Abstract

Setiap manusia membutuhkan pendidikan sebagai usaha sadar untuk memandirikan manusia. Maka guru yang sukses memberikan pendidikan adalah yang mampu mengoptimalkan kemampuan kognitif (sukses prestasi akademik), yang memiliki motivasi untuk masa depan cerah (sukses karir), serta berpartisipasi aktif dalam aktivitas di lingkungan sosial keagamaan (sukses sosial). Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Apa itu Tri Sukses? 2). Bagaimana Tri Sukses melalui bimbingan dan konseling pendidikan?. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tri sukses melalui bimbingan dan konseling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka, yakni pengumpulan data dan informasi dengan menelaah sumber-sumber tertulis seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku referensi, literature, ensiklopedia, karangan ilmiah, serta sumber-sumber lain yang terpercaya baik dlm bentuk tulisan atau dalam format digital yang relevan dan berhubunga dengan obek yang diteliti. Berdasarkan uraian dalam pembahasan, hasil yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa menjadi peserta didik adalah kesempatan untuk menyempurnakan tugas-tugas perkembangan, mengoptimalkan semua potensi yang dimiliki sehingga meraih tri sukses: sukses akademik, sukses karir, dan sukses sosial. Dalam mewujudkan tri sukses membutuhkan bimbingan dan konseling pendidikan Islam dengan iklim belajar yang kondusif.

Abstract

The Effect of Self-Control on Academic Procrastination of Class XI Students of SMA N 1 Kedungwuni. This study aims to describe the data regarding the level of self-control, the level of academic procrastination and find out how much influence self-control on academic procrastination. This study uses a correlational quantitative design. The samples used were 161 of 309 students with cluster sampling techniques. Data collection tools used were academic procrastination scales, self-control scales, and interviews. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis with simple regression techniques. Descriptive analysis results show that the average level of academic procrastination of 2.62 is in the sufficient category. While the average level of self-control of 3.47 is included in the high category. While inferential statistical analysis shows that there is a significant influence between self control on academic procrastination (R square = 0.584) meaning that there is an influence of 58.4% self control on academic procrastination. Keywords: Self Control, Academic Procrastination, Students

Abstract

Budaya organisasi adalah seperangkat nilai, kepercayaan dan pemahaman penting yang sama-sama dimiliki oleh para anggotanya. Nilai-nilai atau ide-ide dan kepercayaan bahwa yang sama-sama dianut oleh para anggota itu seperti terwujud dalam alat-alat simbolis seperti mitos, upacara, cerita, legenda, dan bahasa khusus. Budaya organisasi adalah hal yang paling penting dalam memperbaiki efektifitas organisasi dan manajerial. Kinerja organisasi tidak cukup dan tidak akan dapat dipahami jika tidak melihat budaya dalam organisasi tersebut secara komprehensif. Pengembangan organisasi dan pengembangan sumber daya organisasi yang profesional akan membawa keberhasilan organisasi dimasa depan, yaitu yang memahami dan menggunakan strategi organisasi dan memahami budaya organisasi. Generasi khaira ummah adalah generasi yang benar-benar memiliki intelektualitas dan berakhlaqul karimah serta mengamalkan intelektualitasnya sesuai dengan ajaran al-Qur’an dan al-Hadits yang Rahmatan lil alamin. Dalam konteks keindonesiaan adalah mereka yang konsisten mengamalkan dan berpegang teguh pada ajaran Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah dan menjunjung tinggi Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Makalah ini akan membahas tentang budaya organisasi dalam membentuk generasi khaira ummah di pondok pesantren, budaya organisasi sebagai perangkat nilai yang dimiliki oleh para anggotanya baik santri, guru, tata administrasi untuk menjadi pribadi yang tangguh sebagaimana karakter khaira ummah. Pada santri disiapkan dengan berbagai macam kegiatan yang mendukung pembentukan karakter umat yang mampu berbicara disemua bidang baik ilmu agama atau ilmu pengetahuan dan tantangan di era revolusi industri 4.0 serta pada akhirnya mampu mewujudkan perdamaian dunia. Mengingat kondisi teknologi yang selalu berubah, diperlukan kemampuan adaptasi yang tinggi agar santri tidak ketinggalan zaman dan mampu bersaing dan nilai-nilainya sendiri.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi,Generasi Khaira UmmahAbstractOrganizational Culture in Forming Character Khaira Ummah Generation in Islamic Boarding Schools. Organizational culture is a set of important values, beliefs and understandings that are shared by its members. The values or ideas and beliefs that are shared by the members are manifested in symbolic tools such as myths, ceremonies, stories, legends and special languages. Organizational culture is the most important thing in improving organizational and managerial effectiveness. Organizational performance is not enough and will not be understood if you do not see the culture in the organization comprehensively. Organizational development and professional organizational resource development will bring organizational success in the future, that is, who understands and uses organizational strategy and understands organizational culture. Khaira ummah generation is the generation that truly has intellect and morality and practices the intellect in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an and al-Hadith that Rahmatan lil alamin. In the context of Indonesianness, they are those who consistently practice and hold fast to the teachings of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah and uphold the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. This paper will discuss organizational culture in shaping the generation of khaira ummah in Islamic boarding schools, organizational culture as a set of values owned by its members both santri, teachers, and administrative procedures to become strong individuals as the character of khaira ummah. The students are prepared with a variety of activities that support the formation of the character of the people who are able to speak in all fields of religion or science and challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and ultimately able to realize world peace. Given the ever-changing technological conditions, high adaptability is needed so that students are not out of date and are able to compete and their own values. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Khaira Ummah Generation

Abstract

Implementation of Class Repetition Guidance in Developing Academic Ability of New Students at Madrasah Qudsiyyah Kudus. This study aims to describe the implementation of repeating class tutoring in growing the academic abilities of new students at Madrasah Qudsiyyah Kudus. This study uses Field Research Methods (field research) with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research data collected was then analyzed using a deductive approach and an inductive approach. The results showed that first, the guidance process in repeating classes for new students entering the Madrasah Qudsiyyah Kudus was that when they wanted to enter the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level, they had to repeat the first class in MI class voluntarily, even though they had graduated from SD or MI. Second, the tutoring for repeating the classes carried out at Madrasah Qudsiyyah is by grouping according to their abilities. Fourth, the tutoring model for repeating classes at Madrasah Qudsiyyah is carried out in groups by forming a separate curriculum which can focus on the basic salafiyah curriculum as a provision of salafiyah material at an advanced level. Fifth, this basic salafiyah guidance material is carried out by all teachers, not only burdened by counselors.Keywords: Guidance, Repeating Class, Madrasah Qudsiyyah

Abstract

Sexuality Education in Islamic Perspective for Adolescents in IPNU-IPPNU Branch of Loram Wetan Village Kudus Regency. Sexual crime does not only occur between men and women, but also between men, or during childhood, both boys and girls. The existence of sex education in adolescents will make adolescents in IPNU-IPPNU organization able to take care of themselves and socialize to other peers in order to achieve the perfection of human existence in social interaction. The purpose of this study was to find out the efforts to form an understanding of the sex differences between men and women in family, work and throughout life; the role of sex in human and family life, the relationship between sex and love, feelings of sex in marriage and so on; develop self-understanding in relation to sexual functions and needs; and help adolescents to develop their personalities so that they are able to make responsible decisions. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of this research are IPNU-IPPNU adolescent branch of Loram Wetan Village were given information about sex tools based on Islamic values originating from the Qur'an and Hadith, efforts to form an understanding of sex role in human life and so on by providing information about the formation of sakinah family and support from religious figures, sex education is given in a narrow sense (in context), and efforts to help adolescents develop their personalities by supporting all academic and non-academic activities in educational institutions as well as actively participating in IPNU-IPPNU socio-religious activities.Keywords: Education, Sexuality, Adolescents

Abstract

The Relationship Between Self Concept and Self Efficacy in Solving Problems through Individual Counseling at Hidayah Vocational School Semarang. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and self-efficacy in solving problems through individual counseling at SMK Hidayah Semarang. This research is a type of correlational quantitative research. Sampling using purposive sampling and simple random sampling. The sample in the study consisted of 83 students who were spread across all classes at SMK Hidayah Semarang. The measuring instrument used is the self-concept scale and the self-efficacy scale in solving problems. Data analysis used in hypothesis testing is a simple correlation test. The results showed that self-efficacy in solving problems was classified as high and had a positive and significant relationship between these variables. The results obtained a correlation of 0.580 with a significance of 0.000 or <0.05. From these results it can be understood that the higher the student's self-concept, the higher the self-efficacy in solving student problems. With this research it is useful for guidance and counseling teachers to provide innovation when conducting individual counseling services.Keywords: self-concept, self-efficacy, individual counseling

Abstract

Adanya spesialisasi ilmu adalah sebuah keniscayaan. Namun juga membawa dampak yang negatif, terjadi suatu arogansi, ketika dihadapkan pada problem-problem realitas kemasyarakatan, begitu juga didalam kajian konseling. Maka Integrasi keilmuan dapat menjadi paradigma pilihan. Oleh karena itu, perlu ditekankan kajian keagamaan, baik hal itu berasal dari perspektif Indigenous Counseling yang cross cultural dan mengungkap variabel budaya lokal maupun Konseling Agama terhadap pembentukan karakter individu. Dalam artikel ini  mengintegrasikan pendektan konseling REBT dengan ajaran Islam.  REBT Islami adalah sebuah pendekatan konseling mengakomodasi keyakinan agama klien yang mana keyakinan agama klien dapat memberikan struktur penting kepada skema pengorganisasian kepribadian klien. Maka REBT Islami sangat cocok untuk mengintegrasikan keyakinan agama klien dalam intervensi konseling.Kata Kunci: Konseling REBT, Islami, Integrasi Keilmuan

Abstract

Relationship of Family Roles and Self-Control with Truant Student Behavior. This study is to determine the relationship between the role of family and self-control with truant behavior of students. The method used is quantitative, with a sample of 111 students in class X and XI. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data analysis techniques, namely multiple regression. The test results of the data in this study obtained a p-value of 0.016 with a significance of 0.016 <0.05 indicating that there is a relationship between the role of family and self-control with truant behavior. Furthermore, the results obtained by the coefficient of determination of 0.271, which shows that the independent variable is the role of family and self-control has a relationship of 27% with truant behavior. From these results school counselors can provide guidance and counseling services in the private and social fields that can be applied either with classical services, group guidance or group counseling. And increase cooperation with the family to optimize the development of students.Keywords: Truant Behavior; Self Control; Family Role

Abstract

Remaja yang sedang dalam proses transisi sering dalam keadaan yang tidak stabil dan belum matang sepenuhnya. Kenakalan remaja menunjukkan kondisi yang membahayakan. Tujuan Penelitian adalah: (1) Ingin mengetahui konsep diri siswa di SMK N I Rembang Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 (2) Ingin mengetahui sikap perilaku kenakalan remaja pada siswa di SMK N I Rembang Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 (3) Ingin mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kenakalan remaja pada siswa di SMK N I Rembang Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan termasuk jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan rumus yang dipakai untuk menganalisis hasil dari pengumpulan data penelitian di atas dalam penelitian ini adalah rumus Analisis Regresi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Persentase rata-rata angket konsep diri menunjukkan 80,8%. Artinya konsep diri siswa menunjukkan kategori tinggi/baik, (2) Persentase angket kenakalan remaja menunjukkan 81,3%. Artinya kenakalan remaja siswa dalam katagori agak rendah, (3) F hitung = 192,56 > F tabel 5% (1; 47) = 4,05 artinya antara variabel X (konsep diri) dan variabel Y (kenakalan remaja) berpengaruh secara signifikan pada taraf 5%. Maka hipotesis penelitian yang berbunyi: Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan konsep diri terhadap  kenakalan remaja pada siswa SMK N I Rembang tahun pelajaran 2014/2015, diterima karena teruji kebenarannya, besarnya pengaruh 81,1%.

Abstract

Peserta didik sebagai manusia yang sedang berproses tentu tidak bisa terlepas dari yang namanya problem. Berbagai konflik internal yang muncul dari dalam pribadi yang berujung pada munculnya Kenakalan remaja atau dalam istilah lain disebut juvenile delinquency tidak bisa terelakkan. Guru sebagai orang tua kedua turut andil dan bertanggung jawab terhadap munculnya problem tersebut. Munculnya perbuatan yang melanggar norma, aturan atau hukum dalam masyarakat yang dilakukan pada usia remaja atau transisi masa anak-anak dan dewasa pada jenjang sekolah banyak kita temukan. Dari sinilah guru sebagai bagian dari lembaga pendidikan harus ikut andil menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut. Berbagai lembaga khususnya yang berlatar belakang Islam mulai mencoba menerapkan pendekatan-pendekatan Islam sebagai bagian dari proses konseling peserta didik. Amalan-amalan, wirid, kajian rutin keislaman serta berbagai pendekatan Islam terapan menjadi langkah utama bagaimana lembaga pendidikan membangun lingkungan dengan nilai nilai Islami yang mampu memberikan pengaruh psikis terhadap diri peserta didik. Dengan demikian Kenakalan remaja atau juvenile delinquency mampu diminamilir bahkan dihilangkan.
