Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi kepemimpinan visioner dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era digital yang ditandai oleh disrupsi teknologi, perubahan paradigma pembelajaran, serta tuntutan kompetensi abad ke-21. Masalah penelitian difokuskan pada masih terbatasnya perhatian terhadap dimensi kepemimpinan visioner dalam kajian transformasi pendidikan digital, yang selama ini lebih menekankan aspek teknologi, kebijakan, dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia. Selain itu, terdapat kesenjangan teoretis dan kontekstual terkait lemahnya integrasi visi kepemimpinan dengan inovasi pembelajaran, budaya organisasi, dan kesiapan institusi pendidikan, khususnya di daerah dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran dan seleksi sistematis terhadap buku akademik, artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional terindeks, laporan penelitian, serta dokumen kebijakan yang relevan dengan topik kepemimpinan visioner dan transformasi pendidikan digital. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis isi dan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola, konsep kunci, serta hubungan antarvariabel dalam literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner memiliki peran strategis sebagai penentu arah transformasi pendidikan digital, penggerak budaya inovasi, dan mediator dalam mengatasi resistensi perubahan. Kepemimpinan visioner terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam memastikan transformasi pendidikan yang humanis, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan di era digital

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas hubungan antara kesejahteraan guru agama, motivasi mengajar, dan masa depan karakter peserta didik sebagai persoalan krusial dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Topik ini dipilih karena masih kuatnya ketimpangan kesejahteraan guru, terutama guru berstatus honorer, di tengah tuntutan peningkatan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan, dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan mengenai kesejahteraan guru, motivasi mengajar, dan pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan guru agama merupakan fondasi utama yang memengaruhi motivasi mengajar dan kualitas relasi pedagogis. Kesejahteraan yang tidak memadai berimplikasi pada melemahnya motivasi mengajar, yang selanjutnya berdampak pada proses internalisasi nilai dan pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap adanya ketidaksinkronan antara agenda pendidikan karakter dan kebijakan kesejahteraan guru. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pendidikan karakter mensyaratkan keberpihakan kebijakan terhadap kesejahteraan guru agama sebagai aktor utama pendidikan.

Abstract

In today's digital era, technology integration in education is becoming increasingly important to improve the quality of learning and student engagement. This study aims to evaluate the use of digital media in religious learning, specifically in the Fiqh subject at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Medan. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data from primary and secondary sources to gain comprehensive insights. The results show that the use of digital media in the Fiqh subject at MAN 1 Medan has been implemented effectively. The school has provided supporting facilities, such as a computer laboratory and adequate internet services, which greatly assist students and teachers in accessing and utilizing digital media for the learning process. The use of digital media allows for increased student interaction and engagement in understanding the Fiqh material more deeply. In addition, the use of digital media also makes it easier for teachers to deliver material in a more interesting and interactive manner. For further research, it is recommended to expand the variables with a more innovative approach and use this study as a reference in developing digital-based learning strategies in madrasas.

Abstract

The development of digital technology presents unique challenges in the formation of Islamic character in Generation Z, so the role of religious institutions that are able to provide guidance based on values ​​and social experiences is needed. Mosques not only function as places of worship, but also as centers of character education through the active involvement of mosque youth. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of mosque youth as a means of Islamic character education for Generation Z in Pandiyen Hamlet, Sampang Regency, Madura. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, while the validity of the data was tested through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results show that mosque youth play an active role in religious and social activities, such as congregational prayer, Barzanji recitation, book studies, Islamic holiday commemorations, and social community activities. This role contributes to the formation of Islamic character in Generation Z through habituation, role models, and real-life experiences, although they still face obstacles such as the influence of digital technology, limited time, and differences in levels of religious awareness. These findings indicate that mosque youth have a strategic role as a medium for contextual and sustainable Islamic character education in the community.

Abstract

This study examines the thought of Abu Yusuf Ya‘qub ibn Ishaq al-Kindī (801–873 CE) as a pioneer in integrating the rational sciences (science and philosophy) with Islamic disciplines in the classical Islamic intellectual tradition. Using a historical-analytical approach through a literature review, the article analyzes al-Kindī’s works and secondary studies to map his conceptions of the sources of knowledge, the status of reason, and the relationship between philosophical demonstration and the authority of revelation. The analysis situates al-Kindī’s ideas within the context of the translation movement and the reception of Greek philosophy, and then compares them with the needs of contemporary Islamic scholarship. The findings show that al-Kindī affirms that the truth of philosophy does not contradict the truth of revelation, since both ultimately derive from the same source—God. His views on intellect (al-‘aql), cosmology, and ethics demonstrate a systematic effort to bridge the Hellenistic tradition with Islamic values without undermining the authority of religious texts. The relevance of his thought today is evident in strengthening the paradigm of integrating religious knowledge and modern science, particularly as a conceptual foundation for curricula, research, and academic culture in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. This article highlights al-Kindī’s contribution to shaping a scientific attitude that is critical, dialogical, and responsible, while also offering a theoretical reference for responding to multidisciplinary challenges, the secularization of knowledge, and the fragmentation of disciplines in the public sphere. The implication is that the integration of knowledge needs to be developed through philosophical literacy, methodological strengthening, and a tawḥīd-based ethics of scholarship within Islamic education.
