Abstract

This study discusses the understanding of the potential possessed by humans in the perspective of Sufism as a foundation for the development and formation of human character. To uncover these objectives, this study uses the method of literature by tracing sufism literature by Sufi figures. Sufism has a significant contribution in the formation of human character. Sufism introduces positive principles that base on human behavior as a source of behavior, a source of movement, a source of normativity, a source of motivation and a source of value that is the reference. Behavioral development can be formed by understanding human character and potential both physically and psychologically. Both of these potentials are the basis for getting to know and manage their environment and know their God.

Abstract

Distance learning is an alternative to learning in the Covid19 era by using the Whastapp Group application. Where the educator plays a major role, namely the lecturer. Lecturers who are given the mandate to guide students must have specific skills, including pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. Learning by lecturers is like services provided to consumers or college students. In providing services, of course, what must be considered is the quality of the service itself. The level of service quality can only be seen by consumers or college students. When the quality of service exceeds the expectations thought by college students, a sense of satisfaction will arise. The description of student satisfaction related to distance learning performance by lecturers is very satisfying for all indicators of personality and social competence.

Abstract

A quantitative approach is used in this research using non-parametric statistical analysis of the Kendall tau formula. This form of research is based on field research conducted at TPQ Raudlatul Mubtadi-ien Kediri. The researcher used the data collection method by interviewing and distributing questionnaires with a sample of 48% of the 125 students, who were studied, namely the students of TPQ Raudlatul Mubtadi-ien Kediri who were class II and III ibtida 'who recited with the yanbu'a method. In this study, the researcher will look for the influence of the yanbu'a learning method on the reading potential of the students of TPQ Raudlatul Mubtadi-ien. This Al Qur'an reading program is available at the TPQ Raudlatul Mubtadi-ien from kindergarten to ibtida 'class III. The findings of this research are balanced students' perceptions and reading potential of the Qur'an at a high level, however, in the hypothesis test it is rejected with a value of 0.106 with a significance of 0.130, which means that most of the students do not understand and are not aware of learning with the yanbu'a method, students only focus on the Koran.

Abstract

This study used a qualitative approach with field research conducted at Pondok Pesantren Al Mahrusiyah Putra Lirboyo, Kediri City. This study aims to examine the impact of the foster care program in shaping the discipline of students at the Al-Mahrusiyah Islamic Boarding School. This study departs from two research questions, namely how the program carried out by foster caregivers in shaping the discipline of students and how is the impact of the program of foster care in shaping the discipline of students. By using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation the researcher can conclude from the results of the study that the role of foster care is very important to help the success of the boarding school program, especially in terms of forming student discipline. As in the program he established, among others: rote deposits, congregations praying dhuha, pickets of cleanliness. The program that has been compiled by foster caregivers to form student discipline can be said to have been in accordance with the factors that affect a person's discipline, which in contact with these factors will affect the discipline of the students.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the process of shaping the morals of students through modeling carried out by Mustahiq PP.Haji Ya'qub Lirboyo Kediri City. This research is qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. The primary data sources were 3 PPHY students with data collection in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation which were then analyzed with modeling theory. The result was that mustahiq's role as a teacher was able to form perceptions, become a symbol in processing fiber students' emotional intelligence as a motivator. In the end, mustahiq became the role model of the santri.

Abstract

This study explains the development of language as a means of communication between people in the world because mastery of foreign languages is an urgent demand for today's era. Bilingual programs are the ability to use two languages, not only in speaking and writing but also the ability to understand what other people communicate verbally and in writing. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research with the aim of describing the phenomena that exist in the research location. The data collected by researchers is through observation, interviews, documentation, data analysis, data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings of this study confirm that; the application of the bilingual program is applied when teaching and learning take place supported by bilingual activities including flashcards, English conversation book, English and Arabic camp, English and Arabic day, and reading.

Abstract

The creation of good communication relationships in the school environment which is reflected in the atmosphere of a harmonious and conductive relationship between school principals, teachers and school employees. The goal is to facilitate the achievement of educational goals. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 18 people using the data collection technique is a questionnaire. The results of data analysis and statistical calculations using the help of the SPSS 22 program regarding the relationship of organizational communication with job satisfaction, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between organizational communication and job satisfaction at MI Al Hidayah II Bandar Lor, Kediri City. This can be seen from the size of r count = 0.684 which is greater than r table = 0.468. In addition, it can also be shown by the value of Fcount = 14.030 which is greater than Ftable = 2.021. The relationship between organizational communication and job satisfaction at MI Al Hidayah II Bandar Lor Kota Kediri is 46.7%, and the remaining 53.3% is caused by other factors which are not the focus of discussion in this study.

Abstract

This article describes how the concept of Tirakat Tirakat fasting from the perspective of students and the form of implementing Tirakat Tirakat on fasting bilaruh as an effort to develop the ESQ (Emotional Spiritual Question) for Santri. Tirakat on fasting bilaruh is a form of concern that aims to get closer to Allah. Tirakat culture is a form of acculturation of Islam with the local culture. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results reveal that the santri perspectives tirakat fasting are a form of tirakat or concerning behavior as well as the development of the students' ESQ. In addition, this fast becomes a bridge to make it easier to understand and memorize lessons. However, not all students who carry out this fast have a high ESQ, but fasting that is done istiqamah and with the right intention can develop the ESQ of the students. in its implementation, the tirakat fasting bilaruh has several provisions that are different from other fasts both in the time and in the several aurad that are read.

Abstract

Keberhasilan lembaga sekolah tidak terlepas dari manajemen yang diterapkan oleh seorang kepala sekolah serta bagaimana menggerakkan guru-guru serta karyawan yang terkait didalamnya. Seorang kepala sekolah harus mampu menjadikan lembaga yang dipimpinnya menjadi lembaga sekolah yang sehingga, dapat menghasilkan out put yang berkualitas unggul pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen yang diterapkan kepala sekolah perempuan untuk mewujudkan sekolah unggulan di SMPN 4 Kediri dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung maupun penghambat dalam manajemen yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah perempuan untuk mewujudkan sekolah unggulan di SMPN 4 Kediri. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) manajemen yang diterapkan kepala sekolah perempuan untuk mewujudkan sekolah unggulan di SMPN 4 Kediri meliputi beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan penilaian. 2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepala sekolah perempuan untuk mewujudkan sekolah unggulan di SMP Negeri 4 Kediri yaitu: adanya kerjasama yang baik antara kepala sekolah dengan guru, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, dan apresiasi kepala sekolah yang baik, sedangkan factor penghambatnya adalah masih ada beberapa guru yang mengajar tidak sesuai dengan kurikulum, factor usia dari pendidik yang menjadikan kurang maksimalnya kegiatan pendidikan.

Abstract

The development of the implementation of education in Indonesia towards the concept of integration in all fields of science. This practice was also carried out at the Ulil Albab Islamic Boarding School, Ngronggot Nganjuk. This study uses a qualitative method by interviewing all stakeholders in the Ulil Albab Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study indicate. First, integrated infrastructure. Second. Institutional integrity. Third, curriculum integration. Fourth, management integration. Fifth, the integration of traditions. While the target to be achieved is, "to be individuals who are good in body, good in mind, and kind in the heart (Healthy outer and inner), have a managerial system that is both solid and strong, has adequate educational facilities and varied unit institutions. While the efforts being made to achieve the target are; optimization of activities, optimization of management and supervision, institutional development, and development of infrastructure.
