Abstract

The Influence of Using Nursery Song in Learning Vocabulary at SMP Negeri 3 Kabupaten Sorong Thesis English Education Department Faculty of Language Social and Sport Education University of Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong 2023. The objective of this research is to find out whether or nor the use of Nursery Song influence in learning vocabulary at seventh grade of SMP Negeri 3 Kabupeten Sorong Related to this research used a pre-experimental quantitati research design. The research design is one group pretest-posttest. The sample of this research was seventh grade students and the total are 20 students. In the collecting data, the researcher used a vocabulary test in the form of multiplechoose that is consist of 20 questions for the pretest and posttest. In analyzing the data, the researcher used the SPSS 20 program to calculate research the data. The result finding of the reseach showed that the result of the t-test is P value (0.00) < (0.05). it means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) was there is an influence in learning vocabulary using nursery song between pretest and pos ttest. In addition, it can be seen from the pretest was (63,5) improved on posttest (98,0). It can be concluden that there is an influence in learning vocabulary using nursery song

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with documentation and observation methods. Researchers observe learning activities and document the data obtained in the study. The primary data sources in this study used primary and secondary data sources. The main object in this study is the use of technology-based media. The subjects in this study were found in folklore material in high school. The results in this study lead to the use of canva-based media Features that are often used in learning are such as making power point media, Youtube learning videos in order to maximize students' visual and listening skills, barcode scanning can be used to develop learning that is more innovative to progress, and the kahoot application has a play while learning system that supports folklore learning media in high school.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of two main factors, namely Training and Work Motivation, on the productivity of work of employees of PT. Cipta Jaya Kreasi in West Java. The free variable in this study is Training and Work Motivation, and the bound variable is Employee Work Productivity. The study was conducted on 50 respondents who worked at the company. This research used quantitative data obtained directly through a questionnaire. The research hypothesis was tested using double linear regression analysis, performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, or SPSS, version 20. The results of this study show that training has a positive and significant impact on work productivity, and work motivation has a significant and positive impact on employee work productiveness.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan hasil belajar kognitif fisika siswa SMP N 23 Pekanbaru kelas VII pada pelajaran suhu dan kalor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner untuk variabel motivasi belajar. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel hasil belajar kognitif dilakukan dengan memberikan tes objektif tertulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata/mean motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 23 Pekanbaru adalah 133,06 dan rata-rata/mean hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 23 Pekanbaru adalah 60,99. Dalam uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji normalitas motivasi belajar adalah 0,441 dan uji normalitas hasil belajar adalah 0,053. Dalam uji linearitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi linear sebesar 0,141 > 0,05. Hasil analisis korelasi diatas menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi person adalah 0,006 < 0,05, sehingga variabel motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar kognitif memiliki korelasi. Hasil analisis korelasi product moment dari Karl Person menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antar kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang lemah.

Abstract

This study finds out whether or not the combination of Outdoor Learning Method with Observe & Remember Games on English vocabulary of 8th grade students of MTs Muhammadiyah Aimas is successful. This research is a quantitative research with Pre experimental research design. This research was conducted at Mts Muhammadiyah 02 Sorong Regency. The sample of this study was 22 eighth grade students consisting of 12 female and 10 male. The instrument of this research is a test. The test was divided into two tests, namely pre-test and post-test. based on calculations using the SPSS application, it can be obtained that the N-Gain result is 70.54 (70%) which is declared effective. In addition, the result of t-test shows the value of P (0.000) < ? (0.05), which means there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. Thus, the alternative hypothesis is accepted (the combination of outdoor learning method with observe & remember game is effective in teaching vocabulary) and the null hypothesis is rejected. In addition, the average score of pretest (41.36) increased to posttest (82.73). In general, the combination of outdoor method with observe & remember game can help students to be more active because students can organize their ideas in learning vocabulary and also remember vocabulary.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the attitude of the Foramadiyahi community towards Tidore language as their mother tongue. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection using observation and interview techniques. From the results of data analysis, it shows that the Tidore language is the first language for the Foramadiyahi community and as the language of their ancestors who lived in the village of Afa-afa at Tidore island. Tidore language reflects the identity of Tidore tribe. Therefore, the Tidore language needs in daily communication for the Foramadiyahi community. A good language attitude is to always care and feel proud to use the Tidore language in daily life. Besides that, another positive attitude is to always get used to using the Tidore language among other Tidore tribes in Foramadiyahi and outside Foramadiyahi. Then have a high willingness to preserve it by teaching the Tidore language to teenagers and children so that they are also proud to have Tidore as their mother tongue.

Abstract

Instagram is not just social media for sharing photos and videos with others. However, it is also used to develop more companies and brands. Instagram is the third most popular social media in Indonesia. Previous studies have shown that Instagram as a media has an influence on the formation and development of brand image. This situation prompted researchers to undertake research into how much influence Instagram content, consisting of advertising content and other marketing content, has on the brand image of the @scarlett_whitening account. The aim of this study is to prove the influence of Instagram content used as information about scarlett whitening brand on the level of scarlett whitening brand image by testing the theory of ad exposure. The study used quantitative methods and used a questionnaire. As a sample of the study consisting of a hundred participants, it was distributed to followers of @scarlett_whitening account, the official Instagram account of @scarlett_whitening. Purposive sampling and non-probability sampling methods were used. The study found that there was a 37.8% influence of Instagram's social media profile on the brand image on the Instagram account @scarlett_whitening. The dimension of media attention and the dimension of brand image strength are the two dimensions that produce the highest value.

Abstract

A house yard is an open area around a residence. Even the smallest home garden can be utilized if it is managed well and will produce high-value vegetables. The problem that occurs today is that people leave empty land without managing it to produce high value. Therefore, to produce high-value vegetables, use limited land by cultivating vegetables using empty land belonging to one of the residents of Kampung Baru Village, Dusun Pagar Sari, this cultivation activity is called organic. As well as land use in organic vegetable farming which is more environmentally friendly. The aim of this article is to help the community's economy and produce a healthy environment by utilizing home gardens. The method used by this service is the method of socialization and planting training using the polybag technique, which includes preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The results obtained are that rural communities, especially housewives, gain experience and knowledge about organic vegetable cultivation techniques.

Abstract

The implementation of Information Gap Activity and Jumbled Sentences Game in Teaching Reading Comprehension at Eight Grade Smp Muhammadiyah 2 Mariyai Sorong Regency Thesis English Education Department faculty of language social and sport education university of pendidikan muhammadiyah sorong,May 2023.The objective of this research is to know whether the implementation of information gap Activity and jumble sentence game has impact or not on students’ reading at smp muhammadiyah 2 mariyai sorong regency. The research used pre-experimental quantitative research design with design is one group pretest-posttest. The population of this research was the eighth grade students’ at Smp Muhammadiyah 2 Mariyai Sorong Regency . The researcher chose this class because there are some problems with students' reading. In the collecting data researcher used multiple choice with 20 questions for the pretest and posttest. To analyze the data the researcher uses the SPSS 20 version. The result finding of the research showed that the result of pair sample T test(0,00) the categorized was impact .In addition to the result of the pair sample T-test is P value (0.00)<(0,05).it means that HO was rejected and Ha was accepted. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) was there is an impact in teaching reading using information gap and jumbled sentence games.

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence of how the effect of profitability, solvency and audit fees affects audit report lag on extractive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, there is no significant effect between profitability and audit report lag because it is obtained the t value of -2.012 with a significant value of 0.61> 0.05. So, the profitability of a company is high or low does not affect the delivery of financial statements in a timely manner. There is a significant influence between solvency and audit report lag because it is obtained the t value of 5.646 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So, the smaller the debt to the total assets generated will extend the audit report lag. There is no influence between audit fee and audit report lag because it is obtained the t value of 0.219 with a significant value of 0.830> 0.05. So, the size of the audit costs incurred by the company does not affect the audit report lag.
