Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the digital literacy capacity and marketing innovation of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in supporting the sustainability of local businesses in Bobosan Village, North Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. The program was initiated in response to the low level of digital literacy among MSME actors, limited use of social media and marketplace platforms, and a lack of innovation in marketing strategies, all of which have constrained market reach and business competitiveness. The implementation methods included digital literacy training, digital marketing strategy workshops, assistance in the use of social media and marketplaces, and simulations of digital content creation, conducted in stages ranging from needs identification to monitoring and evaluation. Evaluation instruments included pre-test and post-test questionnaires, observation sheets, and participant feedback forms to assess changes in knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques by comparing participants’ conditions before and after the program. The results showed measurable improvements among participants, with understanding of digital marketing increasing by approximately 35%, ability to use digital platforms by 30%, and skills in creating digital content by 25%. Participants also began implementing digital marketing strategies in their businesses. In addition, partners responded positively to the program, stating that the materials were easy to understand, the activities were beneficial, and their digital knowledge and skills had improved. This activity was further supported by participants’ enthusiasm, internet access, and practical learning materials, although challenges remained in the form of limited technological capabilities and implementation time. Overall, the findings indicate that the community service program effectively enhanced the digital literacy capacity and marketing innovation of MSMEs while encouraging the adoption of digital marketing to support the sustainability of local businesses.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of the Sampora Village community, Tangerang, in developing sustainable urban farming through the implementation of hydroponic systems. The program addresses the need for alternative agricultural practices in urban areas to support food security and environmental sustainability. The methods employed included educational counseling on sustainable agriculture, hands-on training in basic hydroponic techniques, technical guidance on advanced hydroponic piping systems, and interactive discussions and question-and-answer sessions to strengthen participants’ understanding. Community members were actively involved as participants, while practical learning tools such as hydroponic installation equipment and nutrient management systems were utilized throughout the program. Data were analyzed using a descriptive approach, combining quantitative analysis of pre-test and post-test results. The findings indicate significant improvements in participants’ competencies, including increased understanding of hydroponic systems from 20% to 85%, installation skills from 15% to 80%, nutrient management knowledge from 10% to 78%, and maintenance skills from 12% to 82%. In addition, participants developed awareness of potential business opportunities, such as selling fresh produce to local markets. Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen family nutrition literacy regarding complementary feeding practices (MP-ASI), the utilization of local food resources, and the rational use of multivitamins and simple pharmaceutical products as part of stunting prevention efforts in Nagari Sungai Kunyit Barat, South Solok Regency. The program was implemented using a Participatory Action Research approach, involving 40 participants consisting of mothers of young children, community health volunteers (posyandu cadres), and local administrative stakeholders. Evaluation data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ knowledge and practical skills in age-appropriate complementary feeding, the utilization of animal-based protein sources (such as eggs and fish), and the rational use of multivitamins as supportive supplements rather than substitutes for main meals. Operationally, participants were able to design varied menus based on local food resources, and posyandu cadres demonstrated readiness to replicate the educational activities within the community. Overall, the activity demonstrates that community-based education integrating nutrition and community pharmacy literacy can effectively strengthen family capacity for stunting prevention.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assess the level of parental social support and to provide psychoeducation to parents and guardians of ninth-grade students at Madinah Al Fatih Gadur Islamic Junior High School, with the goal of enhancing their understanding of how to support their children's education and career planning. The program is implemented through face-to-face psychoeducational sessions, followed by small group discussions facilitated by a psychologist, involving a total of 49 parents and guardians. Data are collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring four dimensions of social support: emotional, appraisal, instrumental, and informational support. Descriptive analysis reveals that 71.43% of respondents are categorized as having a moderate level of social support, while 14.29% fall into both the high and low categories. Emotional support demonstrates the highest mean score (M = 22.16), whereas instrumental support shows the lowest (M = 5.86), indicating that emotional support is more dominant than tangible assistance. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening parental roles in supporting children's educational achievement and facilitating early career planning through the provision of optimal social support.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the digital defense system of PT PLN Palembang through the integration of cybersecurity technology and artificial intelligence (AI). As a strategic state-owned enterprise, PT PLN faces the risk of cyberattacks targeting SCADA and ERP systems, which may disrupt national energy resilience. The implementation method of this community service activity was carried out systematically through stages of infrastructure auditing, socialization, intensive training, and direct technology implementation using a participatory-collaborative approach. The instrument utilized in this activity was the SCADA system, which was analyzed through real-time network traffic monitoring using machine learning and deep learning algorithms. The results of this community service activity indicate the successful implementation of a SCADA-based security system capable of providing early detection of zero-day threats, as well as enhancing the capacity of PT PLN’s IT personnel in independently managing network security. The impact of this activity is the establishment of a more resilient and secure digital transformation foundation for industries in South Sumatra, while simultaneously reducing dependence on conventional passive security systems.
