<![CDATA[The transparency of hospital service prices means that information about the prices of medical services and procedures offered by hospitals is openly available and easily accessible to the general public. Patients can compare the fees charged by different hospitals for the same medical service. This can encourage competition between hospitals to offer more competitive prices. Price transparency is still complex in many healthcare systems, and there are challenges that need to be addressed in implementing price transparency that is effective and beneficial for patients. This research is a research based on Literature Review with a research approach based on the analysis of scientific articles and theses with study methods, structured evaluation, classification and categorization of evidence-based that has existed or been produced before, which has been discussed and published in the health sector. Focus is set for publication from 2013 to 2023. The data used are secondary data, obtained from the results of research that has been done. The hope is that with price transparency, patients can evaluate their healthcare options, compare prices from all providers, and make decisions that align with their own financial circumstances and preferences. However, based on the results of research and discussion described above, it can be concluded that there is no significant impact on the selection and decision of patients to choose hospital services with price information from service providers.]]>

<![CDATA[Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penerapan Good Corporate Governance dalam suatu perusahaan terdiri dari faktor eksternal maupun faktor internal, hal ini juga demikian berlaku pada PT. BX yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan produsen baja di Indonesia, terdapat faktor eksternal maupun faktor internal yang mempengaruhi penerapan Good Corporate Governance pada PT. BX. Terdapat keterkaitan antara Good Corporate Governance Dan Manajemen Risiko. Manajemen Risiko mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko-risiko yang akan mempengaruhi pencapaian nilai yang akan diinginkan oleh perusahaan, karena ada kesamaan tujuan dalam pencapaian nilai maka Good Corporate Governance dan Manajemen Risiko memiliki keterkaitan.Tujuan Penelitian ini terdiri beberapa poin yaitu antara lain untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi pengaruh terhadap penerapan Good Corporate Governance di PT. BX, untuk mengetahui penerapan Good Corporate Governance dan manajemen risiko pada PT. BX terhadap risiko fraud yang ada di perusahaan. Terkait dengan metodologi penelitian variabel penelitian dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan GCG di PT. BX, penerapan Good Corporate Governance di PT. BX serta penerapan manajemen risiko pada PT. BX. Data penelitian yang dibutuhkan terdiri dari Data data terkait Good Corporate Governance di PT. BX serta penerapan manajemen risiko di PT. BX. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan metode pengumpulan data secara kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa narasumber serta menggunakan studi literatur dengan menelaah beberapa data perusahaan terkait. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat dikatakan bahwa PT. BX telah memiliki lingkup penerapan GCG yang baik terutama dalam kaitannya dalam hal mitigasi terhadap fraud. Hal ini telah ditunjukkan dengan adanya pembentukan tim terkait pelaporan pelanggaran/ whistleblower, pembentukan komite audit, komite nominasi dan remunerasi serta piagam audit merupakan langkah penerapan GCG yang sudah dilakukan perusahaan dengan mengimplementasikan manajemen risiko terkait.]]>

<![CDATA[Article This research was conducted on companies listed in the Corporate Governance Perception Index report with the aim of analyzing the influence of company characteristics on Good Corporate Governance, which refers to research conducted by the former in Malasya. There are several differences between this study and the research conducted by Ariff et al, such as in determining the sample and the regression tool used. This research was conducted to analyze the characteristics of the company as a factor affecting the GCG rating. The characteristics of the company are divided into variables, namely profitability, concentration of ownership, company size, leverage and company growth. As the object in this article or this is part of the companies listed in the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) report for 2019 – 2021, and the sampling method in this study is the purposive sampling method. Based on the sample findings, a sample of 11 companies was obtained. The analysis technique used in the research in this article is multiple linear regression because the dependent variable in this study is data in the form of scores based on criteria determined by IICG. The results showed that concentration of ownership and company size had a significant positive effect on the GCG rating. The high percentage of ownership, Tobin's Q ratio and increase in total assets will get a higher CG score, while profitability, leverage, growth have no significant effect on the GCG rating.]]>

<![CDATA[Good Corporate Governance has an important role in facilitating communication between company organs, relations between the company and shareholders and other stakeholders as well as ensuring the company's compliance with laws and regulations. Good of Corporate Governance PT. XYZ has the function of establishing, developing, directing and strategizing in the implementation of company compliance related to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance to support the achievement of the Vision and Mission of PT. XYZ while still paying attention to the principles of Corporate Ethical Standards, Good Corporate Governance, and company values. Efforts made by management in managing the company will increase profits and reduce the risk of losses in the future. The higher the value of the company, the more prosperous the shareholders and employees of the company will be. The purpose of this study was to see the influence of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the Improvement of Occupational Health and Safety Performance at PT. XYZ. The population in this study are agro-industrial companies for the period 2020 to 2022. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted in the city of Jakarta on the basis that this city is the center of agro-industrial companies. The results of the study show that the implementation of Good Corporate Governance consistently has a positive effect on improving Occupational Health and Safety (K3) performance at PT. XYZ. This has a positive impact on employee work productivity which certainly has a positive effect on improving company performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The church as a gathering place for believers certainly has a purpose in its ministry. as a non-profit organization that gets its financial resources from the congregation, of course, it certainly has no responsibility to make a profit. Servants as church administrators who work voluntarily are certainly not always required to be professional. Because church servants are people chosen by God to serve in the church based on a calling. Therefore, the role of church governance is not an absolute guide. The method used in this research is a literature study that obtains data from various sources on the internet, books or other media. The data obtained in this study were 15 sources consisting of 13 journals on governance, books and 1 HKI church household regulations. The result of the research is that not all churches apply the principles of good governance. The principles of transparency and accountability are principles that often appear in various church governance journals. Calls to transfer governance by applying the principles of good governance are urgently needed, therefore assistance to churches in making good governance is also required.]]>

<![CDATA[Efforts to improve slope stability have several methods that can be used, one of which is to use retaining wall construction. A retaining wall is a construction that functions to withstand lateral earth pressure generated by the soil behind the retaining wall. There are two types of retaining walls that are often found in the field, namely the gravity type and the cantilever type. This study aims to compare the use of the two types of retaining walls at various slope heights. The soil data used in this study is soil data at the Lio Salem Slope BTN location, Brebes Regency. The results showed that at a slope height of up to 7 m, the safety or stability value for the cantilever type was higher than for the gravity type, both for stability against bearing capacity collapse, overturning, and shearing.]]>

<![CDATA[The construction of an apartment building that is used as a residential community has stages of construction work that will support the building to remain strong, stable and safe. Planning a building construction can not be separated from the planning of the foundation that must be calculated and designed properly to support the working load without experiencing shear failure and excessive settlement to ensure the stability of the building. The purpose of this plan is to design a bored pile foundation for the construction of a 10 floors apartment in Bogor. Based on the results of soil investigations in the planning area in Bogor, West Java, it was found that the type of soil was dominant granular soil. In the calculation of the foundation planning using a circular bored pile foundation type with a diameter of 0,7 meters at a depth of 18 meters. Calculation of the axial bearing capacity of single and group piles using the Reese & Wright and Converse- Labarre methods. Calculation of pile settlement using the semi-empirical method and the Vesic method. Calculation of lateral bearing capacity using the Broms method. Based on the calculation results, the bearing capacity of the foundation permit is 113,542 tons with the many piles needed as 132 piles. The pile subsidence in the group is 10,770 cm for the 6 pile group and the largest lateral pile deflection is 1,470 mm. The foundation uses 14D19 longitudinal reinforcement and D16-54 shear reinforcement and pile cap dimensions of 1,1 m – 4,5 m with a thickness of 0.9 m. Budget Plan The cost of planning the bored pile foundation for a 10 floors apartment building in Bogor, the total cost is Rp. 3,160,217,000.000 with a foundation price per pile of Rp. 15,626,817.010.]]>

<![CDATA[Chronic kidney failure (CKD) is a huge and increasing public health problem. One of the actions performed on CKD patients is hemodialysis. The quality of life of CKD patients is closely related to hemodialysis. However, hemodialysis is not a therapy for recovery. Hemodialysis is performed to maintain the life and well-being of the patient until kidney function is restored. This study aims to describe the quality of life in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Meuraxa Hospital, Banda Aceh City. This study used an observational method with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples is 58 respondents taken by using accidental sampling technique. The measurement of quality of life uses the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire. The results of this study showed that in terms of characteristics, the highest age was at the age of 56 to 65 years with 34 respondents (58.6%) and no respondents in the age range of 18 to 25 years. In terms of gender, the highest was female with 32 respondents (55.2%) and the lowest was male with 26 respondents (44.8%). In the quality of life of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Meuraxa Hospital, Banda Aceh City, the highest was in the bad category, 32 respondents (55.2%) and the lowest was in the very good category, 1 respondent (1.7%).]]>

<![CDATA[Perpustakan merupakan wadah atau sumber ilmu yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Tentunya sudah banyak perpustakaan perpustakaan di dunia yang dalam pelayanannya sudah beralih ke digital. Hal ini juga yang membuat SMK Sehati Karawang dalam mengembangkan pelayanan perpustakaan didalam lingkungannya. Dengan kesalahan kesalahan dokumentasi baik saat pengadaan buku, input data buku, pengelolaan keanggotan serta proses transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku dan pengelolaan pelaporannya menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis web atau digital. Dengan framework CodeIgniter dan menggunakan pola MVC (Model-View-Controller) dapat dengan cepat bagi pengembang membangun aplikasi web, dikarenakan codeigniter tidak hanya ringan dan cepat, dan tidak hanya menyediakan contoh implementasi code, tetapi juga terdapat dokumentasi yang sangat lengkap. Dengan metode pengujian blackbox didapat hasil 91.2% aplikasi dibuat sesuai harapan serta dapat berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi; BlackBox; CodeIgniter; Perpustakaan; Web.]]>

<![CDATA[This study entitled "Correlation of Reading Interest with Poetry Writing Skills". Lack of students' skills in writing poetry is the background of this research. The facts show that the test scores on poetry writing competence are low, the number of book borrowers is low, and students' interest in reading is low. This condition is a challenge for teachers so that students master the material being taught by achieving KKM. The method used in this study is descriptive correlational using quantitative. It intends to describe the relationship between writing poetry and students' reading scores. The population in this study were all class VIII students at SMPN 1 Selaawi Garut for the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 11 classes. The sample used was taken randomly from each class, namely three people per class. If the total sample in this study is 33 students. The results obtained are as follows. First, an overview of the interest in reading of Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Selaawi Garut for the 2021/2022 academic year, namely 8 students (24%) are in the high category, 17 students (51%) are in the medium category, and 8 students ( 24%) are in the low category. Second, an overview of students' poetry writing skills, namely 18 students (18%) are in the high category, 27 students (82%) are in the medium category. Third, there is a significant relationship between reading interest and students' poetry writing skills based on the r test of 0.8, which means very strong. The implications of this research are expected to be used as a reference for teachers in learning to write poetry.]]>
