Abstract

Siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran seharusnya tidak mengalami stres akademik. Seharusnya mereka mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan bahagia, menyenangkan dan tanpa paksaan. Stres akademik menurut Lal (2014) merupakan mental distress yang berkaitan dengan faktor akademik ataupun ketidaksadaran terhadap kemungkinan gagal di bidang akademik karena siswa menghadapi banyak tuntutan seperti: ujian sekolah, menjawab pertanyaan guru di kelas, menunjukkan perkembangan pembelajaran di sekolah, tuntutan paham dengan apa yang disampaikan guru selama belajar-mengajar, persaingan prestasi dengan rekan sekelas, serta pemenuhan harapan-harapan dari orang tua juga guru dalam akademik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual memprediksi stres akademik di Kabupaten Trenggalek pada siswa SMP pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Siswa yang memiliki tingkat kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual yang tinggi memiliki tingkat stres akademik yang rendah begitupun sebaliknya siswa yang memiliki tingkat kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual yang rendah memiliki tingkat stres akademik yang tinggi.

Abstract

Dalam rangka usaha mewujudkan suatu pendidikan yang berhasil dan menjadikan anak didik bersemangat untuk belajar, maka perlu adanya seorang pendidik yang profesional yang mempunyai strategi sendiri dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan sekiranya dapat direspon oleh anak didik.Adapun untuk mengatasi kejenuhan-kejenuhan itu seorang pendidik perlu memotivasi anak didik, sehingga mereka bersemangat dan merasa senang dalam belajar, dan pendidik pun bisa mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisisnya, menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan aspek yang relefan dengan fonomena yang diamati dan menjelaskan karakteristik fenomena atau masalah yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa startegi yang dilakukan guru PAI dalam pengembangan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SDN Lingkok Buak adalah : a). Analisis kondisi pembelajaran yang meliputi ; Tujuan pembelajaran, Karakteristik bidang studi, Kendala pembelajaran, dan Karakteristik peserta didik. b). Pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang meliputi ; Straregi pengorganisasian, strategi penyampaian, dan strategi pengelolaan. c). Pengukuran hasil pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Strategi Guru PAI, Pengembangan Pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Biology Teacher in Increasing Students' Interest in Learning at SMA Negeri 1 Talibura, Talibura District, Sikka Regency. This research was conducted from 13 February to 14 March 2023. The type of research used was a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection method used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of interviews and observations in the field, it can be concluded that the role of teachers with cross-interest in biology at SMA Negeri1Talibura and students' learning interest in subjects with cross-interest in biology at SMA Negeri 1 Talibura has increased

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' visual, audiotonal and kinesthetic learning styles on students' learning achievement, in class VIII B science subjects at SMP Negen 1 Mego. This research was conducted from 1 February to 28 February 2023. The method used is descriptive qualitative with percentages. Data collection was obtained through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. From the analysis of visual, audiotonal and kinesthetic learning styles on student achievement that has been studied, the following results are obtained, visual learning styles during the learning process are included in the "Enough" category with a percentage of 65%, auditory learning style learning styles during the learning process are included in the "Enough" category. with a percentage of 62.22%, the kinesthetic learning style learning style during the learning process is included in the "Good" category with a percentage of 66.85% The most student learning style is the kanesthetic type. achieving learning mastery the learning achievement of the three learning styles is the most successful learning style audiotone.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of parents has on the learning achievement of students at SMP Negeri 2 Mego, how is the learning achievement of students at SMP Negeri 2 Mego. The method used in this research is a qualitative research. The data sources obtained by the author were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that parents who always pay attention to their children, especially attention in their learning activities at home, make children more active and more enthusiastic in learning. the same one. The role of parents in their children's learning motivation in the learning process, because parents are the basis for educating children in the family. Learning achievement of students can be known through a series of tests, both text and non-tech. To get the achievement of student learning achievement. So the role of parents can provide motivation for students at home including attention to the learning process, giving advice, giving gifts and punishments that educate, and providing learning facilities to students.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the use of PowerPoint multimedia and video animation in improving the understanding of integer concepts in junior high school students. The use of interactive multimedia is an important part of education today, but the use of multimedia is still limited when teaching in the classroom. In this research, an experiment was carried out involving two groups of junior high school students. The first group used animated videos while the second group used PowerPoint multimedia. The data collected includes tests of understanding the concept of integers before and after using PowerPoint multimedia and animated videos in teaching. The analysis used includes the normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test to test whether there is a difference or not from the data of each group. The results of the data analysis show that there are differences in understanding the concept of concept numbers between those using powerpoint media and animated videos. The group that experienced the most significant difference was the group that used video animation compared to the group that used PowerPoint multimedia. The use of animated videos in this context can be an effective and interesting alternative in learning the context of integers.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there is still a lack of students' understanding of the material presented, resulting in students having difficulty solving mathematical problems. This study aims to examine whether there is a significant effect of the application of a realistic mathematical approach to the mathematical problem solving abilities of Grade VIII students of junior high school. This research is a quantitative study using pre-test and post-test control group experimental designs. The study population was all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tuban with a total of 256 students, with a sample of 32 students in class VIII C as the control class and class VIII D as an experimental class of 32 students and were selected using cluster random sampling technique. In this study the experimental class will be subjected to a realistic mathematical approach while the control class will be subjected to conventional learning. Data collection techniques used are tests and observations. The observation method is used to find out whether the application of a realistic mathematical approach is working or not in learning, both seen in the activities of teachers and students. Meanwhile, the test method is used to obtain data about mathematical problem solving abilities on the subject of Statistics. This test technique was carried out after the treatment was given to the experimental class and control class with the aim of obtaining final data. The data analysis technique used is the t-test. Through the t-test it can be seen that the average post-test score of the control class students was 64.06 and the average post-test score of the experimental class students was 74.47. The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of applying a realistic mathematical approach to students' mathematical problem solving abilities.

Abstract

The background to this research is because in an educational institution there are 3 main aspects that should be achieved by students in an educational institution, including affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects. However, recently in educational institutions, especially those in remote areas, there has been a lot of focus on the cognitive aspect, without paying attention to other aspects, such as the affective aspect which is actually very important because it is related to student behavior as well as disciplinary attitudes. Based on this, there are four problems, namely: first, analysis of the value of students' discipline character through class IX social studies lessons at MTsN 3 Pamekasan; second, what is the condition of the disciplinary attitudes of class IX students. Third, how to instill discipline in students through social studies learning in class IXmekasan students, fourth, what are the obstacles for social studies teachers in instilling discipline in class IX students. The objectives of this research include: first, to analyze the value of students' discipline character through social studies lessons; second, to determine the condition of disciplinary attitudes of class IX students. Third, to determine the instillation of students' disciplinary attitudes through social studies learning, fourth, to identify the obstacles of social studies teachers in instilling disciplinary attitudes in class IX students at MTsN 3 Pamekasan. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The data sources were obtained through interviews, observation and also documentation. The informants were the school principal, social studies teacher, and class IX students at MTsN 3 Pamekasan. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data is carried out through extending participation, increasing persistence and triangulation. The research results obtained are: (1) Analysis of the value of students' disciplined character through class IX social studies lessons, namely social studies learning activities become a benchmark in assessing how disciplined the students are, social studies learning is also always relevant in cultivating discipline, social studies learning covers 4 dimensions, one of which is values ​​and attitudes, so that the student's discipline character score is 80% of each class IX at MTsN 3 Pamekasan (2) The condition of the discipline attitude of class IX students is classified as good as evidenced by the majority of students complying with existing regulations. There are also students who are not disciplined, triggered by internal and external factors, 80% of students have behaved in a disciplined manner. (3) Instilling a disciplinary attitude in students through social studies learning, namely contextualizing social studies learning, innovative learning, getting used to it and carrying out counseling activities and exercising control over students, so that 90% have behaved in a disciplined manner (4) The obstacle for social studies teachers in instilling a disciplinary attitude is the teacher's lack of understanding related to the root of student problems, unconducive classroom conditions and the diversity of student abilities or 10% of the number of each class IX at MTsN 3 Pamekasan.

Abstract

The rules and procedures for filing income tax relief have been regulated by the government in Article 25. The purpose of this study was to determine how the process of filing an application for reduction of income tax installment Article 25. Taxpayers can file if they experience: a significant decrease in income, business losses, unexpected expenses, and certain events that cause OP taxpayers to experience financial difficulties. Although it has been regulated, problems and knowledge gaps still occur among taxpayers. This causes the potential for reduced state tax revenue and Taxpayers entitled to a decrease in Income Tax Article 25 can not take advantage of their rights. Therefore, research related to this theme is needed, to understand the applicable tax provisions and fulfill their obligations in paying Article 25 Income Tax in an orderly and timely manner.

Abstract

Tindak kekerasan di dalam rumah tangga pada umumnya melibatkan pelaku dan korban diantara anggota keluarga di dalam rumah tangga, sedangkan bentuk tindak kekerasan bisa berupa kekerasan fisik dan kekerasan verbal (ancaman kekerasan). Perbuatan kekerasan fisik menurut hukum pidana Islam dapat digolongkan kepada perbuatan kejahatan terhadap nyawa atau badan orang lain, perbuatan itu merupakan bentuk tindak pidana penganiayaan atas selain jiwa. Pemukulan adalah salah satu bentuk kekerasan dan termasuk tindak pidana sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. adapun yang menjadi pokok masalah adalah meningkatnya kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga setiap tahun dikarenakan keengganan seorang korban untuk melaporkan kepada Kepolisian, kemudian dalam proses penyidikan dan pemeriksaan kasus KDRT korban sering mencabut laporannya karena merasa KDRT merupakan suatu aib atau rahasia keluarga yang bersifat pribadi (privat). serta kurangnya Pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai KDRT, baik dari segi prosedur hukumnya ataupun perlindungan hukum bagi korban, Padahal keterangan dari korban sangat diperlukan dalam suatu pemeriksaan dan pembuktian perkara pidana karena korban yang secara langsung melihat, mendengar dan mengalami tindak pidana yang terjadi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan menggunakan data dan sumber yaitu bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier perilaku (hukum) secara langsung bagaimana Konsep Kepolisian Menangani Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga di Kota Muara Teweh Kabupaten Barito Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran kepolisian dalam penyelesaian tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga sudah berjalan baik namun belum optimal, hal ini dikarenakan meningkatnya angka tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di kabupaten Barito Utara dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun belakangan ini. Peran kepolisian sebagai penyidik dalam penyelesaian tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Kabupaten Barito Utara yaitu apabila penyelesaian tindak pidana dilakukan melalui mediasi maka kepolisian memiliki peran sebagai mediator (penengah) sedangkan apabila diselesaikan melalui jalur hukum maka peran kepolisian hanya sebatas sebagai penyidik dan penyelidik saja, Adapun hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui oleh kepolisian Unit PPA dalam penyelesaian tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yaitu hambatan yang berasal dari korban itu sendiri, hambatan yang berasal dari keluarga baik itu keluarga korban maupun pelaku serta hambatan yang datang dari masyarakat. berdasarkan hal tersebut ada upaya dari kepolisian dalam mengatsi hal tersebut yakni dengan cara melakukan sosialisasi serta bekerjasama dengan instansi instansi terkait.
