Abstract

Permasalahan ketenagalistrikan di Kabupaten Fakfak bukan hanya terjadi oleh akibat terbatasnya pasokan listrik yang disalurkan oleh PLN, namun juga terjadi akibat proses distribusi listrik ke Masyarakat. Salah satu masalah yang seringkali terjadi adalah presentasi penggunaan tranformator yang telah melebihi dari ketentuan PLN yang mana pembebanan normal transformator adalah 60 % - 80%. Penyulang Danaweria merupakan salah satu penyulang yang seringkali mendapat keluhan dari konsumen Listrik PLN di Kabupaten Fakfak dimana sampai mengakibatkan terjadinya pemadaman listrik oleh PLN. Jika hal ini terus dibiarkan, maka tentu akan mengakibatkan kerusakan pada gardu distribusi yang akan merugikan pihak PLN sebagai penyedia  dan masyarakat sebagai konsumen listrik. Melalui pemasangan transformator sisipan, diharapkan dapat mengurangi beban pada gardu distribusi dengan memindahkan beban ke gardu sisipan. Dalam penelitian ini akan mengkaji terkait pemasangan transformator sisipan untuk mengurangi beban pada gardu distribusi FFK 058, 200kVA Penyulang Danaweria di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Fakfak, dengan memindahkan sebagian beban ke transformator sisipan 100 kVA. Setelah pemasangan trafo sisipan, beban puncak siang hari dari trafo FFK 058, 200 kVA diperoleh presentase pembebanan sebesar 35,4% dari sebelumnya sebesar 61,07%. Sedangkan pada malam hari, presentase pembebanan sebesar 55,7 % dari sebelumnya 98,23%.  Hasil tersebut menunjukan presentasi pembebanan dalam keadaan normal sesuai ketentuan PLN

Abstract

The increasing need for electrical energy must be balanced with improved customer service. Customers will feel comfortable if they can enjoy an uninterrupted electricity supply in the form of a disconnection of the electricity supply for a certain period of time or what is commonly called the ENS (Energy Not Supplied) index and the AENS (Average Energy Not Supplied) index. The reliability of the electric power system is one of the things that is very important in order to maintain the performance of the three main pillars of PT. PLN (Persero). A reliable distribution network can be seen from the number of disruptions that often occur in the distribution network. Disruptions that arise in the distribution network arise due to internal factors such as less reliable distribution network components. In addition, it can also be caused by external factors such as natural disasters or the influence of trees and animals. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it is known that the occurrence of disruptions and the length of the duration of the disruption cause the Energy Not Supplied (ENS) value to increase as in April and July, the high duration of the blackout also makes the ENS higher, namely 792.857804 kW and 789.046811 kW. However, the distribution network at the Wagom feeder is still considered reliable in distributing electrical energy based on the SAIDI and SAIFI indices. From the research results, the SAIDI index at the Wagom feeder reached 8.96 hours/customer/year. While the SAIFI index at the Wagom feeder reached 2.08 times/customer/year.

Abstract

The simple additive weighting method is a decision support system method for various decision selection problems. Many research topics use the SAW method as a reference method in a decision support system. The street lighting control system is very useful for residents of the village of Karanganyar, Paiton, Probolinggo. This lighting is the main spotlight for residents' activities at the village office. Such as August competitions, routine monthly recitations, competitions to commemorate Isra' Mi'raj and the Prophet's birthday. There are many types of lamps in stores. The criteria for lamps are that they have high light illumination, long-lasting light, large bulb size, so that they can help village residents carry out activities at night. This lamp also uses photovoltaic as an additional source of electrical energy so it can save electricity costs to PLN. The solar panel measures 550 x 360 x 25 mm, 20 volts and has a peak power of 20 watts

Abstract

Badminton is one of the most popular sports in Indonesia. This sport not only improves health, but also develops physical, mental and strategic skills. Badminton is also one of the sports that makes Indonesia proud in the international arena thanks to the success of Indonesian badminton players in various world championships. To create reliable badminton players, a very strict training program and the best training facilities are needed, one of which is a drill training program in badminton that feeds continuously, this exercise is very effective depending on how long the ball feeder feeds. Therefore, an innovation to help a coach in training his students, especially in drill training, is an automatic shuttlecock feeder that can feed automatically with varied feeds and with a certain speed that has been programmed using a microcontroller, previously this automatic shuttlecock feeder tool has been made by Reza Kurniawan and Jaka Kurniawan. Still, in this research, the author added a security system using two sensors: an RFID sensor and an ultrasonic sensor.

Abstract

Ergonomic challenges are associated with study tables often ignore the user's optimal dimensions and posture. A comfortable study environment is needed to improve productivity and health. It is necessary to design and implement an automatic control system for the table height and study light intensity, utilizing ultrasonic sensors and Light Dependent Resistors (LDR) to adapt to the user's needs. Previous studies often neglect the integration of adjustable furniture with smart lighting systems, causing discomfort and inefficiency in the study environment. A new method is needed by combining a linear DC motor actuator with an L298N motor driver to facilitate table height adjustment between 70 cm and 80 cm, while using a relay module to control the brightness of the lights based on ambient light conditions. The results show that the developed system significantly improves user comfort and health, demonstrating its effectiveness in various settings, including home and workplace. The results show that ergonomic design when paired with automation, can improve user concentration and productivity. This study contributes to the field of ergonomic design by providing a practical solution that addresses table height and lighting, ultimately promoting a healthier and more efficient study environment.

Abstract

This research develops a balancing robot control system using a fuzzy logic approach, focusing on the adjustment of membership function parameters. The main components of the system include the ESP32 microcontroller, MPU6050 sensor for detecting tilt angle and angular velocity, and L298 motor driver for DC motor actuation. Triangular-shaped membership functions are implemented, and parameters a, b, and c are adjusted through simulation to enhance system performance. Evaluation results indicate an average settling time of 1.2 seconds, a maximum overshoot of 5%, and a steady-state error of less than 2 degrees. This adjustment successfully balances response speed and stability, providing important guidance for developers in designing a more optimal fuzzy logic control system. The research was conducted at the Electrical Engineering Laboratory of 17 August 1945 University (Untag) Surabaya from June to December 2023.

Abstract

Autoped has become a popular alternative in environmentally friendly urban transportation. It uses batteries as the main power source to drive their electric motors. However, efficient and optimal battery usage is essential to maintain the performance and durability of autoped. This study aims to design a speed monitoring system for autoped using LiFePO4 batteries by considering variations in user loads. This monitoring system informs autoped drivers about the speed when used and battery usage. This electric autoped is equipped with a DC brushed motor with a specification of 24 Volt/500 Watt. The speed is measured using a metal proximity sensor that functions without direct contact, thus ensuring consistent measurements and reducing the risk of errors due to physical interaction. In addition, a load cell sensor with a maximum weight measurement of 100 kg is used to classify user's weight which is divided into three variations: 35-45 kg, 46-55 kg, and 56-65 kg. As the main energy source, this system uses a LiFePo4 battery with a specification of 24 Volt/36 Ah. The system was tested on a flat track on the campus, where the scooters were used to support environmentally friendly mobility around the campus area. This test ensured that the designed speed monitoring system was able to provide real-time data on scooter performance based on user weight, as well as support increased efficiency of battery energy use.

Abstract

This study aims to explain students' behavior in accessing the kalam.umi.ac.id learning platform and its impact on student academic performance. It analyzes data collected from students' access to the platform during 12 sessions in one semester for the Islamic communication subject taught by Professor Surani. The data includes students' access times, access frequency, and academic performance such as assignment grades, midterm exams, and final exams. Through data processing methods, correlation analysis, and cluster optimization, the study found a positive relationship between access times, midterm exams, final exams, and assignments with students' final grades. The higher these variables, the higher the students' final grades. However, this relationship is not always consistent across different variables. In this study, the Elbow method was used to determine the optimal number of clusters by identifying the point where the variance reduction becomes less significant. Additionally, the Sum of Square Error (SSE) was analyzed to understand the sharp change followed by a gradual decrease in the value of K until stability is reached. Clustering results using the K-Means algorithm showed the presence of three student clusters based on their learning behavior. Cluster 0 is the largest, consisting of 176 students. Cluster 1 has 57 students, and cluster 2 is the smallest with 17 students. These clusters provide insights into varying student learning patterns, including differences in final grades and access frequency. These findings can be used as a basis for developing more effective and personalized learning strategies for students.

Abstract

Sterilisator panas kering merupakan salah satu alat sterilisasi menggunakan metode suhu tinggi. Alat ini biasanya dapat dijumpai pada ruangan laboratorium, karena alat ini berfungsi untuk mensterilkan peralatan kedokteran. Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat membuat berbagai kegiatan dan peralatan keokteran semakin moderen dimana banyak alat kedokteran yang sudah sangat canggih,begitu pun dengan alat sterilisator. Logika fuzzy adalah salah satu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk pengaturan suhu pada alat sterilisator panas kering. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengimplementasikan logika Fuzzy Mamdani pada pengaturan suhu di alat sterilisator. Adapun inputaan yang digunakan yaitu sensor1 dan sensor2. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan bantuan software Arduino untuk mempermudah saat pembuatan koding Fuzzy. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi logika Fuzzy Mamdani pada alat sterilisator untuk pengaturan suhu diperoleh hasil rata-rata error sensor1 dan sensor2 saat Heater on adalah sebesar (-1,75)˚C dan (-2,25)˚C sedangkan pada saat heater off rata rata error sensor1 dan sensor2 adalah 6,25˚C dan 7˚C. Dimana penyimpangan tersebut masi dalam batas toleransi yaitu ±10˚C Hal ini menunjukan bahwa logoka Fuzzy Mamdani baik digunakan untuk pengaturan suhu pada alat sterilisator.

Abstract

Abstrak— Pengeringan bawang merupakan proses penting dalam industri pertanian untuk memperpanjang masa simpan dan menjaga kualitas produk. Namun, proses pengeringan yang tidak optimal dapat menyebabkan penurunan kualitas, seperti perubahan warna, tekstur, dan kadar air yang tidak sesuai standar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Pengering Bawang Otomatis Berbasis Mikrokontroler dengan pemilihan jenis bawang menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), sementara mikrokontroler berfungsi sebagai unit kendali utama untuk mengatur suhu dan durasi pengeringan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan optimal dengan pengeringan atara 4-6 jam dengan beban berat bawang 5 kilo, serta alternative yang terpilih sebagai alternative jenis bawang yaitu bawang merah. Karena jumlah peminat bawang merah sangat tinggi di desa sekarkare kecamatan dringu kabupaten probolinggo..
