Abstract

The farmer card is a card specifically designed to allocate subsidized fertilizers to farmers. This study aims to determine the level of community welfare towards the farmer card program in Bolu Village, Panca Rinjang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The benefit of this research is that it can provide input, and information, and become material for policymakers related to organizational culture in the performance of village apparatus so that they can optimize good relations and become a consideration for further strategic steps. This research uses quantitative methods, the population in this study is the people of Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency who are registered as recipients of the Farmer Card Program as many as 600 farmers who are members of 28 farmer groups. Data analysis will be carried out using the SPSS program. The research data were analyzed using statistical tools consisting of measurement scale instruments, data quality tests, simple linear regression, ion and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis Ha: The effectiveness of the program has a significant effect on the welfare of the community in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang Distriand ct, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Tcotable blof value or 10.087 1.66320 then Ha is accepted, meaning it is significant. So, Effectiveness influences/significantly affects Community Welfare in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The percentage value of the indicator for the level of community welfare for the Farmer Program in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 58% which is in the unfavorable category.

Abstract

Dating is a crucial aspect of adolescent development, but it often poses complex challenges and consequences. This study aims to investigate the dating-related social behavior of students at SMP Negeri 1 Lore Utara in Poso Regency. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews with students, input from teachers, and examination of relevant documentation. The study included three students engaged in dating relationships and one Counseling Teacher who frequently handled dating-related reports. The findings revealed that students at SMP Negeri 1 Lore Utara predominantly utilized social media as their primary means of communication in dating relationships and actively participated in discussions about shared interests. They also engaged in social interactions within the school environment, such as hand-holding and walking together in corridors. Physical interactions, including hand-holding, hugging, and light kisses, were observed among dating students, who also exhibited emotional intimacy through active listening and support. Peers and family played a significant role in shaping students' perceptions and behavior in dating relationships, influencing partner selection, intimacy levels, and conflict resolution strategies. This research underscores the importance of schools and parents in guiding and reinforcing religious, social, and moral values to students. The study's findings can serve as a basis for developing more effective teaching strategies and approaches that assist students in managing their dating-related social behavior.

Abstract

The world of night entertainment is in great demand by today's society, one of which is Karaoke. In karaoke places, you must have a LC (lady companion) whose role is as a companion to accompany customers and entertain them in singing. It is this role that makes most people view the work of LC (lady companion) as not in accordance with the norms prevailing in society. This research is an ethnographic paper and the approach used in this research is a qualitative approach where this research is carried out with a series of processes through field observations, in-depth interviews with informants and documentation by taking photographs as supporting evidence in the field. Social construction theory Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckman is used to dissect the phenomena in this study. This research is a socio-cultural study that is oriented towards people's personality which often has negative stereotypes for LC (lady companion) workers, especially gender anthropology who studies the role of women who work for their survival. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative stigma on LC (lady companion) workers such as being considered a woman incorrectly because her role in her work is inconsistent with the values ​​of community life. in the Karaoke Romeo environment, on Jalan Sudimulyo, Melawi Regency, West Kalimantan as a study of cultural phenomena. This study aims to find out how the community views LC (lady companion) supervisors and the reasons women do LC (lady companion) work.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze students' critical thinking skills that are developed in Islamic religious education subjects at SD Negeri 28 Gresik. The focus of this research is on the application of the Problem Based Learning model in developing students' critical thinking skills in Islamic Religious Education subjects and the supporting and inhibiting factors. This type of research is qualitative using a naturalistic approach. The research location was carried out at SD Negeri 28 Gresik. Data collection techniques use observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and triangulation. This research produced the following findings: First, the critical thinking abilities that are formed in SDN 28 Gresik students in PAI subjects can be seen from the following competencies: a. able to formulate the main problems in a material; b. able to express facts to solve problems; c. able to choose logical, relevant, and accurate arguments; d. able to provide opinions from various points of view; e. able to resolve problems arising from a statement. Second, the application of the Problem-Based Learning model to develop students' critical thinking skills in Islamic religious education subjects at SD Negeri 28 Gresik is carried out through the following activity program: a. student orientation to the problem; b. organizing students to study; c. guiding student investigations; d. presenting student work; e. analyzing and evaluating the problem-solving process. The third finding regarding supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the Problem Based Learning model to develop students' critical thinking skills in Islamic religious education subjects is as follows, a. The supporting factors are school leadership factors, teacher factors, student factors, and school facility factors, b. The factors that become obstacles are that the learning process is less conducive and time is limited.

Abstract

This study aims to find a model of madrasa principal academic supervision that improves teacher performance. The location of this research is at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Krembangan, Surabaya. There were four respondents to the research. Collecting research data using in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The research data was then analyzed using data reduction and triangulation techniques. The results of this study found: 1) Implementation of academic supervision by the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Krembangan Surabaya is carried out every year at the beginning of the new school year, then divided into two stages, namely the first semester and the second semester. The stages of implementation of academic supervision are divided into three, namely: a) planning of academic supervision; b) implementation of academic supervision; and c) evaluation and follow-up of the results of the implementation of academic supervision. 2) There are three approaches used by madrasa heads: a) a directive approach; b) a non-directive approach; and c) a collaborative approach. The supervision model used is the artistic supervision model. The application of academic supervision using these models and approaches has implications for improving the performance of teaching staff at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Krembangan Surabaya. Teachers became more diligent in preparing everything related to learning activities and became more disciplined in carrying out their duties at the madrasah. This study recommends further research on the academic and clinical supervision of all teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Krembangan Surabaya.

Abstract

This article discusses bukhur is a small piece of aromatic wood or a mixture of traditional natural ingredients, with the main ingredient being wood (oudh) soaked in fragrant oil and blended with other natural materials. The purpose of this research is to understand bukhur in the Islamic tradition by identifying its denotation, connotation, and mythology found within the symbol of bukhur. This research method employs a qualitative descriptive research approach. The data analysis in this study utilizes Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis, which employs the signifier and signified system to explore denotation, connotation, and myths associated with bukhur. And this research result explains that by using semiotic analysis, it can be understood how signs and symbols in the incense burner play an important role in shaping religious identity.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the development of a social guidance module to enhance students' prosocial behavior. The research approach used is research and development (R&D). The subjects of this study include expert test subjects, namely academic and practitioner experts, as well as ninth-grade students from State Junior High School (SMP) 5 Tavanjuka Palu for the 2021/2022 academic year. Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis employed both qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of the study indicate that (1) Students exhibited low levels of prosocial behavior, making the social guidance module designed to improve this behavior highly necessary in schools. (2) The developed module is highly engaging and practical for both teachers and students, as it presents materials directly related to students' prosocial behavior issues and includes appealing images that capture students' attention. Additionally, the module is equipped with Student Worksheets (LKS) as an evaluation tool to assess students' understanding and behavior changes after studying it. (3) The implementation of the social guidance module at SMP 5 Tavanjuka Palu has proven to be effective in enhancing students' prosocial behavior.

Abstract

This article specifically examines how the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method is applied in empowering local culture-based batik craftsmen in Kamonji Village, West Palu District, Palu City. In applying the PAR method, several techniques are used, including: observation, focus group discussion (FGD), sharing knowledge, in-depth interviews, training, and documentation. In the FGD, the batik craftsman community, as well as participants, can critique their social conditions, making them aware of the problems, needs, potential, and efforts to solve them in a participatory manner with the parties involved in the transformation effort. FGD participants recommended holding printed batik-making training activities to strengthen batik-making skills. This is considered more effective, efficient, and economically profitable compared to woven batik. Additionally, it can meet the need for developing local culture-based souvenirs in Palu City. This recommendation was followed up with training in making printed batik and sharing follow-up plans.

Abstract

Human Resources Management (HR) encompasses various crucial aspects of organizational management. One primary challenge involves recruiting and retaining high-quality talent. The objective of this research is to explore human resource management in relation to (1) the recruitment of human resources and (2) the development of human resources. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach to examine the human resource management practices at MTs Alam Al Hafidz and SMP IT Atsaqibiyah in Bontang City. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique employed is interactive analysis, consisting of data collection, condensation, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that (1) meticulous recruitment and selection of human resources contribute to ensuring the engagement of high-quality teachers and staff in the educational process. (2) Investing in coaching for teachers is crucial to enhance their ability to teach and guide students in memorizing the Koran. This encompasses various aspects such as training, rights fulfillment, salary payments, communication, and skills.

Abstract

This article wants to answer the question, is it possible for religious moderation to accommodate believers? This stems from the fact that believers in Indonesia are still often discriminated against in social life. Various programs and policies have been attempted, but this phenomenon continues as if it is endless. On the other hand, religious moderation as a state policy is challenged to be a solution to the problem. Using a library research method, reinforced by Otto Scharmer's Iceberg Analysis and U-Process (Unity in Diversity), this research tries to explore the layers that influence the phenomenon of discrimination against believers. In the first stage, the sociological divide will explore patterns & trends that include attitudes, behaviors, and habits that can be seen. The structure divide will explore the causal structures including traditions, culture, regulations, policies, government systems, etc. The spiritual-psychological divide will explore mental models that include paradigms, perspectives, and mindsets. The second stage starts with rethinking the mental model by changing the paradigm, followed by redesigning policies, structures, etc. The contribution of this research is to explore the root causes of the phenemona (event) of discrimination against believers, and to offer new action solutions (reacting) based on these issues to overcome the problem of intolerance and discrimination against belief groups in society.
