Abstract

The village is the smallest unit of government. Villages by the Village Law in the use of village funds must apply all funds properly and by their respective plots. However, many villages cannot apply the village funds provided by the local government in their development. Resulting in several actions that lead to Corruption and maladministration. So it is necessary to provide counseling and assistance regarding processing village funds to avoid maladministration and corruption. There needs to be internal and external supervision of the village government. The village government needs to carry out administrative accountability so that all villagers can be transparent about village funds, all residents know that all village funds can run well if the village apparatus commits criminal acts of corruption. The village government in implementing the APBDES must plan development in one year by the village funds issued by the local government. Therefore, counseling and legal guidance are needed to reduce maladministration and reduce criminal acts of corruption. Village governments need to implement the following Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages.

Abstract

The expected output targets are as follows: (1) Fostering national insight to the younger generation; (2) Conducting outreach the importance of the spirit of nationalism in counteracting the negative impacts of globalization; and (3) Organizing training to increase spirit of nationalism among the younger generation. Planned activities will be implemented using methods that include (1) Conseling regarding increasing the spirit of nationalism, broadening national insight and the impact of globalization on national and state life; (2) Training to enforce discipline and foster a spirit of nationalism, (3) Participation of partners in implementing this program activities includes: planning schedules and places for counseling and training activities, providing materials and props for training, providing time and energy during implementing programs and helping to seek sustainable collaboration in the context of coaching and training the younger generation. After carrying out this community service, the results of the activities can be concluded as follows: (1) The spirit of nationalism young generation who are members of the Baderan Village Youth Organization, Geneng District, Ngawi Regency has increased; (2) Increasing national insight in the younger generation; and (3) The younger generation can avoid the negative impacts of globalization of technology and information in the life.

Abstract

This Community Service activity was carried out as a form of youth organization Dwi Manunggal, Jagan Village, Bendosari, Sukoharjo in increasing the knowledge and abilities of members in planning and carrying out activities. Where the main problem faced by the youth committee is that youth members in planning and carrying out activities have begun to show a significant decline in enthusiasm, one of which is the lack of response to existing activities. To revive the spirit of youth organizations in planning and carrying out activities, organizational training activities were held for members of youth organizations Dwi Manunggal, Jagan Village, Bendosari, Sukoharjo. In the activity, it was also explained about the existing conditions or problems of the Dwi Manunggal youth organization and also the solutions. The results of this community service activity showed that based on the results of the discussion after the delivery of the material it was found that members of the Dwi Manunggal youth organization became more knowledgeable about an organization so that the Dwi Manunggal youth organization could become a place for good self-development of its members

Abstract

The difficulties experienced by managers in building planning are how to create architectural and functional building designs, how to plan and calculate the strength of the structure and how to calculate the construction costs. The design limitations of the Ki Ageng Selo Islamic Boarding School Gendung and the required Budget Plan (RAB), encouraged the enthusiasm of the Civil Engineering Study Program service team at Merdeka Madiun University to carry out the Assistance Service for the Construction of the RAB for the Ki Ageng Selo Islamic Boarding School Building. With the existence of the Ki Ageng Selo Islamic Boarding School Building as a place for educational services to the community, the development of the Ki Ageng Selo Islamic Boarding School in a more advanced direction towards an independent Islamic Boarding School will be even faster. The purpose of this service is to provide direction and assistance regarding development plans and budget plans so that the construction of the Ki Ageng Selo Islamic Boarding School can be realized as desired. The stages of implementing this activity are field surveys, collecting measurement data, analyzing the site and space circulation, making planning drawings. The design concept uses architectural aspects by considering lighting, air circulation and surrounding environmental conditions. Based on the results of the calculation of the budget plan (RAB), the Ki Ageng Selo Islamic Boarding School requires a total cost of IDR 1,516,114,093.00.

Abstract

Ngongak Tanduran Sustainable Food Farm (P2L) is a business group engaged in cultivating and selling fresh vegetables from their own plants. The problem experienced by P2L Ngongak Tanduran is difficulty cultivating tomatoes. The tomatoes produced are of poor quality, so they cannot be sold. This is certainly detrimental for P2L Ngongak Tanduran, because cultivating tomatoes requires quite a lot of money. To overcome the problems at P2L Ngongak Tanduran, training in making tomato sauce was carried out. Training on making tomato sauce was carried out in two stages, namely socialization of tomato derivative products and training on making tomato sauce. Socialization activities were carried out to find out how far P2L Ngongak Tanduran understands about derivative products. The method used is giving questionnaire questions to the training participants. The second activity, namely making tomato sauce, was carried out by directly teaching the training participants how to make tomato sauce. The result of this community service activity is that training participants who previously did not understand what is meant by tomato derivative products now understand what is meant by tomato derivative products. The second result is that the training participants become able to make tomato sauce independently. Abstract

Empowerment is one of the development approaches in improving people's welfare. Economic empowerment through community service activities in the PKK group in Malalayang Dua subdistrict aims to motivate them to be creative in using materials that are no longer useful, especially banana peels to make crackers. Bananas are a fruit that has many benefits. Banana peels also contain sufficient nutritional content and also serotonin which is very vital for balancing mood. Through this community service activity, the Malalayang Dua Village PKK group will receive training on making crackers from banana peels so that unused banana peel waste can be reused and will have selling value if it continues to be developed. The aim of this activity is to provide an understanding of the use of banana peel waste into products that have value through training in making crackers using banana peel as the raw material.

Abstract

Lack of understanding of cooperative accounting, namely Financial Reports, is a problem that needs to be faced by forestry cooperatives, this problem is the background for the training activities carried out. The aim of this activity is to increase understanding and knowledge about cooperative financial reports for cooperative administrators and employees both conceptually and technically. The location of the activity is at the Perhutani Saradan Cooperative. The method used in this training activity is lecture and discussion. Carrying out this training activity provides benefits in increasing understanding and knowledge of financial reports conceptually and technically and can then be carried out to support business activities in cooperatives. The results of the evaluation of training activities show that the level of understanding of the material presented is very good. Considering the great benefits provided by training activities, the same training can be carried out in organizations or community groups such as MSMEs so that it can contribute to increasing their knowledge in managing finances more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) Ngongak Tanduran has a yard garden which grows various types of vegetables and sold in fresh form. The obstacle faced by P2L Ngongak Tanduran is old school packing. In solving the P2L Ngongak Tanduran problem, the community service team provided training modern packing various types of vegetables. After that it will provide competitive advantage and added value to vegetables. The training was held on June 26, 2023 with 2activities, namely is packing training. The results of community service activities are P2L Ngongak Tanduran can make the modern packing of vegetables.

Abstract

The Madiun City Government officially launched the Stop Stunting Warung (WSS) program. WSS is present in every sub-district as a form of building complete human beings to realize community welfare. The program runs for 9 weeks starting on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, and ending on Tuesday, December 26, 2022, targeting pregnant women and toddlers in all 27 neighborhoods across 3 districts of Madiun City. In this program, pregnant women and stunted children will receive a weekly Social Package consisting of; 1) Staple foods such as rice, eggs, canned fish, milk, oil, biscuits, vegetables, and fruits; 2) Ready-to-eat Lunch; 3) Shopping Vouchers worth Rp. 50,000. Tantular Cooperative Management Academy strongly supports and highly appreciates this program by joining as an implementing partner in two neighborhoods, namely Klegen and Manisrejo. The program is expected to realize a healthy, intelligent, and morally upright Madiun community.

Abstract

This Community Service was held at Primkoppolres Madiun. Primkoppolres Madiun Cooperative is established and managed for the benefit of police members who are a group of police officers in a certain jurisdiction, such as in districts or cities. The technical guidance was held with the hope of increasing the knowledge and potential of members, which will automatically impact the improvement of business results from Primkoppolres. The methods used in implementing the activities include providing handouts for reading materials related to the training topics Practical Book along with a CD on cooperatives. Conducting socialization/lectures given by competent speakers in the fields of taxation and cooperatives, as well as discussions. From the questionnaire results distributed to participants, it is stated: basically, participants understand the material provided and find it beneficial to broaden their knowledge in the field of cooperatives and taxation, which is one of the fields of accounting. Participants also hope that similar activities can be carried out in the coming years.
