Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh pengelolaan berkas di PT. PLN Manokwari khususnya pada bagian pengadaan barang dan jasa masih tidak efisien. pengelolaan berkas yang dimaksud diantaranya pencarian berkas data masuk dan keluar. Ada banyak data jika dicatat manual akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama sehingga pembagian tugas setiap staf tidak merata. karena proses pencarian pendataan keluar masuk tidak efisien. Hal inilah yang membuat peneliti untuk membuat sistem pencarian arsip dengan metode parsing. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan staf dalam mengelola data dan mencari data yang banyak. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Aplikasi ini di uji menggunakan black box, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MYSQL. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan perancangan dan aplikasi pencarian arsip menggunakan metode parsing pada PT.PLN Manokwari. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat memudahkan staf dalam mengelola dan mencari data arsip pengadaan barang dan jasa.

Abstract

Today's technology is automated. In car alarm devices, to automatic parking. This very rapid development of technology makes humans create equipment that can make it easier for humans. The etching process can also be called the Printed Circuit Board screen printing process, which is the creation of a path or layout that will connect between electrical components. PCB etching machine is a tool used to dissolve metal parts that are not designed on plain PCB boards using a mixture of chemical solutions, namely ferric chloride. Manual PCB processes usually take a long time and risk being exposed to ferrit chloride solutions for users. This article discusses how to make an automatic etching machine tool with a Microcontroller module that has a camera feature to monitor the editing results on a copper board. With the time method as the key to perfect results during the checking process. For as a driver, that is using a Servo Motor. The microcontroller used in this machine is an ESP32 camera based on the Internet of things Telegram as a Data Base media. For software design using fritzing software applications. The success of the PCB etching machine in this study is seen from testing tools ranging from voltage testing, microcontroller testing, real time a clock testing and Internet of Things system testing. From many of these tests, good results were obtained.

Abstract

This research designed a sense to find out the number of lecturers who enter and finish teaching lectures. Fikom, UMI still uses a manual system in managing lecturers' teaching salaries, so that it has several battles that usually occur in manual systems, including the attendance process and attendance recapitulation inefficient, less transparent because lecturers cannot access the issue of honorarium that lecturers will receive, and what will happen is that the salary calculation is not accurate so that it often results in disputes between lecturers and the finance department. on this occasion the author tries to design a working system of a tool that can recap lecturer attendance that can function to increase efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in the management of lecturer teaching honoraria. The system designed in this study was made using the RFID module and Raspberry Pi as the primary component of the system. The original way of working of this system comes from reading identification data from the RFID card carried by the lecturer. The data read by the RFID will be sent to the Raspberry Pi as input data. Raspberry pi will send RFID data readings to the server computer into input data. personal computer server will get data from Raspberry pi and will check the data, when the data received is synchronized with the ongoing course schedule, the server computer will send the data to Raspberry and will be displayed on the LCD. which will occur from this research shares that the process of computerized honorarium management tends to be easier and management has a better level of accuracy than using manual methods. in terms of news, reports that are designed tend to be simpler and faster because they are automatically in accordance with the input data entered previously.

Abstract

Power transformers are the main equipment in the electrical power system that is directly related to the distribution of electricity. One of the most important parts of a power transformer is its insulation system. Over time and operation, the condition of the insulation can deteriorate, which can cause operational failures and damage to the transformer. The purpose of the study was to determine the condition of the quality of insulation resistance in power transformers. The method was a literature study used to deepen the material related to the research title and data collection at the ULTG Ende Substation. The data taken were the results of polarization index, tangent delta and breakdown voltage tests. Based on the analysis results, the polarization index value in 2020 on the primary-ground side was 1.21 and the primary-secondary side was 1.23, but in 2022 it increased to 1.27 and 1.28. The tangent delta calculation results in 2020 on the secondary side on the CLG insulation was 0.64% and in 2022 it was 0.58%, which showed a decrease in insulation (0.5% - 0.7%). For breakdown voltage in 2020 it was 42.2 kV and OLTC 32.4 kV and in 2022 it was 41.1 kV and OLTC was 31.4 kV.

Abstract

The stove is an important component in the kitchen. Stoves can help cook food or drinks. Using a gas stove is very expensive. LPG gas is a stove fuel that is often used by people for cooking. The price of stoves and LPG gas is now increasing. Meanwhile, there are also a lot of cooking needs, so this will result in more gas usage and more expensive costs. Given this problem, the author created a smart stove that has advantages. This smart stove is medium in size and portable so it can be taken anywhere. Apart from that, this tool uses a supercapacitor, which can store the electrical voltage produced by the heat of burning biomass. This tool can produce electricity from biomass and solar cells. Selecting the type of biomass uses the simple additive weighing (saw) method, namely wood or waste. Internet of Things (IOT) is an information medium for the smart stove process. Apart from cooking, this tool can also light 1 LED lamp measuring 5–10 watts, can be used as a 5 volt cellphone charger or a charge time of 60 minutes. The advantage of this smart stove is that it really helps people, thereby reducing the cost of purchasing gas

Abstract

The current prepaid and postpaid electrical payment systems still have limitation, in monitoring electrical powerconsumption. In postpaid electricity, recording through officers is still done manuallywhen monitoring electrical power usage, whereas for the prepaid system users cannot know electrical power usage in real time. Based on these conditions, a toolwas designed that capable of calculatingthe electrical power used by using home appliancesin real time and can be monitored remotely. This system is designed using the N. meanwhile, it can beode MCU ESP8266as the main controller and the PZEM-004T sensor to measure voltage (V), current(A), plectrical Powerower (W), and energy (kWh), as well as fees that must be paid (Rp) accordingly. Usage, whre the data will bedisplayed on a 20x4 LCD for on-site monitoring. Meanwhile, it canbe monitored remotely using Blynk IoT application whichis connected to the internet network. Generally this system can work with in error rate of <5%, where testing is carried out for 20 minutes for indescent lamp loads.

Abstract

Distributed Generation (DG) is a power plant that is spread over the power distribution network. In principle, electrical power output is generated by power plants located far from the load center and electrical power is transmitted to the load center through transmission and distribution networks. The longer the cable from the power plant or substation, the lower the voltage at the end load. Sub-optimal DG placement and size can result in increased power losses and affect the system voltage profile. In addition, suboptimal generation capacity can lead to voltage instability, reduced system security, and potential impacts on system frequency and emissions. Therefore, this study will use the Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) method to determine the optimal DG capacity and location. In the base case condition, the power losses in the system are 118 KW and 99 Kvar. Power losses after the installation of 1 DG active power loss becomes 37.4 KW and reactive power loss becomes 31.65 Kvar. Placement of 2 DGs reduces active power loss to 17 KW and reactive power loss to 15 Kvar. While the placement of 3 DG reduces active power loss to 33 KW and reactive power loss to 28 KVar.

Abstract

At the company PT. PLN (Persero) ULTG Madiun carried out many tests relay, one of which is intertrip testing relay distance. Intertrip testing relay distance is a test carried out between 2 (two) relay distance conducting bays in main substations that face each other. Intertrip testing relay distance must be done if replacement occursrelay, replacement of teleprotection equipment, changes to protection schemes, and changes to logic circuitsrelay which is related to the send or receive signal from the opposite substation. However, this test requires synchronization between two intertrip test tools relay distance at each substation. In this final project, it will be designed Time Syncronization As A Tool For Intertrip Relay Distance Testing, to make things easier for PT employees. PLN (Persero) ULTG Madiun when synchronizing two intertrip test equipment relay distance. All process control of this tool uses ESP32 Devkit V1. Meanwhile for displaying setting time for testing can be seen on the web assisted by GPS NEO-6M. The results obtained when testing the Dolopo by Ponorogo R and S phase distance intertrip relay were carried out at 12.00.00, experiencing a delay time of 0.0553 seconds when the PMT tripped. Meanwhile, the Dolopo by Ponorogo T phase distance intertrip relay test was carried out on 12.09.00 and experienced a delay of 0.0529 seconds when the PMT tripped. From two intertrip relay distance tests, the trip time delay is no more than 0.1 second.

Abstract

Water is an important resource for human survival as well as various economic sectors. PDAM is responsible for providing water supply to the community. One of the major challenges faced in managing water supply is the problem of water loss or leakage. This research aims to overcome this problem by designing an innovative method to collect water discharge data on the distribution channel of PDAM Makassar using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. This method uses the ESP32-CAM to take images of the water meter on the main pipe and save it to a database. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology is used to convert the image into text that can be processed. The test results show that the average error in meter readings is 0.215% with an average accuracy rate of 98%. Overall the system works well in reading digital meters and is reliable in monitoring water consumption visually and in real-time. Thus, this method can be an effective solution in detecting water leaks and improving the efficiency of water supply management by PDAMs, as well as saving resources and operational costs.
