Abstract

This study aims to determine the difficulty of reading the beginning of grade I students, the factors that influence the difficulty of reading the beginning of the students of class I, and how to overcome the difficulty of reading the beginning of the students of class I SDN 105 Pekanbaru. The type of research used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were class ID students and class ID teachers at SDN 105 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques were carried out by tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The data collection instruments in this study were test sheets, observation sheets, interview guidelines, and document review. The results showed that 3 students had difficulty reading the beginning. The types of difficulties experienced by students are difficulties in recognizing and distinguishing letters, difficulties in spelling words that contain diphthongs, consonants, and affixes, reading haltingly, and pronouncing wrong words. Factors that influence students' initial reading difficulties are psychological factors and environmental factors. Psychological factors occur due to lack of motivation, namely students lack of motivation and parental attention and environmental factors occur because of the background of students at home, namely students do not take Kindergarten (TK) education and students do not repeat learning at home. The way or solution in overcoming students' initial reading difficulties is by using learning media, giving rewards (gifts), providing support and motivation, and including reading lessons.

Abstract

Natural Sciences is a subject in elementary school which is intended so that students have organized knowledge, ideas and concepts about the natural surroundings, which are obtained from experience through a series of scientific processes including investigation, compilation and presentation of ideas. In science learning about Electrical Circuits in class VI SDN Plosokerep 2, Sananwetan District, Blitar City, it can show poor learning outcomes. Learning outcomes can be seen from 17 students who achieved completeness only 7 students or 41% with a classical average value of 51. This value is due to a lack of learning by doing separate experiences and only using conventional learning methods. In this case, the sixth grade teacher conducts classroom action research with qualitative descriptive research, with a learning method that seeks to increase students' conceptual understanding. Experience-Based Learning Method (Experiential Learning) is a model of the teaching and learning process that activates learners to build knowledge and skills through direct experience.

Abstract

Mathematics as structured knowledge, where properties and theories are made deductively based on defined or undefined elements and based on proven axioms, properties, or theories. Mathematics is also defined as a language of symbols about various ideas using defined terms. carefully, clearly and accurately. In the UPT Education Unit of SDN Bendogerit 2, Blitar City, there is a lack of cooperation with peers, this causes a lack of improvement in learning outcomes for students who are less intelligent. It can be seen in the initial learning that group and individual results are obtained, in group results from 5 groups only 1 group is complete or 20%, while in individual results from 20 students only 7 students or 35% have not achieved mastery of the material according to the KKM 75%. For this reason, classroom action research is needed using appropriate learning methods. The method used is the Peer Tutor Method which is a learning strategy that utilizes students who have privileges, intelligence and skills in the classroom to help provide explanations, guidance and direction to other students whose intelligence is somewhat lacking or slow in receiving lessons of almost the same age or classmate.

Abstract

To gain a comprehensive understanding of Indonesian language learning strategies and their effectiveness in achieving learning objectives, this research literature review will focus on (1) language learning, (2) Indonesian language learning strategies, including Indonesian language learning methods and techniques, and (3) learning outcomes. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of third grade Indonesian at SD Negeri Sananwetan 2 Blitar City after the application of the Take and Give method. This type of research is classroom action research which consists of two cycles. The research subjects were 28 third grade students. Learning outcomes were collected by the test method. The data collected were analyzed by quantitative descriptive. The results of the study showed an increase in Indonesian language learning outcomes through the application of the Take and Give method for third grade students. It can be seen from the average percentage of learning outcomes obtained before group action reached 43% and individuals reached 36%. The Take and Give learning method is a learning method that has steps, which require students to be able to understand the subject matter given by the teacher and their peers.

Abstract

Social Sciences (IPS) is one of the subjects starting from SD/MI to university. In the future, students will face challenges because the life of the global community is changing all the time. Therefore, Social Sciences (IPS) is designed to develop knowledge, understanding, and analytical skills on the social conditions of society in entering a dynamic society. Especially learning in Class VI about the socio-cultural life of ASEAN Member States which was carried out at SDN Bendogerit 2, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The results of learning in social studies learning can be said that the teacher is not successful, as shown by the data, namely from 29 students who achieved completeness as many as 9 students or 31%. Therefore, the teacher conducts research, while the research is used qualitatively on students in social studies learning. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The learning facilities used are multicultural-based learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a learning media in the form of animated cartoons on the water cycle material for class V Elementary School. Cartoon animation learning media makes it easier for teachers and students to overcome problems during learning. This research method uses the ADDIE model development method. The ADDIE development model consists of five stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, the research is limited to: 1) the analysis stage consists of educator analysis, student analysis and learning material analysis. 2) the design stage consists of designing an animated cartoon in the form of powtoon and acemovi, 3) the development stage, namely realizing a learning media in the form of animated cartoons and compiling according to the needs that have been obtained at the analysis stage. The researcher also compiled a validation sheet that would be filled out by experts, totaling six expert validators including: two design experts, two material experts and two linguists. The results of this study indicate that the cartoon animation learning media meets the very valid criteria as evidenced by the acquisition of an average value of 92.90%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of internalizing the values of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in increasing understanding of religious moderation in elementary schools. Religious education has an important role in forming tolerance, mutual respect and interfaith harmony among students. In this study an analysis of the approaches and methods of Islamic education used in elementary schools was carried out. This discussion also highlights the importance of internalizing PAI values in building the moral and ethical foundations of students. Through good religious education, students are taught about universal values such as respect for human rights, social justice, and concern for the environment. This helps students develop a strong moral conscience and become responsible individuals in their religion. internalization of PAI values has a crucial role in increasing understanding of religious moderation in elementary schools. In this process, students develop an inclusive attitude, positive behavior, and a deep understanding of religion that is based on the values of tolerance, justice, and compassion. The results of this study provide important insights for educators and practitioners in designing an effective and impactful PAI learning approach in increasing understanding of religious moderation in elementary schools.

Abstract

The research objective of this article is to explain the importance of developing creative thinking and its implementation in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and its relation to Islamic education in the Society 5.0 era. The concept of creative thinking used is Bloom's Taxonomy learning theory. The research approach uses library research with content analysis methods. Sources of data come from journals and books in the field of Islamic education and the development of creative thinking using the bloom taxonomy concept. Data collection is carried out by collecting related references, both manually and digitally. After the data is collected, it is then displayed, reduced and constructed so that a whole and contemporary new concept emerges. This is increasingly urgent because the challenges of education in the era of society 5.0 require that the world of education be able to produce graduates who are responsive to technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to increase the competency of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the use of information technology, to determine the success of teacher competence in the use of information technology. The method used in this research is library research. The sources of the literature in this study are obtained from books, journals, magazines, research results (thesis and dissertation), and other sources. After the researcher obtains the relevant literature, then the researchers arranged systematically that would be used in research.The results of this study stated that efforts to increase the competence of teachers would create a better and more efficient quality of the teaching and learning process, from efforts to increase teacher competency it could be seen from the achievement of educational outcomes and goals to improve quality education actively and shape students to be able to learn independently, creatively and innovatively. Besides that participants can learn more confidently according to their own way and have more opportunities to explore because they are motivated by the presence of information technology in the learning process. This can encourage the emergence communication, creativity, and being able to solve the problems faced by students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of technology in learning Islamic Religious Education, which in school institutions often results in failure, even though these students have been given these lessons, they often do not use them and do not apply what they have learned through their schools. This type of research is qualitative research using the Libery Research Method. Because this research is descriptive and uses analysis. Technology in PAI learning helps students understand the material taught by teachers, such as using the internet to communicate with teachers and students, using meeting room applications to create internet-based classrooms, and using audio and visual media. The constructivist paradigm of learning Islamic religious education argues that for PAI learning to be meaningful, students must be actively involved in acquiring knowledge about it. This is expected to have an impact on the formation of students' desire to practice worship and muamalah as a result of Islamic religious education
