Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand awareness and halal label on brand attitude of Wardah cosmetic customers in Sukabumi City. The method used is descriptive-analytical approach with quantitative research techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation, involving 94 respondents who are consumers of Wardah products. Data analysis used multiple correlation analysis and multiple linear regression, supported by partial (t-test) and simultaneous (f-test) significance tests with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between brand awareness and halal labeling on brand attitude, with a correlation value of 0.742. The contribution of the two variables in influencing brand attitude is 88.8%, while 11.2% is influenced by other variables not studied. The t-test reveals that both brand awareness and halal labeling partially have a positive and significant influence on brand attitude. In addition, the results of the f-test show that the two variables simultaneously significantly influence brand attitude

Abstract

We often see the use of Hebel as a building wall, especially nowadays, because it is large and light, so the building can be completed more quickly. So product quality is a very important point in making consumer purchasing decisions, if the product offered is of good quality it can build consumer confidence regarding the product purchased. Another factor that can increase purchasing decisions is price. This research aims to determine the level of quality of Hebel products and prices on purchasing decisions at the Sinar Mega Tambun Selatan Building Store, Bekasi. This research uses a non-probability sampling method, namely a saturated sample with a sample of 81 respondents and also uses the help of the SPSS application program. The analysis techniques used are validity test instruments, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, t tests, F tests, coefficient of determination tests. Partial results on consumer satisfaction can be seen from the significant t value of 0.00 < 0.05 and price has a partially significant positive influence on purchasing decisions at Sinar Mega, this can be seen from the significant t value equal to 0.00 < 0.05, while simultaneously product quality and price have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. This can be seen from the significant F value of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

The financial performance of local governments (LG) in implementing regional autonomy has a central role. However, the phenomenon is that only some local governments have this financial capability. Therefore, this study examines what factors can affect financial performance. This study empirically analyzed the effect of capital expenditure, local government size, legislative size, local revenue, and audit opinion on the financial performance of local governments in districts and cities in West Java. The method used uses quantitative methods. The research data used financial reports of Regency and City Regional Governments in West Java for the period 2015 - 2022 using Purposive Sampling. A total of 216 data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The steps in this study begin with a review of literature and regulations, data collection, data tabulation, data analysis, and then reporting and publication of research results. The results showed that the size of local government, local revenue, and audit opinion had a positive effect on financial performance, while capital expenditure and legislative size did not affect financial performance. Based on the results of this study, the implication is that district and city governments in West Java must increase the size of local governments, local revenue, and audit opinion to improve their regions' financial performance. Keywords: Performance, capital expenditure, local government size, PAD, legislative size, audit opinion.

Abstract

The estimation of project costs and completion timelines are crucial aspects that need to be accurately predicted, as they are key indicators of a project's success. Issues like cost overruns and delays in project completion have become common in the construction industry. PT XYZ, a mining construction company, encountered a cost overrun in May 2023, leading to a 21.6% increase in the budget. According to the initial project baseline, it was expected to be completed by September 2023, but faced an 8-month delay. This study aims to explore the external factors causing cost and time overruns, identify the most significant factors, and propose recommendations to reduce these issues. The research methods used are Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) to examine the relationship between the factors and determine the most dominant one. Data was collected through questionnaires, and a threshold was set via a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with experienced professionals in construction who played a key role in project decisions. The DEMATEL analysis, with a threshold of 0.5000, produced a relationship diagram of the criteria, and the ANP analysis, conducted using SuperDecisions software, revealed that the most influential factor affecting cost and time overruns is the accuracy of the Scope of Work (SOW) . As a result, it is recommended that PT XYZ improve project management and ensure higher accuracy in defining the SOW for future projects
