Abstract

Developing “Harmony” (Helping And Resolving Mental Health Issues Online For New You) As A Online Counseling Services In University. The results of a mental health survey conducted on 3607 students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in 2024 showed that more than 70% of students felt the need for counseling services to help them deal with mental health problems. The high number of needs for counseling services makes it necessary for universities to think about other options from the face-to-face counseling services that have been running so far, especially since Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University has students spread across 5 different campus locations. Online counseling is needed to increase student access to counseling services. This study aims to develop a prototype of a website-based online counseling service. This online counseling service website is called HARMONY. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall. The stages of this research are analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In addition to presenting video conferencing features for use in counseling services, this website also includes other features such as mental health assessments, personality character assessments, and interest assessments. With this online counseling service website, students will find it easier to get mental health services. Keywords: Harmony, Online Counseling, Mental Health, University

This study aims to describe the effect of providing group counseling using cognitive restructuring techniques on student learning achievement. This study is a quasi-experimental study with a one group pre-test-post-test design. The subjects of this study were seven students. The questionnaire used was a self-efficacy questionnaire. Data analysis used paired t-test statistics, previously the research data had been tested for normality using Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The results showed that there were significant changes in students' self-efficacy before and after the intervention. Keywords: Cognitive Restructuring, Self-Efficacy, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Psychological Profile of Students in South Sulawesi: A Study of Self-Forgiveness and Coping Self-Efficacy. This reserch aims to describe the self-forgiveness and coping self-efficacy profiles of adolescents in South Sulawesi as a basis for developing guidance services. The local context of South Sulawesi, with its culture of siri’ na pacce (self-esteem and solidarity), sipakatau (mutual humanization), and sipakainge (mutual reminders), has the potential to influence how adolescents forgive themselves and cope with life's pressures. A descriptive quantitative approach was used with 971 students (aged 12–18), consisting of 306 boys and 665 girls. The instruments used were the Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS) and the Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (CSES). The results showed that the majority of students were in the moderate category for self-forgiveness (73.56%) and coping self-efficacy (69.55%). These two abilities were relatively equal between boys and girls. Gender equality in this aspect is important to ensure that the counseling program developed is inclusive and responsive to the emotional needs of all student groups. These findings indicate the need for structured counseling programs to optimize students' self-acceptance, emotional management, and adaptive coping strategies. Keywords:  Self-Forgiveness; Coping Self-Efficacy; Adolescents; Guidance and Counseling
