International community service Journal pasundan or PICS-J contains a variety of scientific articles about the activities of the community that deal with all areas of science, both in the broad sense as well as in specific fields related to current issues from a variety of multi discipline that concerns the application and service to the community. The aim of this journal is to publish the results of original and never before published from the fruit of the thoughts, ideas, as well as the integration of technology that has been applied to the activities of the community.

The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected all social structures of life, from denominations, socio-culture, tourism and even education. In this condition, almost all activities are carried out from home, including school from home, where at the tertiary level there is one course that must be done directly in the community, namely KKN. Then the solution is online KKN. The program implemented is data collection on various matters related to Covid-19 and education on the prevention of Covid-19. The approach is carried out through social media, namely Whatsapp to the local government to collect data and social media Facebook or Youtube for the publication of activities for making Covid-19 prevention media in the form of posters, infographics and videos. Involving several partners, namely Madrasah Teachers for the socialization of PPE in the form of masks and MTs Teachers for making learning videos. Another program is the creation of an application containing Covid-19 explanations for elementary school students named CO.AP (Covid Application).

This Community Service Program aims to increase the ability of elementary school teachers in Bandung Wetan district to develop STEM-based science learning plans during the Covid-19 pandemic. In detail, the objectives of this service can be described as follows: first knowing the teacher's perceptions of the implementation of STEM learning that is carried out in online learning, second knowing the teacher's needs for the implementation of STEM in online learning, the third design of the SFH training program (STEM From Home ) to improve the ability of elementary school teachers in Bandung Wetan sub-district to develop a STEM-based science learning plan during the Covid-19 pandemic and most recently as an effort to describe the ability of elementary school teachers in Bandung Wetan sub-district to develop a STEM-based science learning plan during the Covid-19 pandemic after participating in the program SFH (STEM From Home) training. This service activity targets the target audience is elementary school teachers in the Bandung Wetan district. The number of schools in Bandung Wetan District is 17 with 15 private schools and 2 public elementary schools. On this occasion, the involvement of teachers as many as 28 people was prioritized. A series of PKM activities have been carried out from August to September 2020. The problems faced by PKM Partners are on a number of factors that are difficult to be resolved by Partners, namely relating to production equipment that is worn, does not have a production permit, does not have a brand, has not been tested for product nutrition, has not been packaged with attractive performance. Therefore this activity aims to provide assistance so that the micro-businesses occupied by Partners can be further increased in the number and quality of products they produce. Service activities are carried out in the form of facilitation of production equipment, facilitation of product nutrition testing, financial management training and facilitation of product brand design. The results of the activity can be described that currently Partners: 1. already has the following new equipment Spinner to squeeze oil from freshly fried potato chips, 2. The oil content in the product has been reduced enough to be safe for consumption, 3. The nutritional content of the product is already known because it has been tested in the TP Lab the nutritional content contained in potato chips, 4. Already able to understand about the character of a superior entrepreneur and and will try to become a formidable business actor at the micro business level, 5. Partners are helped to design product brands, namely "Kripang"

The research objective was to empower the community through training in v cakes (vegetable cakes) to increase the knowledge and entrepreneurial attitudes of the community in Palintang Village, Bandung. The method used is quasi-experimental combined with Systemic, Holistic, Interdisciplinary, and Participatory approaches. The research design used posttest only group design (treatment by subject design). The activities carried out began with problem identification, then prioritized problems, and then an action plan was made. This action plan was used as a research intervention in the form of entrepreneurship training. The independent variable is community empowerment through vegetable cakes. The dependent variables are (a) knowledge of entrepreneurship and (b) entrepreneurial attitudes. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively by looking for the percentage change and followed by a paired t-test with a significance level of 5% to analyze the differences in people's knowledge and attitudes between before and after the training. The results of the data analysis showed that the community's knowledge and attitudes were different between the pre and post-V cakes training (p <0.05). In this case, there was an increase in knowledge by 21.18%, and entrepreneurial attitudes increased by 9.57%. Thus it can be concluded that community empowerment through v-cakes training can improve the knowledge and entrepreneurial attitudes of the community in Palintang village, Bandung.

This google suite training activity is one form of community service activities which is done by the excellent team of LPPM Unwidha Klaten. This is aimed at teachers to prepare the 21st century skills. Before, the training activities took place, the team was conducted the observation and interview, so it was decided that the place for community service activities was SMA Negeri 1 Jatinom and it is carried out in three meeting session of training. The first meeting was training on google docs, google slides, and google sheets. The second meeting was google form and google drive. The third meeting was google site and google classroom. This training shows the enthusiasm of the participants to learn the 21st century skills. It can be seen by the participants who consistently follow and explore all the material in training. From the total of 66 participants, 70% of them have completed all the task which is given in the end of each training. Besides, the participants are considered capable in operating various google suite according to the material provided.

Public fear of the Covid-19 virus has resulted in social restrictions. This has an impact on determining the productivity and economy of society. For this reason, it is necessary to adapt new habits so that people can be productive again in breaking the chain of spreading the Covid-19 Virus. This service aims to provide knowledge to the public about the Adaptation of New Habits Towards a Productive and Safe Covid-19 Society. Community service activities were carried out on September 4, 2020 with a total of 25 participants from the people Mojo Agung Hamlet, Seputih Jaya Village in the form of socialization and discussion. The assessment was carried out using quantitative methods by distributing the pre-test and post-test. The results of this service concluded that there was an increase in participants' knowledge about the adaptation of new habits during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is shown by the increase in the value of the participants' knowledge after being given some materials and simulations as much as 38%.

It is not easy to make HR a source of competitive advantage for a company because it is related not only to ability and expertise, but also to personal factors such as values, perceptions, attitudes, personality and individual willingness to advance. Human resources are said to have a competitive advantage if they have unique skills and personalities that match the company personality where they work. Various policies have been issued by the government in an effort to break the chain of spreading COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. However, from a number of policies that have been issued, until now there has been no decrease in the number of positive cases of COVID-19, even every day the number of confirmed positive cases is increasing and the spread is increasingly widespread in various regions in Indonesia. The goal to be achieved in this community service activity is as a form of introducing and providing understanding to the public about alternative policy models in overcoming the COVID-19 problem. The service was carried out on Monday, August 31, 2020 in Yosorejo Village, East Metro District, Metro City. This activity took place in the form of socialization and discussions with the local community. The result of this activity is the achievement of goals and benefits in community service activities.

The main problem faced by the Tourism Activists Group (KOMPEPAR) in Sukageuri View Kuningan Regency is that a policy network has not yet been formed to form partnerships in developing tourist destinations in the region, due to lack of communication skills, resources and capital. The purpose of this community service is to guide the KOMPEPAR to communication knowledge in exploring existing tourism potential with the resources needed to build a policy network through community, government, and industrial / business partnerships needed to develop the existing tourism potential. The methodology for community service is divided into 3 (three), namely observation, training and simulation. The results of the dedication show that KOMPEPAR empowerment in developing tourist destinations in Sukageuri View Kuningan District requires a policy network that is by building partnerships / cooperation with various parties (public private partnership) both the government (Cisantana village officials and the Office of Youth, Sports, and Tourism (DISPORAPAR) Kuningan Regency, community tourism activist group (KOMPEPAR) Sukageuri View, as well as business / private sector including PLN Cikijing and West Java International Airport (BIJB) to strengthen synergy in promoting tourism and Kuningan's creative economy Impact on the community arising from the development of destinations This tour is quite good, which can increase daily income to meet their needs by conducting a creative economy in the area around the tourist attractions so that the community's economy becomes better, the level of people's welfare increases
