EKOMABIS: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen Bisnis is a journal published twice a year (January and July) by LPPM Universitas Pelita Bangsa that focused on economics, management, and Business Studies. The aim of the journals is to disseminate the research in management studies that include marketing, finance, production, human resources, and strategic management. This journal did not give limitations on research methods, both of quantitative and qualitative can be accepted and the data from primary, secondary, and literature review. The decision for acceptance depends on double-blind review results.

Abstract

Desa wisata merupakan cerminan dari usaha memajukan desa dengan berbagai karakteristik yang dimiliki desa demi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan strategi pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Magelang. Teknik penggalian data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara terstruktur kepada 42 pengelola desa wisata serta pemerintah daerah. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT), Internal-External (IE) Matriks, dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Desa Wisata di Kabupaten Magelang cukup baik (memiliki peluang lebih besar daripada ancaman dan memiliki kekuatan lebih besar daripada kelemahan) dan berada pada posisi stabil bertumbuh. Pengembangan berkelanjutan hendaknya dilakukan dengan strategi stabilitas-pertumbuhan dengan prioritas peningkatan profesionalitas pengelolaan, sumber daya manusia, kelengkapan organisasi, fasilitas, paket wisata, kerjasama, dan manajemen tepat-terarah. The tourist village reflects efforts to advance the village with various characteristics possessed by the village for the welfare of its people. This research aims to find a sustainable tourism village development strategy in Magelang Regency. Data mining techniques will be carried out by observation, structured interviews with tourism village managers and local governments. Respondents were 42 tourism village managers and local governments. The analytical tools used are Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT), Internal-External (IE) Matrix, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results of the study show that the Tourism Village in Magelang Regency is quite good where the Tourism Village has greater opportunities than threats and has greater strengths than weaknesses and is in a stable and growing position. The development of sustainable tourism villages in Magelang Regency should implement a strategy of stability and growth with priority on improving the professionalism of governance, human resources, organizational completeness, tourist attraction facilities, tour packages, and cooperation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha melalui mediasi pengetahuan dan pola pikir kewirausahaan. Penggunaan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini melalui metode deskriptif eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian ini mahasiswa FEB UM Angkatan 2019 dengan sampel sebanyak 297 mahasiswa menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pengetahuan, pola pikir dan kesiapan berwirausaha. Pengetahuan dan pola pikir kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha melalui pengetahuan dan pola pikir kewirausahaan. This study aims to determine the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Readiness through the mediation of Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Mindset. The use of a quantitative approach in this study is through the descriptive method of explanatory. The population of this study is FEB UM students Class of 2019 and the sample taken is 297 students using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection through online questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS. Entrepreneurship Education has a positive influence on Knowledge, Mindset and Entrepreneurial Readiness. Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Mindset have a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Readiness. Entrepreneurship Education has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Readiness through Entrepreneurial Knowledge Entrepreneurial Mindset.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek motivasi sebagai mediasi pada analisis kompetensi dan komitmen terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pegawai desa-desa di wilayah kecamatan Gunung Putri kabupaten Bogor. Ada 70 responden dalam penelitian ini. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS sebagai alat bantu untuk analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi secara positif mempengaruhi motivasi tetapi komitmen tidak berpengaruh. Kompetensi, komitmen dan motivasi secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan arah positif. Motivasi tidak memediasi kompetensi dan komitmen terhadap kinerja atau kompetensi dan komimen secara tidak langsung melalui motivasi tidak dapat mempengaruhi kinerja. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation as a mediation on competency analysis and commitment to employee performance. The study was conducted on employees of villages in Gunung Putri sub-district, Bogor regency. There were 70 respondents in this study. The data is processed using SPSS as a tool for path analysis. The results showed that competence positively affected motivation but commitment had no effect. Competence, commitment and motivation directly affect performance in a positive direction. Motivation does not mediate competence and commitment to performance or competence and competency indirectly through motivation cannot affect performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memetakan karakteristik demografi pengguna uang elektronik di DKI Jakarta dan Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 214 responden pelaku usaha di DKI Jakarta dan Medan yang telah menggunakan uang elektronik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan dilakukan dengan tatap muka langsung. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk memetakan profil pengguna uang elektronik. Profil pelaku usaha di DKI Jakarta dan Medan yang berhasil diwawancarai didominasi oleh pelaku usaha berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan usia lebih dari 35 tahun, menjalankan usahanya secara offline dan online, dan telah menggunakan uang elektronik selama 1 – 4 tahun. Kemudahan dalam bertransaksi menjadi faktor utama yang menjadi alasan para pelaku usaha menggunakan uang elektronik dalam bertransaksi dengan pelanggan. The aim of this research is to map the demographic characteristics of electronic money users in DKI Jakarta and Medan City. This research used 214 respondents from business actors in DKI Jakarta and Medan who have used electronic money. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument and was carried out face to face. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive statistics to map the profile of electronic money users. The profile of business actors in DKI Jakarta and Medan who succeeded interviewed was dominated by male business actors and those aged over 35 years. Business actors run their businesses offline and online. Most business actors have been using electronic money for 1 – 4 years. Ease of transactions is the main factor that driving the business actors to use electronic money in transactions with customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and rewards on job satisfaction throughpunishment as an intervening variable. This research applies the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis technique using the Smart PLS Version 3 tool in processing data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 314 employees of PT Suka Sukaku. The results showed that punishment has no significant effect on job satisfaction, giving fair awards has a positive impact on employee job satisfaction, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant effect on punishment, awards have a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction through punishment and awards have a significant effect on job satisfaction through punishment

Abstract

Proses keputusan pembelian konsumen menjadi satu yang harus diperhatikan di dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan sepatu lokal. Penelitian ini mendalami digital marketing dan citra merek terhadap proses keputusan pembelian dengan penghubung minat transaksional. Penelitian melibatkan 98 responden yaitu konsumen produk Eagle. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan smartPLS dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis structural pendekatan partial square. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa Digital Marketing dan Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Minat Transaksional dengan arah positif. Minat transaksional berpengaruh terhadap Proses Keputusan Pembelian dengan arah positif serta menjadi pemediasi Digital marketing dan citra merek terhadap Proses Keputusan Pembelian. The process of consumer purchasing decisions is one that must be considered in an effort to increase local shoe sales. This research will explore digital marketing and brand image in influencing the purchase decision process with transactional interest as an intervening. The study involved 98 respondents who had purchased Eagle products. The collected data is processed using smartPLS and analyzed using structural analysis with a partial square approach. The research resulted in findings that Digital Marketing and Brand Image affect Transactional Interest in a positive direction. Transactional interest influences the Purchase Decision Process in a positive direction. Transactional interest mediates the influence of Digital marketing and brand image on the Purchase Decision Process.

Abstract

Gaya hidup sehat, persepsi harga, dan kualitas produk merupakan faktor yang diduga relatif besar dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sayur dan buah. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup sehat, persepsi harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan di Toko Bakti Bersama dimana pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan accidental sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier ganda. Gaya Hidup Sehat, Persepsi Harga, dan Kualitas Produk mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. A healthy lifestyle, price perception, and product quality are allegedly relatively large factors in influencing the decision to purchase vegetables and fruits. The research aims to determine the influence of healthy lifestyle, price perception, and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research method uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this study is customers at Toko Bakti Bersama where sampling is carried out by accidental sampling so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data collection uses questionnaires or questionnaires. The questionnaire data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. Healthy Lifestyle, Price Perception, and Product Quality have a positive influence on the purchase decision.

Abstract

This study systematically examines the issues of patient flow and waiting times in the Cancer healthcare Santosa Hospital Bandung Kopo (SHBK) JKN outpatient department from a process perspective. Lean tools such as process mapping, A3 problem-solving sheets, and root cause analysis were employed to identify hidden process wastes and prolonged waiting times in the JKN outpatient department. The findings reveal that efficient registration of outpatient patients on-site, adequate number of oncologists, and the punctuality of the oncologists' practice schedules are critical for providing fast and accurate medical services. Implementing a lean framework can enhance the flow of JKN outpatients and the performance of the outpatient department. This study identifying quality issues in the outpatient department from a process perspective and recommending appropriate lean tools to further improve medical services. Implementing these strategies can boost the productivity and performance of healthcare institutions. Studi ini secara sistematis menyelidiki aliran pasien rawat jalan JKN dan masalah waktu tunggu di instalasi rawat jalan pada fasilitas layanan kesehatan Kanker di Santosa Hospital Bandung Kopo menggunakan perspektif suara proses. Alat lean seperti pemetaan proses, lembar pemecahan masalah A3, dan analisis akar penyebab digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pemborosan proses tersembunyi dan waktu tunggu yang lama di instalasi rawat jalan JKN. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa proses pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di tempat, kecukupan jumlah dokter onkolog, dan jadwal praktek dokter onkolog yang tepat waktu menjadikan pelayanan lebih cepat dan akurat. Implementasi lean dapat meningkatkan aliran pasien dan kinerja instalasi rawat jalan JKN. Studi ini mengidentifikasi masalah kualitas instalasi rawat jalan dari perspektif suara proses dan menyarankan alat lean untuk meningkatkan pelayanan medis. Implementasi ini dapat membantu meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja fasilitas layanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Profit control is an action taken by company management to change financial statements to make them appear more favourable to stakeholders. This is, of course, influenced by various factors, including internal factors as well as external factors. In this research, the author intends to analyse external factors using information asymmetry proxies for earnings management, while the internal factors that the author raises are corporate governance, or good corporate governance, as well as financial reports in the form of deferred tax expenses. This research aims to analyse the influence of information asymmetry, institutional ownership, size of the board of commissioners, and deferred tax burden on earnings management practices in the corporate context. This study uses financial data of companies listed on the stock exchange and performs statistical analysis to identify the relationship between the variables mentioned above and earnings management practices. The data used comes from a certain period, covering various industries. The data analysis method uses quantitative descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicated that institutional ownership information asymmetry, deferred tax expense, and board size did not significantly affect earnings management, even though board size had a favourable and significant influence. The board of commissioners' size, however, has a favourable and noteworthy impact. At the same time, there is no discernible impact on earnings management from the knowledge asymmetry of institutional ownership, board size, or deferred tax expense.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of financial attitudes, external locus of control, and self-control on financial behavior on housewives in Selosari Village, Magetan City. The population in the study were all housewives in Selosari Village, Magetan City, whose numbers were not known with certainty. The technique in the study for determining the sample is seen based on the specified criteria, namely using accidental sampling method. The number of research samples was 105 housewives. The data collection method is done through a questionnaire with a Likert scale in measuring the answers to the questionnaire distributed. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method with the help of the SmartPLS application as a data analysis method. The type of research used is quantitative research method. The results found that financial attitudes and self-control have a significant effect on financial behavior, while external locus of control has no influence on the financial behavior of housewives in Selosari Village, Magetan City. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh sikap keuangan, external locus of control, dan kontrol diri terhadap financial behavior pada ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Selosari Kota Magetan. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu semua ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Selosari Kota Magetan yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti. Teknik dalam penelitian untuk penentuan sampel dilihat berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan yaitu menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 105 ibu rumah tangga. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert dalam mengukur jawaban kuesioner yang disebarkan. Metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan memanfaatkan bantuan dari aplikasi SmartPLS sebagai metode analisis data. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa sikap keuangan dan kontrol diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial behavior, sedangkan external locus of control tidak memiliki pengaruh pada financial behavior ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Selosari Kota Magetan.
