Abstract

The Minister of Health Regulation (PMK) Number 24 of 2022 mandates healthcare facilities, including hospitals, to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR). However, the optimal development of EMR remains a challenge. This community service aims to provide counseling on EMR development strategies based on SWOT analysis and digital maturity. This activity is a dissemination of research findings conducted in 2022 regarding EMR development. The method used was community education through counseling provided to the heads of departments and medical record staff of Bethesda Hospital regarding EMR development strategies. The evaluation results showed that Bethesda Hospital’s digital maturity level is at level 4 (EMRAM). Therefore, a more aggressive EMR development strategy is recommended, leveraging existing strengths and opportunities, to enhance the digital maturity level of EMR to support clinical decision-making and patient safety.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in inclusive and sustainable economic development. Despite the significant potential of the digital economy to enhance market access for MSMEs, the optimal utilization of technology among these businesses remains limited. Motion graphics, as a popular animation technology in digital promotion, offer a solution that is relatively easy for MSMEs to learn and implement. This program is designed to enhance the application of appropriate technology in empowering MSMEs through the utilization of motion graphic-based promotional videos, with the ultimate goal of increasing sales. The implementation method of this PkM program employs a participatory approach encompassing needs identification, intensive training, and continuous mentoring stages. Evaluation results indicate a significant increase in the understanding and skills of MSME participants, with an average score increase of 4.82. Thus, motion graphic-based promotional video training proves effective in improving the digital capacity of MSME actors, potentially serving as a strategic solution to address the limited utilization of digital promotion technology and drive their economic growth.

Abstract

The significant difficulty faced by early childhood children in learning the hijaiyah letters due to monotonous and unengaging teaching methods poses a considerable challenge for Quran teachers and mosque activists in creating a more stimulating learning environment. This community service activity aims to train Quran teachers and mosque activists on innovative game-based methods for teaching Quran literacy to early childhood children. The training methodology includes lectures and interactive discussions. Lectures emphasize the importance of early Quran literacy and introduce game-based teaching techniques, including the use of hijaiyah cards, Islamic songs, and tactile media. Interactive discussions explore participants' experiences and provide solutions to the challenges of teaching the Quran. Evaluation results indicate that 85% of participants experienced an increased understanding of innovative Quran teaching methods. These findings suggest that an innovative game-based approach is effective in increasing children's interest in learning the Quran and facilitating their understanding of the hijaiyah letters. This program contributes to improving the quality of Quran learning for early childhood children within the mosque environment.
