Abstract

The research focuses on the application of principal management in the implementation of the independent curriculum, studies at the bullying school of SD Negeri 01 Meulaboh, West Aceh. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The role of the school principal is to ensure that the implementation of the independent curriculum is in accordance with the indicators that have been prepared. Organizational techniques by functioning all lines, according to their respective tasks and portions. The principal ensures that his teachers implement the implementation of the independent curriculum, by completing teacher administration, implementing the independent curriculum in class, and implementing the P5 independent curriculum project. As well as carrying out the process of monitoring and evaluating the independent curriculum in stages, including; setting standards, implementing activities, analyzing deviations, and taking corrective action.

Abstract

Clinics are health facilities that provide medical services, both basic medical and specialist medical services. The obligations of health clinics are regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation no. 269 ​​of 2008, one of which is maintaining medical records. Electronic-based medical records must be carried out by health service facilities in accordance with government policy as stated in Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is a computerized health information system that provides records of patient data as a decision support system. Kusuma Medical Center Clinic Batukajang, East Kalimantan has implemented EMR since 2021, but its implementation has never been evaluated. The aim of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of EMR at the Kusuma Medical Center Clinic Batukajang, East Kalimantan. The research method that would be used in this research was mixed methods. Research instruments include questionnaires, interview guidelines and observation sheets. Quantitative data analysis was carried out through assumption testing and path analysis (PATH). The research results showed that the implementation of EMR at the Kusuma Medical Center Clinic Batukajang, East Kalimantan has been effective. EMR filling was complete, accurate, timely and in accordance with the law. The results of the analysis showed that employees perceptions of EMR had a positive and significant effect on employees attitudes towards filling out EMR.

Abstract

The research aims to conduct an empirical study analysis of school culture, Servant Leadership and job satisfaction on their influence on teacher performance. Survey research of 89 elementary school teachers in Sungai Mas District, West Aceh Regency. The research was carried out descriptively associative, with problem analysis using a statistical multiple regression analysis approach. Descriptive research results show: (1) teachers' perceptions of the condition of school culture that they feel and implement are good with an achievement level of 87.34%.  Also, the principal's Servant Leadership factor is generally good, and the teacher's job satisfaction achievement level is 86.49%. (2) school culture, Servant Leadership and job satisfaction provide a positive influence in improving teacher performance, with their respective influence values ​​through the regression model: Y = 29.291 + 0.466 X1 + 0.274 X2 + 0.379 X3.  (3) it is proven that school culture factors, the principal's servant leadership and job satisfaction together make a significant contribution to teacher performance, with an amount of 74.2%.

Abstract

Research to determine the influence of the principal's visionary leadership factors, school culture and teacher achievement motivation on teacher performance. Associative type of quantitative descriptive research method. By using a multiple regression analysis approach. The research was conducted at 8 driving elementary schools in West Aceh Regency. The research results found (a). The level of achievement of the school principal's visionary leadership has reached 93.12%, the level of achievement of school culture that is appropriate and implemented jointly has reached 86.42%. Meanwhile, the principal's assessment stated that teacher achievement motivation was in the very good category, reaching 93.62%, and the teacher's performance level reached 92.29% of ideal expectations. (b) The results of multiple regression analysis conclude that the principal's visionary leadership, school culture and teacher achievement motivation partially have a positive effect on performance, (c). Based on correlation and determination analysis, it is proven that there is a very close relationship and the three factors are R = 0.764. And based on the coefficient of determination, the contribution of the principal's visionary leadership, school culture and teacher achievement motivation to teacher performance is 58.4%

Abstract

The research aims to descriptively analyze and verify employee performance by considering the direct and indirect impacts of leadership factors, organizational culture or work environment. Study of 47 employees of the Aceh Restorative Justice Working Group (RJWG). Analysis uses quantitative methods and analysis techniques use path analysis models. The results of the research found several conclusions, namely (1) employee performance is influenced both directly and indirectly by hypothesized factors, namely leadership factors of 38.42%, work culture factors in institutions of 41.89% and the contribution of the work environment to performance. employee. 53. .95%, (2) Simultaneously the three factors, namely leadership, organizational culture and work environment, influence the performance of RJWG Aceh employees by 56%.

Abstract

Job satisfaction increasingly cannot be separated from employee work life which is thought to be influenced by several factors. This research provides an overview of compensation factors, work culture and employee career development. Applying an associative quantitative method, based on a sample survey of 64 employees of the Bireuen Regency Education Office. The analysis uses a path model approach between variables. The research results found (1) Job satisfaction was partially influenced both directly and indirectly by compensation factors, namely 49.09%, work culture factors 61.1% and career development factors 37.54%. (2) Simultaneously compensation, work culture and career development together influence employee job satisfaction by 67%. (3) There is a positive causal relationship between compensation, work culture and employee career development.

Abstract

Research was conducted at the Bireuen Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Office, to examine the impact of communication, teamwork and leadership on supporting employee performance levels. In the form of quantitative research with verification type and data collection through questionnaires. Inferential analysis was used with a path analysis model approach. The results showed that (a) the contribution of communication, teamwork and positive leadership factors to employee performance, respectively, had a large direct and indirect influence of 41.34%, 34.74% and 38.4%. (b) Simultaneously communication, teamwork and leadership influence the performance of Bireuen Regency BKPSDM employees by 64.10%.

Abstract

There is a possibility that job transfers will have an impact on employee satisfaction and performance. On the other hand, a leadership style that is appropriate to the scope of work is also related to job satisfaction and employee performance. This will be researched, by taking a case study of Pidie Police Traffic Unit Personnel. For this, a survey was conducted, with associative quantitative research methods used. And to test hypotheses and determine influences both directly and indirectly, an inferential statistical approach, namely path analysis, is used. Based on a data sample of 56 respondents, it was found that, (1) job transfers had a direct and indirect effect on job satisfaction through leadership, amounting to 39.7%. (2) Leadership style also has a significant direct and indirect effect on job satisfaction, through the job transfer variable, amounting to 31.45%. (3) The effect of job transfer on personnel performance, through the leadership style variable, is 27.88%. (4) The direct and indirect influence of leadership style on personnel performance, through the variable position transfer, is 25.97%. (5) The contribution of job satisfaction to personnel performance is 40%. (6) The magnitude of the influence of job transfers on personnel performance through the job satisfaction variable is 11.58%. And (7) the contribution of job transfer factors and leadership style to job satisfaction was 53.8%.

Abstract

The article aims to empirically analyze the influence of skills, knowledge and communication on the work productivity of Bireuen Police Personnel members. The research method used is associative with a quantitative approach. Analysis using a path model approach by collecting survey data on a sample of 67 members of Bireuen Police Personnel at the SAMAPTA SAT Unit. The research results show that (1) partially there is an influence of each variable studied, namely skills, knowledge and communication on work productivity of 47.09%, 46.93% and 60.08%. (2) Simultaneously skills, knowledge and communication influence the work productivity of personnel members by 66.0%. (3) There is a causal relationship between the variables of skills and knowledge and communication.

Abstract

The research was carried out at the Class IIA Lhokseumawe Prison, with the aim of examining the influence of organizational culture factors, employee job satisfaction and organizational climate on organizational performance. The research uses an associative quantitative approach with statistical analysis tools with path analysis models. The research results found, (1) Cultural factors, employee job satisfaction and organizational climate were correlated and contributed simultaneously to organizational performance in the Class IIA Lhokseumawe Prison 64.7%. (2) Partially, the direct and indirect impact of organizational culture on organizational performance is 59.75%, while the influence of job satisfaction is 45.5% and the influence of organizational climate on organizational performance is 54.03%.
