Abstract

The supply chain in the 4.0 era wanted consumers to be closer to producers. Problems that occur in the supply chain are supply chain information flow is still long, there is no transparency, marketing coverage is less extensive, and documentation of activities is not good. The purpose of this study is to analyze the condition of the Kelompok Tani X cocoa supply chain and to identify the attributes of the blockchain based group cocoa supply chain farmers. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The results obtained are that the supply chain information flow in the X farmer group is still overlapping, and has not been systematic. Actors consist of farmers, farmer leaders, processing factories (Kelompok Tani X), and retailers. Activities that occur are signing up, logging in, filling content, transactions, shipping, validation, and returning goods.

Abstract

Abstract— The supply chain in the 4.0 era wanted consumers to be closer to producers. The results obtained are that the supply chain information flow in the X farmer group is still overlapping, and has not been systematic. Activities that occur are signing up, logging in, filling content, transactions, shipping, validation, and returning goods. The conclusion is the supply chain activities of the Kelompok Tani X have not been documented. Abstract

Health is very necessary for every community in various parts of the world. A prosperous society is a big responsibility for the government and also the responsibility of each individual. The recording process must be carried out routinely within one month or every time a patient comes to the student health unit. This community service activity was carried out in the context of an international partnership community service program located at SB Rawang, Malaysia. The objects in the implementation of community service are all students at SB Rawang Selangor Malaysia. Recording of students' personal health records is very necessary considering the benefits include being used as a basis and guide for teachers and UKS managers to find out students' medical history so that if something undesirable happens to students in the future, they can quickly take the right actions on these students. Monitoring the growth and development of students so that the expectation of a good degree of health will be achieved for students

Abstract

Ngongak Tanduran Sustainable Food Farm (P2L) is a business group engaged in cultivating and selling fresh vegetables from their own plants. The problem experienced by P2L Ngongak Tanduran is difficulty cultivating tomatoes. The tomatoes produced are of poor quality, so they cannot be sold. This is certainly detrimental for P2L Ngongak Tanduran, because cultivating tomatoes requires quite a lot of money. To overcome the problems at P2L Ngongak Tanduran, training in making tomato sauce was carried out. Training on making tomato sauce was carried out in two stages, namely socialization of tomato derivative products and training on making tomato sauce. Socialization activities were carried out to find out how far P2L Ngongak Tanduran understands about derivative products. The method used is giving questionnaire questions to the training participants. The second activity, namely making tomato sauce, was carried out by directly teaching the training participants how to make tomato sauce. The result of this community service activity is that training participants who previously did not understand what is meant by tomato derivative products now understand what is meant by tomato derivative products. The second result is that the training participants become able to make tomato sauce independently. Abstract

Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) Ngongak Tanduran has a yard garden which grows various types of vegetables and sold in fresh form. The obstacle faced by P2L Ngongak Tanduran is old school packing. In solving the P2L Ngongak Tanduran problem, the community service team provided training modern packing various types of vegetables. After that it will provide competitive advantage and added value to vegetables. The training was held on June 26, 2023 with 2activities, namely is packing training. The results of community service activities are P2L Ngongak Tanduran can make the modern packing of vegetables.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that depends on the agricultural sector. During the Covid 19 pandemic when all sectors experienced a decline, the agricultural sector continued to record positive growth. Therefore, the Madiun City Food Security and Agriculture Service, in order to restore the economy, initiated the Sustainable Food Yard program in the form of using yards to grow vegetables which can be sold to increase household income. In 2023, funding from DKPP will stop so that P2L begins to face risk uncertainty. Risk is an uncertain situation that can hinder the achievement of goals. Therefore, risks need to be identified so that they can be handled so as not to cause major losses. The method used to identify risks is the fishbone diagram. The results of this research are that there are thirty risks that occur in the vegetable business at P2L Ngongak Tanduran. This risk is divided into five variables, namely six risks in the money variable, eight risks in the material variable, six risks in the man/personnel variable, five risks in the methods variable, and five risks in the machines variable.

Abstract

Permintaan sayuran di Kota Madiun terus meningkat. Faktor adanya peningkatan tersebut karena pemerintah telah mencanangkan program “Warung Stop Stunting” (WSS) dalam rangka untuk menekan angka kasus balita pendek (stunting). Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) Ngongak Tanduran merupakan usaha budidaya tanaman sayuran yang ingin memenuhi permintaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi bisnis P2L Ngongak Tanduran dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan 9 elemen BMC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Segmen Konsumen P2L Ngongak Tanduran adalah Pasar Massa (mass market); Nilai Proposisi P2L Ngongak Tanduran menggunakan pestisida nabati, harga bersaing dengan kelompok lain, serta kualitas sayuran yang baik; Saluran P2L Ngongak Tanduran berupa direct selling, festival, dan Sunday Market; Hubungan Pelanggan P2L Ngongak Tanduran dengan memberikan promosi berupa memajang produk sayuran saat kegiatan festival maupun Sunday Market maupun juga melakukan interaksi konsumen secara langsung; Alur Pendapatan P2L Ngongak Tanduran berasal dari penjualan produk sayur; Aktivitas Kunci P2L Ngongak Tanduran yaitu pengadaan bahan baku, produksi dan budidaya, pemasaran dan distribusi, serta pengembangan produk; Sumberdaya Kunci P2L Ngongak Tanduran adalah lokasinya yang strategis serta menggunakan bibit yang unggul; Mitra Kunci P2L Ngongak Tanduran adalah Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian (DKPP) Kota Madiun serta HOREKA; serta Struktur Biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh P2L Ngongak Tanduran untuk menjalankan usahanya adalah pengadaan bibit, pengadaan pupuk, pengadaan pestisida, perluasan lahan, dan peningkatan infrastruktur lahan tanam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Madiun Jawa Timur pada Bulan Mei 2023. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor-faktor psikologi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen ikan segar, dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor psikologi apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen ikan segar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebesar 34 dimana sebagai pegawai (dosen dan tenaga kependidikan) di Universitas Muhammadiyah Madiun dan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Ikan segar dikonsumsi yang terbanyak yaitu didominasi pegawai yang berpenghasilan Rp 1.000.000 - Rp 3.000.000,-/bulan. Faktor-faktor psikologis sebagai sebuah proses yang terdiri dari motivasi, pengamatan, belajar, dan sikap cukup mampu menjelaskan dan memberikan pengaruh nyata secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku konsumen di dalam memutuskan untuk mengkonsumsi ikan segar di Universitas Muhammadiyah Madiun. Keempat faktor tersebut mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 55,2% terhadap konsumsi ikan segar, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,8% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Di dalam faktor-faktor psikologis tersebut, variabel motivasi dan sikap merupakan variabel yang berperan memberikan pengaruh nyata secara sendiri-sendiri terhadap perilaku konsumen untuk memutuskan mengkonsumsi ikan segar atau tidak di Universitas Muhammadiyah Madiun.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu penghasil kakao terbesar di dunia, namun memiliki masalah dimana memiliki rantai pasokan yang panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendesain sistem pengukuran kinerja dan perbaikan rantai pasok kakao. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis dan perancangan sistem menggunakan use case diagram dan BPMN. formulasi sistem dengan metode SCOR dan RELIEF, verifikasi dan validasi dengan power designer. Hasil penelitian didapatkan masukan sistem: data pesanan pembelian, pesanan pengiriman, pesanan pengembalian, pemenuhan pesanan, waktu pengiriman, kemampuan menyesuaikan jumlah bahan baku dan kebutuhan konsumen, kemampuan untuk menerima dan menangani pengembalian barang, biaya perencanaan, biaya pembuatan, biaya pengiriman, biaya pengembalian, biaya ke sumber, strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasokan. Keluaran sistem: sistem kinerja kakao, strategi peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok. Hasil pengukuran kinerja yaitu waktu siklus pemenuhan pesanan, waktu siklus pengiriman, fleksibilitas dan kemampuan beradaptasi sumber rantai pasokan, fleksibilitas dan kemampuan beradaptasi pengembalian rantai pasokan. Tiga strategi yang direkomendasikan adalah menjalin hubungan beberapa pemasok, mengontrol bahan baku, mencatat barang yang dikembalikan.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara penghasil kakao terbesar ketiga dunia selain Pantai Gading dan Ghana. Akan tetapi kondisi alam dari Indonesia membuat Indonesia memiliki biaya logistik yang tinggi. Indonesia merupakan negara agromaritim dikarenakan terdiri dari banyak pulau dan laut. Salah satu daerah penghasil kakao terbesar di Indonesia yaitu Sulawesi Selatan. Disebabkan biaya logistik untuk pengiriman kakao ke Jawa cukup memakan biaya, maka logistik pada saat pengangkutan dari kabupaten penghasil ke pelabuhan harus diminimalkan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu saving matrix dimana untuk memperoleh jumlah angkutan truk yang tepat dan penentuan rute dalam rangka minimasi biaya. Hasilnya diperlukan 4 buah truk yang melayani 4 rute dan hasilnya dapat meminimasi biaya sebesar 32%.
