Abstract

Purpose: This project aims to develop and implement a web-based information system in Wonorejo Village to address inefficiencies in administrative processes and limitations in digital access for both village officials and the community. The research explores the importance of digital transformation in village administration and its potential to improve public services. Method: A participatory approach was used, including direct observation and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with village officials. Website development was carried out to support administrative functions, followed by training sessions for the village officials. Data was collected through pre- and post-training surveys to measure improvements in efficiency and digital literacy. Practical Application: The results of the community service show that implementing the website increased administrative efficiency, reduced service time, and expanded access to information for the public. Conclusion: The web-based information system successfully improved administrative efficiency and enhanced the digital literacy of village officials. These findings reinforce the role of technology in strengthening village governance and demonstrate potential for replication in other rural areas.

Abstract

Purpose: Community service This aims For develop the Pait Village website as part from effort towards a smart village which aims increase transparency information population and accountability public. The problem faced is lack of access to information village consequence loss of previous website. Method: Method used in study This covers observation live, discussion group Focus Group Discussion, development website, as well as socialization and training to apparatus village. Data collected through surveys and questionnaires distributed to device village and community. Practical Application: Research results This potential repair transparency government village and make it easier access information for public through digital platforms. This website can also be used for the promotion of tourist village and improve the growth of local economy. Conclusion: Website development successfully increases access to information and skill tools for village management in the digital system. This program shows a positive impact on transparency and effective public service in Pait Village.

Abstract

Purpose: The primary aim of this community engagement program is to enhance the professional competence of accounting teachers in the Tulungagung district through training on the latest tax updates, specifically related to PPh Article 21/ 26 of 2023. Method: The methodology includes problem identification, tax material training, tax calculation practice, and participant presentations. This training is designed to refresh teachers' knowledge in delivering dynamic and relevant tax materials aligned with evolving business needs. Practical Application: The practical applications include improving teachers' skills in delivering accurate and sustainable tax education, supporting the creation of a more inclusive and equitable education system. This aligns with efforts to achieve social equity, where a solid understanding of tax obligations equips students with the knowledge to fulfill their responsibilities as citizens. Conclusion: This training successfully enhances accounting teachers' professionalism, contributes to social equity, and supports the achievement of sustainable development goals in the education sector.

Abstract

Purpose: Jatirejoyoso Village in Kepanjen Subdistrict struggles with organic waste management due to its proximity to a market and extensive agricultural activities. This community service program aims to revolutionize waste management by introducing maggot cultivation, biopore holes, and composters within a circular economy framework. The goal is to enhance the community's capacity to manage waste efficiently, reduce pollution, and create new economic opportunities through the production of maggots, fertilizers, and compost. Method: The project started with field observations and a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) to identify needs and strategies. Continuous training and assistance were provided in maggot cultivation, biopore creation, and composting, with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) involving farmer groups and the village community. Practical Application: Key technologies implemented include maggot cultivation for high-quality animal feed, biopore holes to support waste management and improve soil absorption, and composters to produce organic fertilizers. Conclusion: The program successfully reduced organic waste and boosted the community’s economic well-being, equipping them with the skills to manage waste sustainably, benefiting both the environment and the local economy.

Abstract

Purpose: MSMEs are vital to Indonesia's economy, absorbing 97% of the workforce, but face challenges with limited capital and low financial literacy in preparing reports. This program aims to enhance the financial literacy of MSME actors in Malang, focusing on the preparation of financial reports based on applicable accounting standards. Method: The program included lectures to introduce the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities, followed by interactive discussions and question-and-answer sessions to help MSME actors apply the standards to their businesses. Practical Application: This program aims to help MSME actors prepare standardized financial reports based on SAK EMKM, improving their chances of securing loans and investments. By enhancing financial literacy, MSMEs can manage their businesses more effectively and sustainably. Conclusion: The results of the activities show an increase in participants' knowledge regarding the basic concepts of SAK EMKM, measuring assets and liabilities, and presenting financial reports.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to increase teachers' knowledge of differentiated learning, and the use of PowerPoint-based learning media integrated with ClassPoint. Method: Data was collected through initial and final tests to measure teachers' knowledge, feedback questionnaires to evaluate the training experience, and practice observations to assess the application of the material. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively by comparing test results and qualitatively through analysis of feedback and practice observations. Practical Application: Improve teachers' understanding of the concept of differentiated learning and the use of PowerPoint media integrated with ClassPoint, making learning more interactive. Conclusion: The participants were actively involved in the delivery of materials and practices and were satisfied with the training, from the delivery of materials to technical support. The average score of the participants' initial test was 85.00, which increased to 88.00 after the training, indicating an increase in understanding.

Abstract

Purpose: This research examines the empowerment of the Tambaksari village community through innovative catfish snack processing, focusing on improving skills and knowledge, increasing catfish market value, and enhancing the village's economy and welfare in accordance with SDGs. Method: Using Action Research (PAR) includes socialization, counseling, training, workshops, mentoring, monitoring, providing access to technology and capital, collaboration with local stakeholders, digital promotion, and marketing. Practical Application: This program is expected to have a long-term impact on the quality of life of the community and raise awareness about the importance of SDGs in sustainable development. Conclusion: The innovation in catfish processing in Tambaksari Village has positively impacted community empowerment and local economic development, showcasing how active participation in local resource-based small businesses creates new opportunities. Increased awareness of catfish's quality and nutritional value also enhances community health and well-being, aligning the program's success with SDGs.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service activity aims to enhance the videography skills of students at SMKN 12 Malang, particularly in product video shooting and editing. This training is expected to support product promotion through creative and engaging video media. Method: The training included an introduction to basic videography techniques such as lighting, angles and shooting settings. Students were trained to use video editing applications such as CapCut to add visual effects, transitions, audio, as well as compiling video-based product e-catalogs. An evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire to measure participants' satisfaction with the training. Practical Application: Students who take part in this training are expected to be able to produce creative and quality product promotion videos. This ability is relevant to support the promotional needs of local products and the creative industry in general. Conclusion: The training received a positive response from the participants, with 88% feeling satisfied and showing high enthusiasm, as seen from their improvisation and creativity in producing videos. This activity is expected to provide long-term benefits in developing students' videography skills to support the needs of the creative industry.

Abstract

Purpose: The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of activities in reaching participants, achieving training goals, improving proficiency, and enhancing sales through AI technologies. Method: This study teaches and evaluates the use of AI in sales optimization through lectures, demonstrations, tasks, and question-and-answer meetings. How well the activity worked is judged by how well the players met the goals and understood the material. Practical Application: The participants from UD. Bima Baru showed high levels of enthusiasm and engagement during each session of the activity. This indicates the possibility for enhancing their skills, operational efficiency, and revenue, while also fostering collaboration and fostering creativity in the future. Conclusion: Artificial intelligence (AI) has considerable potential to augment sales for MSMEs, like UD Bima Baru, through data-driven decision-making. Effective AI adoption requires practical experience, underscoring the significance of collaboration between academia and MSMEs in providing education, training, and mentorship. This collaboration fosters technological adoption and enhances local economic growth by generating practical, concrete ideas. Future training must include sequential courses for MSMEs to leverage AI.
