Abstract

The Relationship Between Adversity Quotient and Social Support with Academic Optimism for Students of SMP Negeri 1 Wanadadi. The porpose of this research was to examine the relationship of adversity quotient and social support with academic optimism of junior high school 1 Wanadadi. This research used quantitative research methods. The research subjects were 234 students of junior high school 1 Wanadadi. The data were collected using learning academic optimism scale, adversity quotient scale and social support scale. The data were analyzed using product moment correlation. The result showed the value of correlation coefficient of 0,479 with a probability level of 0,000 (p<0,05) it's meaning that there is a significant relation adversity quotient and social support with academic optimism of junior high school 1 Wanadadi. Positive value indicates the higher adversity quotient and social support, the higher the academic optimism.Keyword: Academic Optimism, Adversity Quotient, And Social Support

Abstract

Kenakalan anak merupakan wujud dari dinamika psikologis yang terjadi karena adanya tumbuh dan kembang yang dialami individu siswa yang mengarah pada terjadinya perilaku yang berbeda. Perilaku yang menyimpang yang dilakukan anak banyak disebabkan karena pengaruh dari luar atau teman sebaya.      Perilaku siswa yang menyimpang atau mengalami kenakalan dapat diperbaiki dengan perilaku yang baik melalui pemberian stimulus yang baik dengan memperkuat perilaku adaptif dan memeperlemah perilaku yang menyimpang dengan pengkondisian yang tetap. Konseling behavior merupakan upaya untuk mengatasi kenakalan siswa dengan menggunakan teknik desensitisasi sistemik, pelatihan asertif dan time out.Kata kunci: Mengatasi, Kenakalan siswa, pendekatan konseling behavioral.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan  konsep  kurikulum dan metode pendidikan anak dan remaja menurut  Ibnu Khaldun. Metode yang digunakan  dalam penelitian  ini lebih bersifat penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan membaca  karya-karya Ibnu Khaldun  sebagai data primer yaitu kitab Muqaddimah Ibnu Khaldun  dan kitab-kitab pendukung lainya. Kajian ini menghasilkan bahwa kurikulum dan metode pendidikan anak dan remaja menurut Ibnu Khaldun kembali pada prinsip epistemologi yang dibangun yaitu Al Qur’an dan Al Hadist sebagai sumber primernya. Mengajarkan al-Qur’an Hadist pada anak perlu untuk didahulukan untuk menanamkan keimanan  anak yang  baik dan benar. Pad aspek kurikulum pendidikan anak secara keseluruhan sebagai berikut: a. al-Qur’an, b. al-Hadits, c. Bahasa Arab, d. Syi’ir (sastra), e. Kisah-kisah yang  baik atau sejarah, f. Akhlak / budi pekerti, g. Ilmu hitung.

Abstract

Guidance And Learning Counseling: Management Of Al-Qur'an Memorization Time In Achieving Academic Achievement. This study aims to determine the guidance and learning counseling: management of Al-Qur'an memorization time in achieving academic achievement. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and discusses the division and timing of an al-Qur'an memorizer in achieving academic achievements. The results of the study showed that in addition to memorizing the Koran, the subject was also able to achieve academic achievement. In research there are 4 ways or methods used by both subjects in using their time to the maximum, namely: setting goals and priorities, planning and scheduling, ability to control time and evaluation.Keywords: Learning, Time Management, Academic Achievement

Abstract

Information Services through Voluntary Counseling and Testingfor High-Risk Groups (Islamic Counseling Guidance Analysis). Information services allow clients to receive and understand various information in various fields such as education, social, health, and others. The counseling program in the information service Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) aims to provide knowledge about maintaining health to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS. Anyone can experience cases of contracting the HIV/AIDS virus, one of which is the high-risk group for sex men (MSM), transgender (TG), and people who inject drugs (PWID). This study aims to provide an analysis of the implementation of information services through VCT in the prevention of HIV/AIDS transmission in high-risk groups. The design of this study used a descriptive qualitative method by taking samples from assisted groups in PKBI Semarang City. Information services in VCT contain the knowledge of HIV/AIDS transmission and prevention. This study shows the effectiveness of information services provided by officers in the VCT process in preventing transmission of HIV/AIDS in the high-risk group to be analyzed using the Islamic counseling guidance model.Keywords: Information Services, Voluntary Counseling, and Testing, HIV AIDS, High-Risk Groups

Abstract

THE ROLE OF COUNSELOR IN DEALING WITH TEMPER TANTRUM BEHAVIOR. Children aged 4-7 years is a time to get acquainted and learn to deal with disappointment when their desire cannot be fulfilled. Disappointment, anger, sadness, and so on is a natural feeling. However, often, parents unwittingly 'clog up' the emotions felt by the children. For example, when a child cries out in disappointment, parents in various ways try to entertain, distract, scold, and so on in order to stop the child's crying. This actually makes the children's emotions do not come out freely. If this continues, the result will be what is called the emotional pile. This pile of emotions can later explode out of control and appear as temper tantrum. Bursting anger with dangerous actions and causing injury is one form of tantrum so that children get what they want. The realization of the children’s tantrum that can pose a risk of injury can be either dropping to the floor, hitting the head, or throwing things. These are considered as the first stage of temper tantrum when the children are able to express their frustration. If temper tantrums have already appeared in the form of harmful behaviors and have the potential to cause damage, then intervention must be done immediately. The bigger the child, the more powerful the energy is and the more difficult it will be for parents to control or prevent uncontrolled behavior.Keywords: The role of counselor, Temper Tantrum.

Abstract

Analysis of the Two Stay Two Stray Learning Model with Group Guidance Services to Improve Interpersonal Communication of Students in MAN Palangka Raya City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of students' interpersonal communication skills using the two stay two stray learning model in class X IS 1 MAN Kota Palangka Raya. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method with a field research approach. The subjects of this study were students of MAN Palangka Raya City. Abstract

Salah satu inidikasi rendahnya motivasi belajar pada siswa dapat terlihat dari pelanggaran aturan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX jelang ujian nasional melalaui metode hipnoterapi. Jenis penelitian ini  penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bersifat eksperimen partisipatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IX C SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta, jumlah siswa sebanyak 32 siswa. Terdiri dari 14 laki-laki dan 18 perempuan. Hasil Peneilitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh metode hipnoterapi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX. Hasil pengukuran sebelum diberikan metode hipnoterapi perasaan yang dialami siswa menjelang ujian adalah terdapat 21 siswa merasa tidak semangat dan bingung, 5 siswa merasa takut,  4 siswa merasa belum siap dan hanya 2 siswa merasa senang dalam menghadapi ujian. Hasil setelah dberikan hipnoterapi 30 siswa merasa termotivasi, bersemangat dan merasa menyadari kesalahan diri serta 2 siswa merasa lebih percaya diri dan lebih berani hadapi ujian nasional.Kata kunci : motivasi belajar,metode hipnoterapi

Abstract

The Relationship Between Self Efficacy and Social Support With the Level of Stress in Final Thesis Compilers in FIP UNNES. The Study aims to determine the relationship between self efficacy and social support with stress levels in the final student of the thesis at the FIP unnes in 2019. The underlying problem of this research is the occurrence of several phenomena in FIP UNNES. These phenomena relate to the level of stress composing thesis. Many students are stressedbecause of difficulties in determining the title of the thesis, the lecturer is busy, the difficulty of finding relevant sources and the lack of support fromothers. The methods used in this study is a quantitative methods that uses two data collection tools namely the picological scale and interview techniques. The result of this study are that there is a significant relationship between self efficacy and social support with stress levels. The results of this study are also beneficial for the department and the faculty in drafting academic policies as well as other advocates that can suppress the rate of stress and improve self efficacy and social support studentsKeywords: Stress Level; Self Efficacy; Social Support

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk merumuskan konsep konseling gusjigang yang berdasarkan pada kearifan lokal adalah sebagai berikut: a) Mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis pemikiran konseling gusjigang, b) Mengetahui dan menganalisis relevansi nilai-nilai konseling gusjigang. Falsafah GUSJIGANG yang diajarkan Sunan Kudus, merupakan sebuah akronim dari bagus perilakunya, pinter ngaji, dan bisa dagang. Bagus merupakan cerminan berkarakter akhlak mulia yang harus dimiliki warga masyarakat dalam kaitan hubungan horisontal antara sesama manusia dan vertikal kepada Tuhan YME. Ngaji tidak hanya dimaknai secara sempit sebagai kegiatan tadarus/membaca Al Qur`an tetapi dimaknai secara luas untuk terus mengkaji berbagai dinamika kehidupan dalam berbagai perspektif keilmuan. Dagang dimaknai sebagai jiwa wirausaha yang harus dimiliki setiap warga agar secara kreatif dan inovatif mampu mencari celah sumber penghidupan secara materiil untuk menjaga eksistensi kehidupannya.
