Abstract

This study investigates the influence of two main factors, namely Training and Work Motivation, on the productivity of work of employees of PT. Cipta Jaya Kreasi in West Java. The free variable in this study is Training and Work Motivation, and the bound variable is Employee Work Productivity. The study was conducted on 50 respondents who worked at the company. This research used quantitative data obtained directly through a questionnaire. The research hypothesis was tested using double linear regression analysis, performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, or SPSS, version 20. The results of this study show that training has a positive and significant impact on work productivity, and work motivation has a significant and positive impact on employee work productiveness.

Abstract

Instagram is not just social media for sharing photos and videos with others. However, it is also used to develop more companies and brands. Instagram is the third most popular social media in Indonesia. Previous studies have shown that Instagram as a media has an influence on the formation and development of brand image. This situation prompted researchers to undertake research into how much influence Instagram content, consisting of advertising content and other marketing content, has on the brand image of the @scarlett_whitening account. The aim of this study is to prove the influence of Instagram content used as information about scarlett whitening brand on the level of scarlett whitening brand image by testing the theory of ad exposure. The study used quantitative methods and used a questionnaire. As a sample of the study consisting of a hundred participants, it was distributed to followers of @scarlett_whitening account, the official Instagram account of @scarlett_whitening. Purposive sampling and non-probability sampling methods were used. The study found that there was a 37.8% influence of Instagram's social media profile on the brand image on the Instagram account @scarlett_whitening. The dimension of media attention and the dimension of brand image strength are the two dimensions that produce the highest value.

Abstract

The banking sector is a funding sector that plays a major role in the economy. In addition, the banking sector is great demand by investors and many are listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Therefore, company management tends to carry out a strategy in the form of earnings management in order to keep its profit fluctuations looking stable. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value. The independent variables in the study are profitability and liquidity, while the dependent variable is firm value. This research uses quantitative research. This study used a sample of 8 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022. The sample research method uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test (partial test), f test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that Profitability has a positive effect on firm value and Liquidity has a negative effect on firm value. Simultaneously that Profitability and Liquidity, have an effect on Company Value

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is an educational innovation that aims to give schools the freedom to adapt their curriculum to students' needs and preferences. The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the competency profile of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Palangka Raya in implementing the independent curriculum. This research method is quantitative research with a survey type. With data analysis techniques is percentages. The research sample was 50 Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Palangka Raya. The results of the research show that there are 37 or 74% of BK teachers who have in-depth knowledge of the independent curriculum; 39 BK teachers or 78% have the ability to map student potential; 33 guidance and counseling teachers or 66% have skills in designing individual guidance programs; 42 BK teachers or 84% have effective counseling and communication skills; 46 BK teachers or 92% have collaboration and partnership skills.

Abstract

The Influence of Using Nursery Song in Learning Vocabulary at SMP Negeri 3 Kabupaten Sorong Thesis English Education Department Faculty of Language Social and Sport Education University of Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong 2023. The objective of this research is to find out whether or nor the use of Nursery Song influence in learning vocabulary at seventh grade of SMP Negeri 3 Kabupeten Sorong Related to this research used a pre-experimental quantitati research design. The research design is one group pretest-posttest. The sample of this research was seventh grade students and the total are 20 students. In the collecting data, the researcher used a vocabulary test in the form of multiplechoose that is consist of 20 questions for the pretest and posttest. In analyzing the data, the researcher used the SPSS 20 program to calculate research the data. The result finding of the reseach showed that the result of the t-test is P value (0.00) < (0.05). it means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) was there is an influence in learning vocabulary using nursery song between pretest and pos ttest. In addition, it can be seen from the pretest was (63,5) improved on posttest (98,0). It can be concluden that there is an influence in learning vocabulary using nursery song

Abstract

This study finds out whether or not the combination of Outdoor Learning Method with Observe & Remember Games on English vocabulary of 8th grade students of MTs Muhammadiyah Aimas is successful. This research is a quantitative research with Pre experimental research design. This research was conducted at Mts Muhammadiyah 02 Sorong Regency. The sample of this study was 22 eighth grade students consisting of 12 female and 10 male. The instrument of this research is a test. The test was divided into two tests, namely pre-test and post-test. based on calculations using the SPSS application, it can be obtained that the N-Gain result is 70.54 (70%) which is declared effective. In addition, the result of t-test shows the value of P (0.000) < ? (0.05), which means there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. Thus, the alternative hypothesis is accepted (the combination of outdoor learning method with observe & remember game is effective in teaching vocabulary) and the null hypothesis is rejected. In addition, the average score of pretest (41.36) increased to posttest (82.73). In general, the combination of outdoor method with observe & remember game can help students to be more active because students can organize their ideas in learning vocabulary and also remember vocabulary.

Abstract

The implementation of Information Gap Activity and Jumbled Sentences Game in Teaching Reading Comprehension at Eight Grade Smp Muhammadiyah 2 Mariyai Sorong Regency Thesis English Education Department faculty of language social and sport education university of pendidikan muhammadiyah sorong,May 2023.The objective of this research is to know whether the implementation of information gap Activity and jumble sentence game has impact or not on students’ reading at smp muhammadiyah 2 mariyai sorong regency. The research used pre-experimental quantitative research design with design is one group pretest-posttest. The population of this research was the eighth grade students’ at Smp Muhammadiyah 2 Mariyai Sorong Regency . The researcher chose this class because there are some problems with students' reading. In the collecting data researcher used multiple choice with 20 questions for the pretest and posttest. To analyze the data the researcher uses the SPSS 20 version. The result finding of the research showed that the result of pair sample T test(0,00) the categorized was impact .In addition to the result of the pair sample T-test is P value (0.00)<(0,05).it means that HO was rejected and Ha was accepted. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) was there is an impact in teaching reading using information gap and jumbled sentence games.

Abstract

Majalah Menyimak merupakan berkala sastra yang pernah terbit di Pekanbaru Riau pada rentang waktu 1992-1994. Menyimak bertahan terbit hingga delapan terbitan dan mesti terhenti karena masalah biaya produksi. Keberadaan Menyimak penting untuk dicatat. Penelitian ini adalah upaya untuk mencatat dan mengkaji Menyimak sebagai sebuah bagian dari kerja budaya di Riau pada era menjelang reformasi. Terdapat dua kerja dalam penelitian ini, pertama yaitu penelusuran bentuk fisik majalah dan proses digitalisasi dan kedua adalah penyajian isi dari majalah tersebut. Dari proses penelusuran, hanya berhasil ditemukan lima terbitan Menyimak dari total delapan terbitan. Terbitan yang masih perlu dicari adalah terbitan satu, dua dan empat. Dari segi telaah isi maka ditemukan pola dari setiap terbitan majalah tersebut yakni memberitakan khazanah sastra dunia, memberi ruang untuk para penulis lokal, membuka ruang untuk para penulis luar Riau, dan tetap menjaga ingatan pada akar sastra Riau dengan menyertakan bagian khusus untuk tokoh-tokoh Rusdyah Club. Kesimpulan yang kemudian peneliti peroleh bahwa majalah ini adalah sebuah bentuk gerakan intelektual di Riau di tengah isu desantralisasi sebelum reformasi.

Abstract

The society that has been formed is bound by ties of religion, ethnicity, race, a sense of interdependence, mutual influence on work effectiveness and efficiency, has the same characteristics, and laws that regulate these relationships. The more ties that bind, the stronger the bonds of a society. The crystallized national consciousness of the Indonesian nation was born from a sense of shared fate and shared responsibility. This sense of fate is a result of colonialism in the past. National awareness has succeeded in forming Indonesia's national outlook as stated in the Youth Pledge. The feeling of one homeland, one nation and one language is a strong bond and needs to be preserved. National awareness has given birth to a united determination, declared politically as an independent and sovereign nation in the Proclamation of 17 August 1945. A national state like Indonesia is a state formed on the basis of a national spirit. The aim is to build a shared future under one and the same country even though the people have different religions, races, ethnicities or groups. Plurality is a very valuable cultural treasure that can be used as social capital to build a peaceful national life, but on the other hand it is a very heavy social burden. The history of the Indonesian nation records a multidimensional crisis in 1997 which threatened the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. The phenomenon of this crisis is a decline in national morals, such as a lack of politeness and honesty among the Indonesian people, and a decrease in their attention to applicable laws. The causes are factors originating from within the country such as weak understanding and practice of religion and factors originating from abroad such as the influence of globalization

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with documentation and observation methods. Researchers observe learning activities and document the data obtained in the study. The primary data sources in this study used primary and secondary data sources. The main object in this study is the use of technology-based media. The subjects in this study were found in folklore material in high school. The results in this study lead to the use of canva-based media Features that are often used in learning are such as making power point media, Youtube learning videos in order to maximize students' visual and listening skills, barcode scanning can be used to develop learning that is more innovative to progress, and the kahoot application has a play while learning system that supports folklore learning media in high school.
