Abstract

The purpose of this community service is helping provide direction to St. Bonaventura in choosing his goals after graduating from school, opening the paradigm for St. Bonaventura towards a bright future, and providing enthusiasm and motivation for St. Bonaventura in living life after graduating from school. The methods used in this community service are expository, namely conveying material verbally and inquiry, namely learning that emphasizes critical and analytical thinking processes related to human resource management skills and marketing management with in-depth understanding of the material on how to determine the future.The results of counseling and outreach carried out to grade 11 students of St. Catholic High School. Bonaventura's 42 students are 41 of them chose to continue their education/college and one person worked to continue his parents' business

Abstract

One of the conveniences on the internet is the existence of online maps, where with online maps, if someone wants to go to an area, they no longer need to look for information by asking other people, but can use an online map called Google Maps. In this community service, a teaching module was created to create online maps with Google My Maps which is expected to help the general public who want to develop map facilities provided by the internet, in this case Google. The method of implementing this community service is planning, analysis, collecting data via the internet (which includes Longitude coordinates, Latitude coordinates, and names of tourist attractions), implementing online map making, and making reports. The data used as a sample is map data of tourist attractions in Pacitan Regency. The result of this community service is a teaching module or activity report that can be used to develop map facilities provided by the internet, in this case Google.

Abstract

Processed Product Skills Improvement Program are carried out by empowering women in soybean sorting groups. The women of RT 02 RW 02 Sambirejo Village, Saradan District, and Madiun Regency have only participated in a partnership program with PT Unilever as sorters. Experience and skills as a sorter have yet to follow the knowledge about the added value of soybeans as a processed product. This program aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the sorting group in producing processed products. The service method uses socialization and counseling on post-harvest management, training, mentoring, and monitoring the manufacture of processed soy sauce products. The results of program implementation show that program activities were carried out well. Discussion activities, program evaluation, counseling, and mentoring can increase members' knowledge and ability to make processed soy sauce products independently. Processed products can meet the family's nutritional needs and commercially can increase income and, in the future, make Sambirejo Village a soy sauce production center.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service is to provide understanding and legal awareness for the community in using social media. Legal counselling was conducted in Keraswetan village, Geneng sub-district, Ngawi district and other legal issues related to the conditions of each village. The use of social media must be realised by the community in order to have a positive impact on the progress of society. In this almost digital age, there are still many violations of social media. The method used in this activity is in the form of a directed discussion which begins with counselling/lecture then continued with direct questions and answers. The participants were community members, especially women and local community leaders. The community does not fully understand the use of social media. Through this legal counselling activity, every citizen is expected to be able to utilise existing social media for positive and beneficial interests, and to be wise in social media. By understanding the law, it is expected that there will be an increase in public legal awareness.

Abstract

One thing that attracts people to make purchases is product photos. Producing excellent and attractive product photos requires extra effort in designing and editing them. An application is needed that can help entrepreneurs, especially "UMKM," to be able to create product photos more quickly, practically, and with excellent and attractive results. The community service team introduces and trains the use of the Canva application to answer the needs of these business actors. The team also introduced and trained on maximizing the use of the Google Drive application on cellphones to help "UMKM," store document or photo files. The activity was carried out at the UMKM Corner Gallery in Madiun City using lecture, discussion, and practice methods. Participants who are "UMKM" in the Madiun Regency area support this activity, as seen from those willing to attend during busy activities. The activity ran well and smoothly; the participants' enthusiasm for participating could be seen from the design of the product photos, which were produced in more than one photo and shared on their social media. Active discussions and questions and answers are also a form of their enthusiasm. This training activity lets the service team know what “UMKM”business actors need.

Abstract

Canva is an Android-based presentation application, this application is worth considering as an alternative to Microsoft's PowerPoint application, Sekolah Penggerak operators are required to be able to use Windows or Android-based technology, as part of the work which will be useful for increasing individual skills to support Sekolah Penggerak activities in the region District Madiun. This Community Service aims to introduce Canva as part of ICT, where ICT is a basic science generally studied by Sekolah Penggerak operators in carrying out their duties as Administrators. The method used for this Community Service is Lectures, and practicum for 3 days in 2 practicum sessions or as needed. The results of this training are that all training participants can make presentations from the Android-based Canva application for the subjects they teach at the mobilization school Apart from using Android-based applications, they can also make presentations using the web-based Canva application as a companion to the Windows-based presentation application, namely PowerPoint, which is commonly used to this day.

Abstract

"UD Omah Sayur" is a company that markets various kinds of horticultural vegetables and staple foods, such as carrots, spinach, lettuce, onions, chilies, mustard greens, kale, and other vegetables. Starting from being an employee in someone's factory, then leaving and opening his own business, called Omah Sayur."  is Mr. Nur Abdhiza. As the owner of the "UD Omah Sayur started developing "Omah Sayur" and played a direct role as the owner, while the others played roles as employees marketing the vegetables. Promotional media using the Internet is currently very relevant because people are used to looking for personal, company, or agency needs using Internet media. Surveys prove that 50% of home businesses or small and medium businesses already use the Internet as a promotional medium.

Abstract

The writing of this service journal aims to increase the understanding of students at SD Kertobanyon Madiun Regency on hate speech or hate speech in the perspective of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning ITE, so that students know the sanctions if they make hate speech Hate speech on Social Media. The method used is to conduct legal counseling at SDN Kertobanyon with a team of lecturers. This counseling provides knowledge to teachers and students about social media. Where social media is like a double-edged coin, one side provides benefits on one side provides badness. Nowadays, the use of gadgets for children is a natural thing, parents who do not accompany children to the effects of using gadgets will cause bad things, for example, children make hate speech on social media by speech or writing and cause sara issues, destruction, division and uproar in society. Many children do not understand the effects that will be obtained if they commit hate speech on social media. In the development of the ITE Law, there is an article on hate speech with a criminal sanction of 6 years. The juvenile justice process can be subject to diversion if the child is the perpetrator in a legal case that is different from adult justice.

Abstract

Accounting learning in high schools is often perceived as boring and difficult by many students. At SMAN 6 Cimahi, the learning model employed involves teacher lectures, instructions to complete student worksheets (LKS), and individual interactive computer games. While this method has its advantages, there is a need for a more innovative and collaborative approach. This PKM examines the implementation of the CoA Quartet method, a game-based learning approach that promotes teamwork and healthy competition, in an effort to enhance student engagement, understanding, and social skills. The CoA Quartet consists of various activities that encourage student collaboration to solve accounting tasks in an interactive and enjoyable way. An evaluation was conducted through questionnaires filled out by 180 students after the CoA Quartet was implemented. Data analysis using the Chi-square test showed that this method had a significant impact on student engagement, increasing their interest and understanding in accounting learning. The results of this study support the application of CoA Quartet as an effective method in high school accounting education. The PKM also provides recommendations for implementing similar methods in other schools to improve the quality of accounting education.

Abstract

This inner child therapy training aims to make students majoring in Business Administration at Politeknik Negeri Manado able to make peace with the inner child trauma experienced so that they can develop a healthy and positive personality. The problem faced is that about 44 students experience an inner child. This can be seen from the condition of students who show unstable emotional turmoil in the classroom. The inner child is the result of bad experiences or events in the past that have not been resolved properly. The negative effects of the inner child students feel are difficulty knowing themselves well, lack of ability to understand their potential, lack of trust in themselves and others, quickly feeling disappointed with various life situations, and lack of ability to control emotional turmoil. The purpose of meditation is for each student to be able to accept and make peace with their inner child trauma, besides that meditation which is done regularly can reduce the level of depression, a person's emotional condition tends to be more stable, able to generate positive energy so that they can live life better. Based on the follow-up survey of the training results, it was found that around 81.25% of students were able to make peace with their inner child.
