Abstract

Masa puber merupakan masa pertumbuhan dan perubahan yang pesat, Masa puber ditandai oleh perrtumbuhan pesat dan perubahan mencolok dalam proporsi tubuh. Perubahan-perubahan ini menimbulkan keraguan, perasaan tidak mampu dan tidak aman, dan dalam banyak kasus mengakibatkan perilaku yang kurang baik. Mengantisipasi dampak buruk pada masa puber, maka perlu adanya peran dalam bimbingan dan konseling. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi landasan religious dalam kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling sebagai penanganan dampak masa puber. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah; Bagaimana implementasi landasan religious dalam bimbingan dan konseling? Bagaimana implementasi landasan religious dalam kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling dalam menangani dampak pubertas? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka, yakni pengumpulan data dan informasi dengan menelaah sumber-sumber tertulis seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku referensi, literature, ensiklopedia, karangan ilmiah, serta sumber-sumber lain yang terpercaya baik dlm bentuk tulisan atau dalam format digital yang relevan dan berhubungan dengan obek yang diteliti. Berdasarkan uraian dalam pembahasan, hasil yang dapat disimpulkan adalah Implementasi landasan religious dalam menghadapi masa puber siswa adalah dengan kembali pada Al Qur’an dan Hadits yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam agama Islam

Abstract

Implementation of Industrial Counseling in Improving Employee Performance at PT. Nilo District Immortal Arara. The purpose of this study is to further review the counseling practices in the industrial sector so that they can be relevant according to the theory that is used as a reference. Research on the implementation of industrial counseling in improving employee performance is carried out using a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research) with data collection techniques using Interview, Observation and Documentation. The subjects of this study were employees and two counselors at PT. Arara Abadi, Nilo District, Pelalawan Regency. The results showed that employee counseling or industrial counseling itself (functions, objectives, approaches, impacts, and limitations), and the process of implementing employee counseling were divided into three stages, namely before counseling, during counseling, and after counseling.Keywords: Implementation, Industry Counseling, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi sosial dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa terisolir Di SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pnggalilian data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian guru BK, peserta didik dan orang tua siswa kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi sosial dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa terisolir di SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu 1) Persiapan meliputi menentukan personil, alat assessment dan identifikasi siswa juga kategori siswa terisolir 2) Pelaksanaan meliputi menyusun program dan implementasi program penanganan 3) Evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan dan 4) Tindak lanjut hasil pelaksanaan.Kata kunci: Pribadi Sosial, Keterampilan Sosial, TerisolirAbstractImplementation of Social Personal Guidance in Developing the Social Skills of Isolated Students in SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan.  This study aims to observe the implementation of social personal guidance in developing social skills of isolated students in SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection method uses interviews, observations and documentation with the BK teacher's research subjects, students and parents of students then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of social personal guidance in developing social skills of isolated students at SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan was carried out in several stages, namely 1) Preparation includes determining personnel, assessment tools and student identification as well as the category of isolated students 2) Implementation includes arranging programs and implementing handling programs 3) Evaluation of results of implementation and 4) Follow-up of results of implementation.Keywords:Social Personal, Social Skills, Isolated

Abstract

Profile Of Independence Learning Students And Their Implications For The Program Of Learning Guidance. This study aims to find a picture of the learning independence of class IX students in the 2019/2020 school year at SMPN 3 Serang City. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 159 students of class IX in the 2019/2020 school year that were randomly selected. The instrument used was a student learning independence questionnaire. The results showed the level of learning independence of class IX students in the 2019/2020 school year at SMPN 3 Serang City in the low category with a percentage of 17.61% by 28 students, the medium category with a percentage of 64.78% by 103 students, a high category with a percentage of 17.61% by 28 students . After knowing the picture of students' learning independence, a study guidance program is arranged based on the results of the research obtained. The tutoring program is expected to be able to help students to overcome the learning difficulties they face, and to develop effective ways of learning, so that students' learning independence can be improved. Keywords: Learning Independence, Program of Learning Guidance

Abstract

Konselor profesional merupakan figur yang dapat menampilkan dirinya sebagai teladan. Di antara kompetensi konselor, yang paling penting adalah kualitas pribadi konselor karena konselor sebagai pribadi harus mampu menampilkan jati diri secara utuh, tepat, dan berarti, serta membangun hubungan interpersonal yang baik sehingga menjadi motor penggerak keberhasilan layanan. Pribadi konselor merupakan ‘instrumen’ yang menentukan hasil positif dalam proses konseling, sebab inti dari proses terapeutik dalam konseling yaitu hubungan yang dibangun antara konselor dan konseli, sehingga kualitas pribadi konselor merupakan hal yang esensial bagi konselor untuk mencapai tujuan dalam proses konseling. Proses konseling tidak terlepas dari etnis budaya salah-satunya adalah budaya masyarakat Bugis Bone mappakalebbi sesama manusia dengan mendahulukan nilai-nilai appekelebbireng lempu’, macca, mappassalama’, Siri’. Nilai-nilai inilah yang harus diterapkan dalam proses konseling Bugis Bone dengan melihat kepribadian konselor dengan bertutur kata, cara berprilaku (Mappatabe’, Berdiri jika ada tamu yang berkunjung, posisi duduk dan tidak memanggil orang tua dengan namanya). Kata Kunci : Pribadi Konselor, Konseling, Appakalebbireng.

Abstract

Motivation to become a Guidance and Counseling Teacher (Phenomenology Study of Fresh Graduates): This study aims to find out the value of being a counseling guidance teacher at Senior High School in the city of Samarinda. The study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling in the criteria of fresh graduate and served as honorary teacher no more than one year, no more than 25 years old, and worked in a high school in the city of Samarinda. Data collected techniques were in-depth interviews and analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) techniques. The analysis technique sought to find meaning themes to become counseling guidance teachers. The results show three main themes, those are counseling guidance teachers interpreted as: 1) a soul calling; 2) to enjoy comfort; and 3) as a part-time job. The sub-theme of: 1) the soul calling is not profit oriented, realizing the future of students, and religious beliefs. The sub-theme of: 2) enjoy comfort that is a sense of comfort when students are helped, enjoy being parents for students, and to get life lessons. The sub-theme of: 3) part-time job is waiting to become civil servants and not easily laid off. Suggestion from this study are excepted to be a reference in helping counseling teachers in the process of valuing their work throught positive environmental conditioning to increase their productivity at work. Abstract

Kecemerlangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada zaman modern memang membawa kemajuan yang luar biasa. Namun seiring dengan itu semakin terkotak-nya antara sains dan agama yang mengakibatkan ditinggalkannya nilai-nilai moral dan etika. Tulisan ini mencoba menggali bagaimana reposisi Bimbingan Konseling Islam dalam sebuah keilmuan. Pada dataran teori, psikologi konseling memiliki empat grand theories, yaitu psikoanalisis, behavioristik, humanistik dan transpersonal. Maka kiranya perlu Konseling Islam bergerak menjadi mazhab kelima dari disiplin psikologi dengan cara mengembalikan paradigma ilmuwan kepada orientasi dunia dan akhirat. Karena sejatinya Fitrah manusia diciptakan mempunyai naluri beragama yaitu agama tauhid. Dalam hal ini perlu ditekankan kajian keagamaan, baik hal itu berasal dari perspektif Indigenous Counseling yang cross cultural dan mengungkap variabel budaya lokal maupun Konseling Agama itu sendiri terhadap pembentukan karakter individu. Bisa dilihat dari konteks sejarah konseling agama yang dijumpai pada zaman klasik Islam dikenal dengan nama hisbah. Maka perlu melakukan pengembangan Bimbingan Konseling Islami yaitu Proses pemberian bantuan terhadap individu sesuai asas yang pelaksanaan, agar mampu hidup selaras dengan ketentuan dan petunjuk Allah, sehingga dapat mencapai kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan di akhirat.

Abstract

Socio-emotional Development of Broken Home Students at Elementary School Age (Case Study: Analysis of Class II Student Mi Roudlotus Saidiyyah Semarang). This study aims to (1) determine the socio-emotional development of Broken home students at MI Roudlotus Saidiyyah Semarang during the learning process, (2) determine the socio-emotional development of Broken home students at MI Roudlotus Saidiyyah Semarang when outside of class (playing), (3) knowing the teacher's efforts in developing students' socio-emotional. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data obtained through interviews and observations. After the data is collected then perform data reduction-data presentation-and conclude. The results of this study are, Broken home students are able to interact and communicate well, have high trust, show mutual affection, participate in cooperative activities, easy to get along with, sensitive to the environment. The child can achieve socio-emotional development in accordance with his peers with special guidance by the teacher who is in his environment. In guiding, the teacher always provides direction, encouragement, support, and stimulus so that the child is able to stimulate well.Keywords: Developmental, Socio-Emotional, Child Broken Home

Abstract

The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Vocational High School New Students Self Adjustment. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with the adjustment of new students of class X SMK Negeri 1 Bulakamba Brebes. The sample in the study was 78 students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of the data analysis showed that the level of emotional intelligence of new vocational high school students was in the medium category and the level of self adjustment was in the medium category. There is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and vocational high school new student self adjustment as indicated by the value (r) of 0.635 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. While the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.4032, this shows that emotional intelligence contributes 40% to the adjustment of new vocational high school students, so it be concluded that the higher level of emotional intelligence, the higher level of self adjustment.Keywords: Emotional Ntelligence, Self Adjustment, New Vocational High School Students

Abstract

The Intervention Of Guidance And Counseling Program to Overcome The Bullying Of MAN Salatiga Students. This article a mixed method research with concurrent triangulation design to examine (1) the phenomenon of bullying at MAN Salatiga, (2) the guidance and counseling intervention to deal with bullying at MAN Salatiga, and (3) the ideal guidance and counseling program to overcome bullying at MAN Salatiga. Scale delivered to 157 respondents to measure students’ understanding and involvement in bullying. Interviews with students, guidance and counseling teachers, and FGD followed by lecturers and counselors used to collect information about bullying and bullying intervention. The results of the study revealed that students’ understanding of the concept of bullying is 73.41%, 44.76% students involved in bullying as witness; 34.13% as victim; and 34.25% as bully. There are differences between men and women in understanding of bullying concept and the involvement in bullying. The guidance and counseling teachers’ interventions in dealing with bullying are focused on guidance and counseling responsive services in the form of curative efforts to the victim and bully. Therefore, the ideal program in dealing with bullying is carried out evenly in the frame of guidance and counseling basic services, responsive services, individual planning services, and system support to the victim, the bully, and the witness.
