The School Safety Zone (ZoSS) is created to regulate traffic at certain times in areas close to schools to ensure the safety pedestrians in the area. However, this issue faces complex challenges, especially in schools located on strategic road corridors. The purpose of this study is to describe the traffic conditions of Ragunan Street, the factors that cause congestion on Ragunan Street at peak time and to describe the performance of the street located at the School Safety Zone (Zoss) of SMAN 28 Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta at peak times. The primary data source was obtained through traffic counting with a quantitative descriptive approach. The study population was passenger cars and motorbikes passing through Ragunan Street. The data analysis technique refers to the procedure for calculating urban roads according to the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. The results show that the performance of Ragunan Street is as follows; free flow speed of 57.52 km/hour, capacity 6,552 pcu/hour, the level of road service ranges from B to D. The degree of saturation is below 0.75 indicating the road capacity still meets the MKJI 1997 standard except for the direction of Kalibata-Pasar Minggu which scores 0.80 with a value of D. The speed in the ZoSS of SMAN 28 area is 57.52km/hour, significantly exceeding the maximum speed limit of 20-25 km/hour implying it is critical for pedestrians in the ZoSS area.

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of vehicle storage in the open yard area at PT. Indonesia Vehicle Terminal (PT. IKT) which is influenced by the zoning policy towards the use of accumulated fields. The method used in this research is a quantitative method in the form of calculating the use of open storage land which is concluded as Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR). The research data was analyzed by comparing the data before and after the implementation of the zoning system policy at PT. IKT in the period March 2019 - February 2020. The zoning policy has an impact on the amount of loading and unloading production and the capacity of open storage at PT. Indonesia Vehicle Terminal for domestic part. After processing data for the period September 2019 - February 2020, namely September 2019 at 48.63%, October 2019 at 52.39%, November 2019 at 62.75%, December 2019 at 66.75, January 2020 at 76.20% and February 2020 at 82.25%. From YOR which every month the YOR value of PT. IKT has caused open storage fields in the domestic area to overload for storage of CBUs, trucks and heavy equipment. PT. IKT is advised to add new land, especially in the domestic sector, so that operational activities in the terminal are not hampered by the increase in the number of YOR in the domestic field. Otherwise, overbringing costs will arise and increase.

Bus stop is one of the facilities it must be used by users of trans batam service. All facilities are built to provide convenience and comfort for users who used these services. Unfortunately, the repair efforts still left unfinished homework. Starting from the shape and size of different dimensions of facilities, as well as conformity to the needs of service users to safety aspects it must be fulfilled by providers. Through observational studies (observations) and literature studies, this study seeks to identify potential hazards that may occur in existing facilities in the bus stop area. This study uses a random sampling technique to obtain actual data / information by focused on the location (passenger waiting room) which has access to stop routes from various routes in Batam City, starting from the Batam Center and Batu Aji areas. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques, and combines with failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) techniques to obtain priority information on potential hazards that may occur based on the consensus of several parties who have a relationship with the service. Based on the results of analysis that has been done, information on 10 priorities of the highest potential hazards that may occur and become a priority for immediate improvement

Among the various modes of transportation, road transport is one of the most common modes of transport due to the comfortability and ease of commute. It is no wonder that road transport has become the primary energy consumption, which also significantly contributes dangerous levels to the ever-increasing pollution. Jakarta as the capital city of Indonesia is undeniably the most massive contributor to pollution in the world, and its complex transportation problems led to the city ranks highest in CO2 emission. One of the leading causes of transportation problems in Jakarta is the low percentage utilization of public transport. Therefore, the primary purpose of this study is to explore the reasons behind the people's decision in selecting travel options, especially the adoption of green commuting behavior like public transportation; the analysis of which was explicitly taken from daily commuting using probit regression. The estimation results reveal that in Greater Jakarta, both educational attainment and population density have a negative correlation with the people’s decision to utilize mass transportation since the unreliability of the transportation system lessens the benefit of using public transport in comparison with that of private transport.

The DKI Jakarta Government has carried out evaluations and established regulations related to congestion that occurs in DKI Jakarta as the capital of the Republic of Indonesia. The Government's efforts in overcoming the congestion that occurred were that the 3 in 1 (three in one) program was established and implemented which was later replaced by the odd-even regulation on certain roads in the capital area. In 2018 odd-even trials were carried out during the Asian Games, until September 9, 2019, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government determined an expansion of the odd-even area as an effort to stop the congestion that occurred. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze dThe effect of the odd-even expansion policy on the number of passengers and revenue of TransJakarta in 2019 using path analysis. The calculation is done using Eviews 10 software with panel data type, namely a combination of cross section data with time series. This study uses secondary data regarding the number of TransJakarta passengers and TransJakarta revenue from corridors 1 towith 13 in 2019 that have been published. The choice of model in this study is the Random Effect Model which results in the findings of the research, namely that there is a significant direct or indirect effect between the Odd-Even Expansion Policy on TransJakarta Income through the Number of Passengers.

Palangka Raya City Government uses BRT as one of the modes of transportation, and has the goal of serving the needs of passenger requests. For BRT operations, supporting facilities are needed, such as bus stops. Because of the large costs in establishing a bus stop, the effectiveness of bus stop construction is needed. In this research, the set covering problem and max covering problem model are chosen using Lingo 18.0. The set covering problem model aims to provide passengers with a proper access to the nearest bus stop with a minimum number. While the max covering problem aims to determine the location of the bus stops to be built when there is a limit on the number of bus stops. This type of research is a survey field research, distributing questionnaires and direct observation. The route performance and operation of corridor II BRT are include the number of passengers transported, load factor, headway time, travel speed and transportation availability are not in accordance with the standards while the waiting time for passengers has met regulatory standards. The route of the corridor II BRT bus in Palangka Raya is in accordance with the location of the trip generation, but the schedule and operational routes each day are not. The optimal number of BRT Corridor II stops in Palangka Raya that correspond to the passenger generation is 12 stops which can serve all 32 requests, then in the sensitivity analysis 3 other alternatives are selected. The alternatives are 5,10 and 15.

The transportation problem is one of the fundamental problems in distribution network to minimize transportation costs by considering resource constraints and meeting the customer demand. This study aims to minimize distribution costs of a distribution networks of soft drink company using the Mix Integer Linear Programming (MILP). This optimization method considers transportation costs, material handling and transportation costs. The addition of a distribution center (DC) as a consolidation center of goods sent to retailers makes the distribution process more efficient. Facility and material handling costs in DC, can be compensated with lower transportation costs. The suggested network can reduce distribution costs by 15.29% compared to the existing methods.
