Abstract

Purpose: Conducting observations at PT. Coco Agricultura Indonesia will be the target for practical work output. The implementation process is carried out after conducting what is called an interview to find information related to the job description to be used as material for designing the Job Description. During the practical work process, implementers also carry out analysis related to company SOPs, employees who are disciplined and company targets. This is included in the output design process for implementers to know the types of employee job descriptions that are the responsibility and contribution of the company that is the target for practical work. Method: In preparing this practical work report, several methods were used. The methods used in collecting data are interviews and observations.  Practical Application: By implementing a detailed Job Description, it provides employees with a good basis for designing discipline and understanding tasks in working according to their respective duties so as to avoid confusion and discrepancies in following the updated Job Description. Conclusion: In the process of implementing the Job Description which has been carried out by the implementer of practical work activities (KP), this activity makes PT. Coco Agricultura Indonesia has experienced a number of changes and improvements in various operational aspects and understanding of work in terms of job descriptions. With this change, the establishment of clear performance standards and detailed evaluation criteria from Job Descriptions helps in measuring employee performance more objectively.

Abstract

Purpose: To educate the youth of Giriwondo Village on the etiquette and procedures of sharia-compliant slaughtering of livestock and poultry. Method: The approach used in this training includes convincing the community and parents to accept the inevitability of generational succession and motivating young people to overcome their fear of slaughtering livestock and poultry. The technical implementation involves the role of the youth organization leader in coordinating the participants. Practical Application: Adolescent youths have the potential to become professional butchers in Giriwondo Village or at least be able to perform independent slaughtering after gaining knowledge from this training. Conclusion: The youth are willing to accept, listen to, and understand the theoretical explanations presented in the training.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service activity aims to provide education and introduce ovitrap to residents of Beti Village, Ogan Ilir Regency so that they can use inexpensive, simple, and safe mosquito traps as one of the efforts to control Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Method: This service consists of counseling knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors about DFH using a pre-test and post-test as measuring tools, as well as making ovitrap skills. Practical Applications: This activity was successful in raising public awareness about the benefits of ovitrap, how to make them, attractants, and how to install them. The results of the ovitrap survey show that Aedes sp. is frequently found in ovitrap installed outside the house. Conclusion: Education to the public has an impact on increasing community awareness and knowledge of DFH prevention. Ovitrap can be used as basic information for the community to improve the clean environment by decreasing mosquito breeding sites.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in digital marketing for street food businesses in Malang, focusing on training housewives to improve content creation and promotion strategies. The research aims to bridge the digital gap for small-scale food vendors by providing essential digital skills and AI tools. Method: The research employed a mixed-method approach, including pre-training assessments, online training sessions, and personalized mentoring. A total of 20 housewives running street food businesses participated in the training, which was conducted over three months. The AI tools used included Canva AI and Flair AI for photo editing, content creation, and social media optimization. Practical Applications: The study demonstrates how AI-driven tools can enhance social media engagement, brand visibility, and customer interaction for street food vendors. This initiative provides a model for empowering small business owners to leverage digital marketing tools effectively, contributing to their long-term success. Conclusion: The training resulted in significant improvements in participants' digital marketing capabilities, with increased confidence in using AI tools. The findings highlight the transformative potential of AI for MSMEs, particularly in enhancing the competitive edge of street food businesses in Malang.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of the research paper is to provide education and direct practice with SMEs in Celuk Village, Sukawati. Simple digital marketing by using Linktree. An application that integrates all platforms owned by business actors. Method: The study aims to enhance SMEs knowledge and abilities in product marketing by employing socialization, training, and mentoring. Practical Application: The research provides important insights into SMEs in Celuk Village, Gianyar, Bali to boost their marketing. By investing in training and mentoring digital marketing, that can enhance their marketing effectiveness and overall business performance. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of improving the use of digital marketing. It offers practical steps for SMEs to enhance their marketing strategies and stresses the need to adapt to digital trends to maintain long-term competitiveness.

Abstract

Purpose: The rapid growth of pharmacies has made them a key focus for government taxation. However, many pharmacy entrepreneurs struggle with tax compliance due to a lack of knowledge. This study aims to address this issue through taxation training to enhance their understanding and adherence to tax regulations. Method: The study involved 35 HISFARMA pharmacy entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta, using observation, training, and mentoring to improve tax knowledge and compliance. Practical Application: The training provided entrepreneurs with essential taxation knowledge, enabling better compliance and reducing business risks related to tax obligations. Conclusion: The training significantly improved participants' understanding of pharmacy taxation, fostering better compliance and supporting a more structured business environment.

Abstract

Purpose: Increase the added value of coconut fiber waste in Rejosari village by processing waste using appropriate technology into cocopeat products. Method: This service activity uses the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Model method, Participatory Technology Development Model, Community Development Model and Education in the implementation of its activities. Practical Application: The use of appropriate technology is expected to facilitate the processing of coconut coir waste into cocopeat. This technology can help process coconut fiber into fine granules in a short time. Conclusion: The application of appropriate technology in processing coconut coir waste into cocopeat can increase the value of the waste which was initially less than optimal. The processing of coconut fiber waste into cocopeat is expected to increase the income of the Rejosari Village community.

Abstract

Purpose: This program aims to help teachers overcome challenges in developing modules that align with student characteristics and the local environment while improving their understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). It also seeks to integrate local wisdom into learning and strengthen UNNES' role in entrepreneurship education in Semarang. Method: The program utilizes workshops, technical guidance, and periodic mentoring to equip teachers with the necessary skills for module development and IPR knowledge. Practical Applications: By incorporating local wisdom, the program has made educational modules more relevant and engaging for students, enhancing their learning experience and better reflecting the regional context Conclusion: The program successfully addressed teachers' difficulties in module creation, improved their IPR understanding, and strengthened UNNES' leadership in entrepreneurship education, making a significant impact on the educational landscape in Semarang.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the impact of introducing huller machines to address productivity and quality challenges faced by coffee farmers in Srigading Village, Malang Regency, Indonesia. It aims to evaluate how modern technology can improve coffee processing and economic conditions for farmers. Method: The research involved providing and installing huller machines, followed by training and mentoring local farmers. Data was gathered through surveys and observations, assessing productivity and quality before and after implementation. Practical Application: The huller machines significantly improved processing efficiency, resulting in a 20% increase in productivity and a 15% reduction in coffee breakage. This led to a 25% rise in farmers' income. These improvements demonstrate how technological interventions can enhance agricultural practices and economic welfare in rural settings. Conclusion: The study confirms that huller technology effectively enhances coffee quality and productivity, offering a viable solution for similar agricultural challenges in other rural areas.

Abstract

Purpose: This project aims to improve public health in Lojejer Village by promoting the cultivation of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Despite rich natural resources, the community lacks knowledge and skills in TOGA cultivation and use. Method: This project aims to improve public health in Lojejer Village by promoting the cultivation of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Despite rich natural resources, the community lacks knowledge and skills in TOGA cultivation and use. Practical Application: The initiative enhances self-sufficiency in healthcare, reduces reliance on pharmaceuticals, and supports environmental sustainability through TOGA cultivation. Conclusion: The project successfully increased community awareness and proficiency in TOGA cultivation. As a result, it contributed to improved public health and environmental preservation. The initiative underscores the importance of utilizing local natural resources for sustainable health solutions and highlights the role of education in empowering communities.
