for several reasons, one of which is that some people only follow the first vaccine as a condition for traveling outside the region. In general, the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination in North Sangatta District itself has been carried out well according to the technical instructions for the Covid-19 vaccination implementation, but there are several things that still need to be improved so that the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination in North Sangatta District is getting better. to the future.

This study examined the Program Desa Berdaya which is a form of the East Java Provincial Government with the aim to help improve the economy of rural communities in East Java, it is the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this paper uses policy implementation theory that analyzes the Empowered Village program with 4 variables, namely: (1) Analysis of Policy Content Between Policy Levels (2) Institutions and Policy Implementing Resources (3) Program Socialization (4) Program Target Group Response. This research uses qualitative methods through descriptive approaches with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. This research was conducted for 2 months at the Lamongan Regency Community and Village Empowerment Office. The results of the study showed that this program provides assistance to villages to realize products that will become village icons, the involvement of local governments ranging from provinces, districts/cities to villages is very influential on the success of the Empowered Village Program. In its implementation, of course, there are several mechanisms that are carried out. The realization of the Empowered Village program went well because the village had implemented several indicators of success that had been set out in the program guidelines.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Village Fund on poverty alleviation and improvement of basic infrastructure services for drinking water and sanitation in districts and cities in Indonesia. The need for evaluation of the Village Fund policy is a consequence of the implementation of fiscal decentralization to villages based on Law no. 6/2014. This policy has implications for an increase in transfer funds to villages of more than IDR 329 trillion cumulatively. Theoretically, fiscal decentralization to villages should improve public services and accelerate poverty reduction through local preferences matching and more efficient allocations. This research was a quantitative study using path analysis to test the hypotheses. Data were obtained from BPS and the Ministry of Finance for all districts/cities receiving Village Fund. The results show that The Village Fund had a significant effect on poverty reduc-tion nationally, although its contribution was very small, and the effect was not significant in districts/cities with low fiscal capacity. The Village Funds had an effect on increasing drinking water but not significant, on the other hand, it had a significant effect on districts/cities with medium or low fiscal capacity with low poverty rate. The Village Fund had an effect on improving sanitation but it was not significant nationally or in all districts/cities. The Village Fund for drinking water had no significant effect on poverty reduction nationally and for all districts/cities. The Village Fund for sanitation had no effect on poverty reduction nationally or in all districts/cities but it had an effect on districts/cities with low fiscal capacity and poverty rate even though it was not significant. The implementation of the Village Fund policy needs to consider the fiscal capacity and diversity of regional characteristics in order to make the effectiveness of the Village Fund more optimal.

Kabupaten Pandeglang merupakan daerah yang memiliki potensi rawan bencana, khususnya bencana gempa dan tsunami yang dapat diakibatkan dari letusan gunung berapi Anak Krakatau dan pergeseran lempeng Indo-Autralia dan Eurasia-Pasifik. Dampak bencana menimbulkan masalah besar salah satunya masalah ekonomi. Pemerintah Daerah telah melakukan beberapa upaya dalam penanggulangan bencana khususnya pemulihan sektor ekonomi pasca bencana, namun pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa kendala dan hasilnya belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi pemulihan ekonomi pasca bencana untuk masyarakat pesisir di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Desain penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan mix-metodh antara pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive samping sebesar 35 responden. Informan yang dipilih yaitu masyarakat yang representative memahami serta yang terkena dampak bencana, para pakar, dan pemangku kepentingan. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) dan teknik analisis data kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan menurut Milles dan Huberman. Hasil yang didapat strategi pemulihan ekonomi pasca bencana untuk masyarakat pesisir di Kabupaten Pandeglang yaitu pendampingan pemulihan usaha bagi pelaku ekonomi sektor wisata dan UMKM, penyuluhan dan pelatihan usaha ekonomi kreatif dan UMKM masyarakat pesisir, pemberian modal usaha bagi masyarakat pesisir, penyuluhan dan pelatihan ekonomi bagi wanita pelaku usaha rumah tangga, serta pemberian kredit lunak, restrukturisasi kredit korban bencana, dan optimalisasi koperasi nelayan.

Tourism as one of the potential sources to be able to improve the economy and community welfare through activities in the form of managing and utilizing the potential of tourist attractions, there is an important element of concern in the development of tourism, namely the role of parties who have an interest in tourism, namely local governments and tourism-conscious community groups. Local governments and tourist conscious groups (pokdarwis) are the main keys to how a tourist attraction can progress and develop well if these two parties can implement their role to the maximum. The problem that will be studied in this study is related to how the role of local governments and tourism conscious groups in developing Curug Lestari waterfall attractions. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interview and documentation. Based on research that has been done it was found that local governments and pokdarwis have not been able to fully contribute and carry out their roles for the development of Curug Lestari tourist attractions. This leads to the development of Curug Lestari tourist attractions both in terms of development, improvement of road infrastructure, not been seen well. The existence of obstacle factors experienced by both parties is also the cause of the lack of maximum implementation of their role.

An educational institution's success depends on its anti-corruption approach. This study's goal is to explain how the Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) strategy can be used to incorporate anti-corruption values into the academic curriculum. This study employs library research, which is research whose research objectives are discovered using a variety of library information (books, encyclopedias, scientific journals, newspapers, magazines, and documents). According to the study, the Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) achievement in preventing and harshly punishing corrupt individuals on Indonesian soil is evidence of the effectiveness of the anti-corruption policy. Several alternative models that can be used to instill anti-corruption values in schools include models as separate subjects, integrated models in all subjects, models outside of the classroom, models of culture and habituation of values in all school activities and atmosphere, and finally the combined model.

This paper intends to describe bureaucratic interventions in academic activities that have contents the potential that lead to create corruption in the university environment. If there is no serious treatment from the authorities to prevent it, then it is not impossible that the situation will explode into a real corruption. It's just a matter of time, when officials process it legally. This situation will clearly disrupt the productivity and reputation of academics staf in higher education in the future.

The current rampant practice of corruption with various modus operandi has caused the Government to make efforts to prevent and eradicate it by issuing Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes through the concept of sound governance. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, which is categorized into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. Sources of data obtained through library research techniques which refers to sources available both online and offline. The results of the study concluded that sound governance as a preventive instrument against acts of corruption, the concept of sound governance can be used as an indicator of testing an action by government officials. Efforts to prevent acts of maladministration must be carried out using sound governance principles in an effort to eradicate corruption by government administration. The abuse of authority is an act of maladministration caused by actions that are not based on the principle of good administration in the form of the principle of prohibition of acting arbitrarily, the principle of justice, the principle of legal certainty, the principle of trust, the principle of equality, the principle of proportionality, the principle of prudence caution and considerations. Based on the eight principles of sound governance, the government apparatus will perform the duties and functions of government by always paying attention to these principles to become an effort to eradicate corrupt.

Corruption prevention should be done earlier starting from its entrance, collusion. Collusion so far belongs to the classification of ethical violation but touches inadequately the violation of legal norm, because collusion practice can be done during the occupation process. It is this that gives the actor of collusion an opportunity of using the aspects that are not touched by the existing norms of law. This research used qualitative analysis method through observation, interview, and literature review. The result of research shows that corruption by means of collusion is categorized into ethical violation only. Collusion case is conducted in the process of electing the officials, before the election of legislative members or regional leaders. Intersection occurs between prospect public official and capital power.
