Abstract

COUNSELING EDUCATION PRACTICES AT ALHAMDANIYAH ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL IN FOSTERING STUDENTS’ RELIGIOUS MORALITY. This paper attempts to offer the idea of counseling education in Islamic boarding schools as a model of counseling services in fostering religious morality. This study uses field research methods with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research data were analyzed using a deductive approach and an inductive approach with regard to the Counseling Education Practices at Islamic Boarding Schools in Fostering Students’ Religious Morality. The results showed that the counseling education of Alhamdaniyah Islamic boarding school had a contribution in establishing religious services illustrated in the activities including implementing Istighosah and Tahlilan and ta'limul muta’alim lessons. This will contribute in fostering the students' religious morality which includes; students have a religious spirit, students do not forget religious values, have a close tie with Kyai as well as among pesantren and schools.Keywords: Counseling Education, Islamic Boarding School, Religious Morality

Abstract

Forgiveness and Social Interaction Ability of Students of the Islamic Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah, State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Salatiga 2018. This study aims to determine the extent of the relationship between the level of forgiveness and the ability of social interaction in students. Respondents in this study were 150 students of Islamic psychology study program, the Da'wah Faculty of the Islamic State Institute of Salatiga, with an age range of 17-21 years. The hypothesis proposed by the researcher is that there is a positive relationship between forgiveness variables and the ability of social interaction in students. Which means, the higher the level of forgiveness owned by students, the higher the social interaction ability. The type of data in the study is nominal and interval data. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using Karl Pearson's product moment analysis and product moment correlation which was used to see the relationship between variables. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between forgiveness and the ability of social interaction in students (r = 0.679) and p <0.01) with the contribution of forgiveness variables on social interaction ability by 46%. Another analysis used in this study is to use regression analysis to see whether there is a difference in the level of forgiveness in terms of gender, and age demographics. The results of the analysis show that there are differences in aspects of forgiveness in terms of gender and age demographics. Key Words : Forgiveness, Social Interaction, Students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model komunikasi efektif antara peserta didik yang berlatar belakang budaya Madura dengan peserta didik yang berlatar belakang budaya jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan menyusun, memahami dan menganalisis model komunikasi peserta didik yang berlatar belakang budaya Madura dengan peserta didik yang berlatar belakang budaya jawa di Madrasah Aliyan Negeri (MAN) 1 Jember. Model komunikasi peserta didik dari budaya Madura dengan Jawa dipengaruhi oleh kultur bahasa dari atmosfer lingkungan yang berbeda. Dari sini terlihat bagaimana proses layanan konseling yang inklusif dan ramah berjalan melalui pendekatan transcultural menjadi langkah yang dilakukan oleh guru BK atau konselor Madrasah guna meminimalisir adanya gesekan sosila yang pernah terjadi pada peserta didik beretnis Jawa dengan peserta didik beretnis Madura.Kata Kunci: Cross Cultural, Cultural Counseling, Komunikasi, Lintas Budaya, Siswa, Madrasah

Abstract

Individual Counseling with Motivational Interviewing Techniques to Deal with Social Adjustments in Adolescent Criminal Theft in Yayasan Sahabat Kapas Karanganyar. This study aims to determine the process of individual counseling services with Motivational Interviewing Techniques to deal with social adjustment in adolescent criminal acts of theft at the Sahabat Kapas Karanganyar Foundation. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Abstract

Kompetensi terbaru yang ditetapkan untuk menangani isu – isu spiritual dan keagamaan dalam konseling (Association of Spiritual, Ethical, and Religious Values in Counseling, 2009) didalamnya memberikan pedoman pada konselor untuk menerapkan praktek konseling berdasarkan petunjuk yang ditentukan. Kompetensi spiritual ini melengkapi kode etik yang ditetapkan oleh “the American Counseling Association (2014)” untuk memberi dukungan dalam meningkatkan kepekaan lintas budaya dan keahlian dalam konseling. Alat pengawasan yang mendukung pengembangan etis dan spiritual konselor dalam pelatihan konseling, telah dijelaskan dan diidentifikasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan remaja pada usia belajar di sekolah menengah terutama perkembangan siswa di madrasah sangat kompleks di tengah situasi perkembangan modern yang sangat rentan terhadap perilaku-perilaku remaja yang membahayakan dan penuh risiko, rasa ingin tahu remaja yang besar, keinginan untuk mencoba atau mempraktikkan, unjuk kekuatan atau gagah-gagahan dan rasa ingin diakui dalam lingkungannya. Perilaku-perilaku berbahaya dan banyak resiko pada remaja antara lain, berpacaran, melakukan hubungan seks di luar nikah, narkoba, begadang sampai larut malam yang mengkibatkan gaduh di masyarakat, balapan motor atau mobil secara liar, meminum minuman keras, berkelahi sampai tawuran, melihat film-film porno, kriminalitas dan lain sebagainya. Konseling Islami di madrasah merupakan suatu layanan konseling yang berbasis ajaran-ajaran Islami dengan melandaskan kepada al-Qur’an, Hadits, ijma’ dan qiyas. Konseling Islami merupakan bentuk-bentuk layanan menggunakan design sesuai kaidah dan ajaran agama Islam. Pemecahan masalah atau problem solving dalam Konseling Islami ini tidak terlepas dari petunjuk dari Allah Subhanahu wata’ala yaitu melalui ayat-ayat suci al-Quran dan petunjuk Rasulullah saw melalui hadist. Pola asuh dan budaya dalam keluarga sangat mempengaruhi pola tata perilaku dan kekuatan kepribadian remaja. Remaja yang tangguh dan berprestasi juga ditentukan bagaimana peran serta lingkungan dan pendidikan karakter dari orang tua, penanaman akidah keislaman yang mantab, sebagai contoh keteladanan dan pembentukan akhlak yang baik. Sebaliknya perilaku remaja yang penuh risiko dan berbahaya juga dipengaruhi oleh situasi pergaulan remaja yang tidak sehat, pola asuh, motif berprestasi yang rendah, dan budaya keluarga yang permisif cenderung tanpa kontrol, penanaman pendidikan agama dan akidah yang rendah serta minimnya keteladanan dari orang tua.Oleh karena itu, Konsling Islami sangat membantu untuk berperan sebagai posisi sentral dalam memperkuat pencegahan, pengarahan, pembinaan, bahkan sampai tataran pengentasan terhadap remaja di madrasah dari perilaku berisiko.

Abstract

Application of Group Guidance Services Using Audio-Visual Media in Increasing Student Interest in Class X Mipa V During the Pandemic Period in Man City, Palangka Raya. This study aims to see the results of increased interest in learning with the application of group guidance services using audio-visual media. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach and a method of experimentation with the design of one group of test-pretests and posttests. The study involves all X MIPA V MAN city of Palangka Raya students as a population and selection of samples by impressive sampling, selected 8 students who were used as samples. The data in this study was retrieved using 30 pest-interest items. Based on data analysis obtained after treatment of a three-time audio-visual media group guidance service, which indicates an increase in the interest of studying X MIPA V MAN city of Palangka Raya. The research found t_(count)> table (14,429 > 2,447) and sig's value (2-tailed) is of 0,000 <.05 that Ho is declined and Ha accepted. Thus summarized the application of group guidance services with visual audio media can increase the interest of studying students X MIPA V MAN city of Palangka Raya.Keywords: Group Guidance, Audio-Visual Media, Interest In Learning

Abstract

Masih banyak siswa SMK yang belom mampu melakukan pengambilan keputusan karir dikarenakan, antara lain: ragu, bimbang dan merasa tidak mantap dengan keputusan yang diambil, gagal mengambil keputusan, pilihan yang dihasilkan bukanlah pilihan yang bijak, masih memiliki ketergantungan terhadap orang lain (guru, orang tua atau teman), tidak memiliki piihan karir yang mantap, dan beberapa siswa mengatakan sudah mantap dengan pilihan karirnya tetapi masih meminta bimbingan pada pihak lain. Berdasarkan hasil multi stage cluster random sampling, yang dilakukan kepada siswa kelas XI maka didapat 10 orang siswa yang memiliki kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karir terendah. Dengan metode penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain one grup pretest-posttest desaign maka didapat hasil peningkatan pada subjek penelitian. Dengan diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik diskusi memberikan dampak positif kepada siswa, terlihat dari sikap subjek yang mampu memberikan argument tentang rencana masa depannya setelah melihat hasil tes minat jabatan

Abstract

Counseling Guidance on the Danger of the Covid-19 Virus with Clean and Healthy Living Behavior. This study aims to investigate the Covid-19 Covid-19 Counseling Guidance with Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). In this study using a descriptive qualitative approach. This approach was chosen because it wanted to explore the existing picture in the field related to the implementation of Covid-19 Covid-19 Counseling with Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) in the family and society at large. The technique of collecting data uses participatory observation, in which the researcher is directly involved with the community in order to find out the habits of the community. The data obtained from the observations will later be collected and analyzed using structural analysis. The results showed that the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak encouraged the importance of providing education to the public about Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS). In addition, the public needs to know for sure the transmission of the Covid-19 Virus and Covid-19 Prevention Methods, namely by staying at home, and must use a mask when leaving the house and try not to have physical contact with other people. Always wash your hands and apply PHBS. PHBS is the right strategy to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The public continues to be urged to always improve a Clean and Healthy Lifestyle in an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Because people's behavior plays an important role in reducing the spread of the Covid-19 Pandemic which is very effective and easy for all levels of society to do. Government recommendations continue to call on the PHBS movement to be the key to preventing the spread of the epidemic that has spread widely throughout the world. Conducting a Clean and Healthy Life Behavior is expected to prevent the spread of Covid-19 so that incidents do not increase. Therefore it is very important to carry out a Clean and Healthy Lifestyle, it needs to be applied continuously so that it can increase the knowledge of all levels of society to apply PHBS in everyday life.Keywords: Society, Covid-19, Clean and Healthy Lifestyle

Abstract

Cyber Counselling: A Model of Counselling in the Online-Based Society Context. A decade lately the virtual world appears to be one of the most important aspect in human life. Virtual reality, one of which developed from the evolution of the internet creates a virtual space that can be a representation or simulation of real life, including in the field of guidance and counselling called cyber counselling. Cyber counselling services are one of the virtual counselling service strategies or counselling that takes place by using an internet connection. Cyber Counselling is the alternative way when today, almost everyone who has a smartphone, also has social media accounts, such as Facebook, Twitter, Path, Instagram, and so on. Nevertheless, the counselling process can occur separately between counsellors and counselees in different time and place. In implementing cyber counselling a number of issues such as ethical issues and issues of developing counselling relationship may arise and must be considered. Therefore, cyber counsellors should have the ability of cyber counselling.
