The aim of JIEMAR ( Journal of Industrial Engineering & Management Research is to publish theoretical and empirical articles that are aimed to contrast and extend existing theories, and build new theories that contribute to advance our understanding of phenomena related with industrial engineering and industrial management in organizations, from the perspectives of Production Planning/Scheduling/Inventory, Logistics/Supply Chain, Quality Management, Operations Management and Operational Research. The contributions can adopt confirmatory (quantitative) or explanatory (mainly qualitative) methodological approaches. Theoretical essays that enhance the building or extension of theoretical approaches are also welcome. JIEMAR selects the articles to be published with a double bind, peer review system, following the practices of good scholarly journals. JIEMAR is published monthly (on-line versions), following an open access policy. On-line publication allows to reduce publishing costs, and to make more agile the process of reviewing and edition. Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect leadership style, work motivation and organization culture toward Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja work performance. The method used in this study is quantitative method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja in Semarang Central Java . For questions about the identity of respondents designed in the form of a semi-open questionnaire in addition to a closed questionnaire. Data collection technique is using questionnaire with Likert Scale. Analysis from this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 3.0 as a statistic tools. Based on the results of data analysis through a questionnaire distributed to respondents, found several conclusions , There is a significant effect of leadership style on work Performance. There is a significant effect of motivation on work Performance and There is a significant effect of organization culture on work Performance.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Program Sekolah Adiwiyata di SD Negeri Dengkek 01 Pati Jawa Tengah. Ada 4 fokus masalah yaitu bagaimana menyusun kebijakan dan program Sekolah Adiwiyata di SD Negeri Dengkek 01,bagaimana kegiatan berbasis partisipatif dalam pelaksanaan SD Negeri Dengkek 01 Bagaimana hasil Program Sekolah Adiwiyata yang dapat dicapai selama ini . Apakah kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan Program Sekolah Adiwiyata SD Negeri Dengkek 01. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan lokasi penelitian di SD Negeri Dengkek 01. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan triangulasi melalui wawancara, observasi, dan study dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini antara lain kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan, pelaksanaan Kurikulum berbasis lingkungan,tenaga pendidik memiliki kompetensi dalam mengembangkan kegiatan pembelajaran lingkungan hidup,kegiatan Lingkungan berbasis partisipatif,melaksanakan kegiatan perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup yang terencana bagi warga sekolah,pengelolaan sarana pendukung ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

PT. Santosa Agrindo (Abattoir), Kab.Serang-Gunung Kupak, Banten is a company engaged in the supply of processed meat products and beef fattening. One of the products is Wagyu beef which has been boned. This study aims to find the causes of product discrepancies and determine whether the non-conformities that occur are still within control limits or out of control using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. According to the results of the P control chart graph, none of the 12 points is outside the upper or lower control limits. So there is no need for further analysis because everything is still within control limits. Meanwhile, from the results of the Pareto diagram it is known that the most dominant mismatches are 2 (two), namely the findings of feathers and lost vacum with a percentage of hair findings of 65.4% and lost vacum of 28.1%. And based on the highest percentage of mismatches, an analysis was carried out using a cause and effect diagram (fishbone) and it was found that there were several factors causing the mismatch, namely human factors inaccuracy, machine factors, namely old machine age and lack of maintenance, raw material factors, namely raw materials. which has been damaged before use and the method factor, namely the cleaning and trimming process that is not suitable

Abstract

Production planning and control is an absolute must for companies that produce goods or services. This is considered very important because it is the core of the entire production process. Every company may not carry out a production activity if it does not conduct production planning and control activities. Production plan at PT. Krakatau Wajatama on capacity planning and production of profile steel products requires a production plan based on demand that might come so that it needs an appropriate plan so that there is no overproduction. Therefore, integration between production plans and capacity plans needs to be done in order to obtain a realistic production plan. The method used is forecasting, capacity planning using RCCP can be done with the conversion process of the Production Plan or MPS based on order requests in bales in the period January 2019 to December 2019 into the time requirement of the production machine. Estimated results of 2019 demand for profile steel production are IWF-Flange, U-Chanal, L-Angels. In January 2019 it was 250836,713 minutes, February 2019 was 225731.5425 minutes, March 2019, and for IWF-Flange, U-Chanal, L-Angels products. In January 2019 it was 298080 minutes, February 2019 was 259200 minutes, March 2019 was 298080 minutes. company capacity planning needs on profile steel products namely IWF-Flange, U-Chanal, L-Angels using machine capacity that is used multiplied by hours per shift at times of shifts per day multiplied by workdays per period by converting production plans or MPS into capacity by using the RCCP concept with the Capacity Planning Using Overall Factors (CPOF) method.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance of the teachers of the five private schools in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by a simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 221 samples. Data processing was used the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership has no significant effect on teacher performance, but transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and teacher performance. Readiness for change as a full mediator. This new research proposed a model for building teacher performance among the teachers of the private schools in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

Main sea water pump at PLTGU PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik uses sea water as the fluid that flows in it. The examination is carried out to find out what causes the high vibration value, OEE value and RPN value on the Main Sea Water Pump. 29 April 2020 has an alarm status with a value speed of 21.68 mm / s by indicating turbulance or cavitation with a stage alarm. The OEE value for the main sea water pump is 75.61%, with an Availability Value of 95.25%, Performance Efficiency 79.35%, and a Rate of Quality of 100%. Six Big Losses, namely Idle and Minor Stoppage Losses of 54.85%, Reduced Speed Losses of 158%, Equipment Failure Losses of 0%, Setup and Adjustment Losses of 0.08% and for Deffect Losses and Reduced Yeild of 0% which greatly affects the performance of the Main Sea Water Pump, FMEA, the RPN value for each component with the scale of damage (severity), frequency (occurrence), and detection (detection) of the highest RPN Oil Seal, namely 343.The lowest RPN value for the Motor component is 32. The repair plan in this case is to reduce the number of failures or frequencies that occur due to problems with the Main Sea Water Pump, then an improvement plan is carried out, namely the results of the 5W + 1H analysis, checking properly and properly not in a hurry, and training or to improve knowledge for experts, regular service and installation of components correctly when repairs are in accordance with the SOP, and making regular schedules, at carry out regular painting, Understanding of SOP for all operators and giving sanctions to operators who do not follow SOP, Understanding SOP for all operators, especially on operating shifts, and making good repair schedules while carrying out maintenance.

Abstract

- In this study, the company under study is an Industrial Maintenance and Repair Engine with Hard Chrome as the main service. In its activities, the problem is the increase in customer complaints regarding the results of repair work and the results of the process, so that the spare parts that have been repaired must return to the workshop for rework. In the step of making improvements, the DMAIC approach is carried out and evaluates it by calculating the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and comparing it with OEE before improving. and then the analysis discusses the factors that affect the effectiveness of the Hard Chrome machine, which are found in the six major losses and other problems where the fishbone diagram analysis method is used. Based on the results of calculations using the analysis of six big losses, two dominant factors were found, namely deffect losses and reduced speed losses, where the cumulative percentage value of deffect losses was 70.14% and reduced speed losses was 27.91%. After that, a discussion was carried out using 5W1H as Improve with the results of the average OEE value for Hard Chrome machines for the period March to June 2020 of 70.26%, where the average value of Availability = 89.65%, Performance = 82, 02% and Quality = 98.38%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the direct and indirect influence between organizational culture, work motivation on the performance of lecturers through accounting faculty job satisfaction throughout bojonegoro residence. The population in this study is the whole Lecturer in Accounting at the University Bojonegoro residence. While the sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The analysis used in this study is Part Analysis Method, which previously conducted validity and reliability. Based on calculations indicate that variable of organizational culture on job satisfaction is significant. Based on the calculation results show that the variables of work motivation on job satisfaction is significant. Job satisfaction as be intervening variables between organizational culture with the performance of lecturer. Job satisfaction as be an intervening variable between motivation to work on the performance of the lecturer. Based on the test results showed that the variables of job satisfaction on the performance of the lecturer is significant. Adjusted R square of 0.543 indicates that 54.3 percent of the variance explained by the performance of the lecturer is the independent variable and intervening variables in the regression equation. While 45.7 percent is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam dalam Tradisi Berkekeberen Pada Masyarakat Gayo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif Etnografi dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Paradigma dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Informan dalam hal ini tokoh adat, tokoh agama dan akademisi kemudian buku-buku mengenai berkekeberen dan budaya berkekeberen. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa 1) Kedudukan tradisi berkekeberen dikalangan masyarakat Gayo saat ini sudah sangat menurun disebabkan oleh perubahan pola kehidupan masyarakat dan kemajuan informasi dan teknologi. 2) Nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam kekeberen ini adalah nilai pendidikan moral, nilai pendidikan religius, nilai pendidikan karakter dan nilai pendidikan budaya. 3) Teknik Pewarisan dalam tradisi berkekeberen ini melalui jalur Keluarga, Masyarakat dan Negara. 4) Implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam tradisi berkekeberen dikalangan masyarakat Gayo dilakukan dengan cara kegiatan rutin, keteladanan, pengondisian, sosialisasi dan kerja sama. Mengingat luhurnya niali-nilai yang terkandung dalam tradsi berkekberen, sangat penting untuk melakukan upaya-upaya revitalisasi kembali dengan mengadakan penelitian-penelitian dan sosialisasi kembali oleh pihak-pihak terkait, baik pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Revitalisasi tradisi berkekeberen akan menguatkan kembali posisi budaya lokal Gayo dan pada saat yang sama memperkuat landasan nilai dan karakter generasi muda.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi sebagai salah satu upaya mentranformasi kehidupan masyarakat membutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat menjamin keadilan dan keseimbangan bagi masyarakat. Sistem keuangan Islam hadir menawarkan solusi yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan ekonomi yang berkeadilan. Sistem keuangan Islam saat ini mulai berkembang dan memainkan peran penting dalam mengalokasikan sumber daya dan meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi. Sistem keuangan Islam (Syari’ah) yang didasarkan pada prinsip transaksi bebas bunga, berbagi risiko kemitraan dan altruistik donasi, merupakan pusat praktek-praktek keuangan setiap muslim di seluruh dunia. Struktur keuangan Islam sudah jelas bersumber dari Al Quran dan Sunnah. Sistem keuangan Islam juga menganut prinsip keadilan bagi setiap manusia tanpa memandang latar belakang yang berbeda. Berbagai sumber daya dalam Islam dipandang sebagai pemberian atau titipan Allah SWT. Manusia harus memanfaatkannya seefissien dan seoptimal mungkin dalam pemanfaatannya dalam memenuhi kesejahteraan bersama di dunia yaitu untuk diri sendiri dan orang lain. Namun yang utama dan wajib bahwa kegiatan tersebut akan dipertanggung jawabkan oleh setiap manusia kepada Allah SWT.
