Abstract

This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the application of contextual learning community learning techniques in Civics subjects. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) Whether the application of contextual learning community learning techniques can increase student learning interest in learningCivics on Competency Standards (SK) respect the joint decision of grade V SD Negeri 3 Bumi Waras?; (2) Can the application of contextual learning community learning techniques improve student learning outcomes in Civics learning on Competency Standards (SK) respecting the joint decision of grade V SD Negeri 3 Bumi Waras? Based on the formulation of the problem above, the results showed that; (1) The application of contextual learning community learning techniques can increase students' interest in Civics learning on Competency Standards (SK) respecting the joint decision of grade V SD Negeri 3 Bumi Waras; (2) The application of contextual learning community learning techniques can improve student learning outcomes in Civics learning on Competency Standards (SK) respecting the joint decision of grade V SD Negeri 3 Bumi Waras.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of developing interactive media on solar system material in improving student learning outcomes. The method used is the Research and Development method (research and development). The stages of development in this study began with analyzing needs, designing, making interactive media, then applying it in learning and then testing student learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive percentages and one sample test for student completeness. This can be seen from the validation results of material experts who stated "very feasible", while media experts for the media aspect were declared "very feasible", and for the language aspect it was declared "very feasible". Whereas for the student response questionnaire it was declared "very interesting" and for the educator's response questionnaire it was stated "very interesting". The developed media can also improve student learning outcomes by obtaining a percentage of 92.30% with very good qualifications.

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve teachers' ability to utilize the environment as a learning resource. The research was conducted at KKG Region II, Gedong Tataan District. The research subjects were 9 teachers at SDN 5 Gedong Tataan. The aim was to see an increase in the cognitive abilities and activities of SDN 5 Gedong Tataan teachers in their KKG activities. This study uses a reflective action research design carried out in 3 cycles. The results of data analysis for each cycle show that discussion activities in the KKG can improve cognitive abilities and increase the activity of teachers at SDN 5 Gedong Tataan, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of increasing science learning activities and outcomes at SDN 39 Gedong Tataan, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency, as well as to increase teacher creativity and performance in learning activities. From the results of observations of student activity increased 6.7% in the first cycle, 10.75% in the second cycle, and 26.25% in the third cycle. Likewise, student learning outcomes showed an increase from an average of 64.70 to 68.23 with only 50% of students who completed the first cycle. In the second cycle the learning outcomes became 69.41 and 73.52 in the third cycle with students who completed 83.33%. 39 Gedong Arrangement for the 2019/2020 school year.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the activities and learning outcomes of science students in grade II at SDN 31 Gedong Tataan are still low. The research was conducted with the aim of increasing learning activities and learning outcomes by using reality media. This type of research is action research which is carried out reflectively and collaboratively for three cycles. The subjects of this study were 14 grade II students at SDN 31 Gedong Tataan for the 2019/2020 academic year. The results of the analysis of student activity data increased. In the first cycle of 62.5%, the second cycle of 75% to 87.5% in the third cycle. Likewise, student learning outcomes showed an increase from an average of 62.85 in the first cycle, to 72.42 in the second cycle and to 82.75 in the third cycle. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the use of reality media can increase the activity and learning outcomes of class II students at SDN 31 Gedong Tataan, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of Indonesian language in reading skills of grade II students of SD Negeri 1 Kebon Jeruk Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to improve the reading skills of grade II students of SD Negeri 1 Kebon Jeruk and to see students' activities in reading skills through the use of picture media. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the stages of each cycle consisting of: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects consisted of 26 students of which 12 male students and 14 female students. The data collection tools used were observation sheets, documentation and oral reading tests. Data analysis techniques are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results of the research on reading skills using gambat media were able to improve students' reading skills. It is evident that the improvement of reading skills using image media in cycle I with an average of 67.73% or 57.69% of students who meet the value of the completeness criteria, and in cycle II experienced a good improvement by using image media with an average of 80.76% or 84.61% of students who met the minimum completion criteria (KKM). In addition, the results of observations of student and teacher activities in learning to read from cycle I to cycle II have increased, this shows that the use of image media can improve students' reading skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of the Card Sort method in improving reading ability. Reading is a means for students to learn things that are not yet known and can expand knowledge, students can recognize themselves, their culture and even help recognize the culture of other people, and students can recognize written messages contained in reading. To achieve the above goals, students' ability to read is needed. The Card Sort method is a learning method used to help remember what they have read in reading books, not only from short-term memory to long-term memory. The problems in learning to read that occur in class IV SDN 1 Landbaw are that students cannot read well and correctly, students cannot answer questions related to information and reading material, and draw conclusions from the reading. As a result, most students are less active in concluding reading content, students also feel bored with learning to read so they are less enthusiastic about following it. The use of the Card Sort learning method is expected to be able to improve students' reading skills in accordance with the Class IV Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) in Indonesian language subjects at SDN 1 Landbaw because in using the Card Sort method students are required to actively carry out responsibilities for the assigned tasks. given by the teacher. The results of research using the Card Sort method can improve students' reading skills. Learning with this method can improve the reading of class IV students at SDN 1 Landbaw. The average Card Sort method in student learning in Indonesian language subjects from the status cycle reached 60.50%, then in the second cycle it reached 80.50%, so there was an increase of 20%. In this case, students' reading increased by 45%. So with an increase in reading, 80% of students completed their studies and 20% of students who did not complete their studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya ketersediaan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar serta kesulitan siswa untuk memahami materi unsur intrinsik dalam cerita. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa media pembelajaran berupa Crossword Puzzle yang akan diterapkan pada mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi unsur intrinsik dalam cerita. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE (Analisis, Perancangan, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi). Beberapa Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, angket, dokumentasi, dan tes. Hasil validasi yang didapat dari validasi ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata 97,5%, validasi ahli bahasa 87,5%, dan validasi ahli media 88,6% dengan ketiganya masuk dalam interpretasi “Sangat Layak” untuk diuji cobakan dilapangan. Selanjutnya hasil dari respon guru memperoleh nilai rata-rata hingga 100% dan respon siswa 94,8% yang masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Menarik” sebagai media pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas 4. Pengembangan media Crossword Puzzle yang diimplementasikan di kelas 4C SD Negeri 1 Pinang Jaya dinyatakan efektif dilihat dari rata-rata presentase ketuntasan evaluasi siswa yang mencapai 100% dengan nilai rata-rata siswa mencapai 83,3

Abstract

The problems in this research are 1) students' understanding of social studies material is still low, 2) the learning resources used during learning are only based on teacher books and student books, 3) most students in the class still tend to be passive in learning social studies and 4) the use of learning media, especially social studies learning, is still not varied. Based on these problems, it is necessary to develop learning media to overcome these problems, namely by developing roulette game media. The aim of this research is to determine the level of feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of the roulette game media in social studies subjects regarding types of business and economic activities in society. This type of research is the development of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The instruments used are expert validation sheets, questionnaire sheets and test sheets. The results of research conducted by researchers in developing roulette game media in social studies subjects regarding types of business and economic activities in society stated that (1) this roulette game media received an average score of 4.5 (very valid) from media experts and obtained an average score of 4.3 (very valid) from material experts, (2) this roulette game media has a level of practicality based on teacher responses by obtaining an average score of 4.4 (very practical) and student responses by obtaining an average score of 3.6 (practical) (3) this roulette game media has a level of effectiveness based on the evaluation results obtained by students by looking at the learning completeness achieved at 85.71%. Based on this explanation, it can be concluded that the development of roulette game media has very high feasibility, practicality and effectiveness in class 5 social studies learning on types of business and community economic activities.

Abstract

The curriculum is present as a guide used by educators where the curriculum undergoes various changes as a form of adaptation to a dynamic era. One of them is by implementing an merdeka curriculum where this curriculum tends to be considered as a new one. This curriculum is still in the process of being implemented gradually. Nevertheless, there are some schools have implemented merdeka curriculum. Those schools have emphasized independent learning according to the needs and characteristics of students. This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the merdeka curriculum at Public Elementary School 2 Pasuruan in improving religious morals. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. While the data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the merdeka curriculum at Public Elementary School 2 Pasuruan has started to run effectively in improving religious morals. The implementation of the independent curriculum is a very good breakthrough to be implemented, because in its policies it can make it easier for teachers to teach basic and important material to students without having to be burdened with other essential material.
