Abstract

Digital technology has required organizations to be more flexible. The technological changes that occur seem to exceed the speed of the organization in preparing human resources to adapt to the latest technology. Digitalization shapes organizations, work environments, and processes into new challenge zones that leaders must-have. Many organizational researchers and social science experts have tried to understand this phenomenon, but the findings are well-known in the scientific discipline do not come together in a clear picture. This study aims to add to the literature on leadership and digitization. The method used is library research to provide an analysis of leadership studies and digitization by identifying patterns of thought from previous findings. The findings in this study indicate that leaders are key figures in organizations who are ready to move toward organizations that are flexible and adaptive to digital change. Leaders need to create relationships with stakeholders and focus on collaborative efforts. With this research, it is hoped that we can contribute to advancing theoretical studies on digital transformation and digital leadership (e-digital). Limitations of this study are the absence of empirical findings to expand understanding and create a more systematic research model framework. Future research opportunities are still wide open to advance knowledge in this field.

Abstract

Health is a basic need of every human being and is the capital of every citizen and every nation in achieving its goals and achieving prosperity. A person cannot fulfill all the necessities of life if he is in an unhealthy condition. So that health is the capital of each individual to continue his life properly. The government has the responsibility to ensure every citizen gets quality health services according to their needs. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research methods. Quantitative research is a type of research that basically uses a deductive-inductive approach. This approach departs from a theoretical framework, the ideas of experts, as well as the understanding of researchers based on their experience, then it is developed into problems and solutions that are proposed to obtain justification (verification) or assessment in the form of support for empirical data in the field. has a partial determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.847, this means that the PNBP management regulation variable contributes 84.7% in explaining the PNBP management regulation variable. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficient value is R = 0.921, which means it is greater than 0 (β1 > 0). Meanwhile, the significance level is 0.00 which means it is smaller than 0.05. It can be concluded that the PNBP Management Regulation has a partially positive effect on Health Services, while the results of the F-Test at the level of significant (a) = 0.05 can be seen that the F count = 230,792 (greater than F table = 3.15) with probability = 0.000 < a = 0.05, then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, which means that the variable PNBP management regulation, the operational budget needs of the Indonesian Navy together have a positive effect on health services.

XYZ for the period 2012-2019. This research is quantitative also includes descriptive and associative causal research. The data of this research are the financial statements of PT. XYZ for the period 2012-2019. The data used are secondary data presented on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using financial ratio analysis methods, while the data is processed using the classical assumption analysis test method. The results showed that: There is a positive and insignificant effect between the quick ratio on return on equity as indicated by the t-test result of 1.444 with a significance of 0.159. There is a positive and insignificant influence between total assets turnover on return on equity as indicated by the t-test result of 1.203 with a significance of 0.239. There is a negative and insignificant effect between debt to equity ratio on return on equity, this is indicated by the t-test result of -0.030 with a significance value of 0.977. There is a negative and insignificant effect between quick ratio, total assets turn over and debt to equity ratio on return on equity which is shown from the results of the f-test count of 1.673 with a significance value of 0.195 and can be written with the regression equation ROE (Y) = -880,176 + 0.033 QR (X1) + 0.169 TATTOOS (X2) + 0.022 DER (X3).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the purchase decision for the Honda Vario 125 CBS 2020 in the Tangerang City area. The level of congestion in big cities continues to increase so that many people decide to work using motorbikes because it speeds up time compared to cars and certainly makes it cost-effective. The research method used methods probability sampling with a population of 52 with accidental sampling technique. Calculations using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 46.01 people, then rounded up to 50 samples. The test results show that 77% of customer satisfaction can be influenced by the product quality and service quality, while the remaining 23% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in the linear regression model such as price, promotion, etc. PT. Wahana Artha Ritelindo is advised to maintain service stability because if the services provided decline, consumers will switch to competitors. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the Honda Vario 125 CBS 2020 product on the price effect at PT. Wahana Honda Jatiuwung, as evidenced by the value of tcount = 6.294> ttable= 0.2787; sig 0.000 <0.05 and the regression coefficient (b) is 0.689. There is a significant influence between the influence of features on PT. Wahana Artha Ritelindo, as evidenced by the value of tcount= 6.295> ttable= 0.2787; sig = 0.000 <0.05 and the regression coefficient (b) is 0.678. There is a significant influence on the effect of purchasing decisions at PT. Wahana Artha Ritelindo, evidenced by the value of Fcount = 8.160> Ftable= 0.2787; sig = 0.000 <0.05 and the value of the regression coefficient (b1) is 0.372; the value of the regression coefficient (b2) is 0.630.
