Abstract

After doing observations and surveys in Paslaten Village, Remboken District, it was found that manyfields or former rice fields which are no longer effective by the owner's farm. Therefore, the fields become idle landand have the potential to be no longer productive, and currently only become a place to bind livestock. Moreover,there are many wastes, especially organic waste as a result of the daily activities of community life in PaslatenVillage. One type of organic waste found is chicken manure, which if it is not reused, it will cause an environmentalpollution. Thus, it is better to manage the waste into organic fertilizer. Paslaten Village, Remboken District, thereare Masawangan and Pinaesaan farmer groups who have tried to plant chili plants in the traditional way according tothe local wisdom in their village. Nevertheless, the production of chili crops is still lacking. As a result, a training isneeded to be carried out in order to increase the production of chili crops. The necessity for the application ofagricultural technology that is required by this farmer groups is the use of effective microorganisms (EM4) asbiological agents that can accelerate the decomposition process of chicken manure into quality organic fertilizer. Itis combined with black silver plastic mulch technology and integrated pest control using bio-pesticides, with a targetto increase the production and quality of chili plants. The first crop yield which was obtained by the farmer groupswas Nirmala variety chili. It has sharp fruit, 4 x 0.8 cm, spicy, shiny red color and can be harvested at the age of 80-85 days after planting (DAP). The average weight of chili per plants are 0.5 - 1.0 kg per plant, with weights per fruitranging from 2-3 grams and potential crops are 8-12 tons/ ha.

Abstract

The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was Labakkang District Head, Pangkep Regency. The problem is: (1) the lack of public knowledge (housewives and young women) about the use of plastic waste into selling value products and (2) the lack of skills of housewives and young women in processing plastic waste into sale value products. The targets are housewives and young women. The methods used are: observation, testing, training, and evaluation. The results achieved are (1) housewives and young women have very high levels of participation in training in processing plastic waste into valuable products and (2) housewives and young women have the knowledge and skills to process plastic waste into products selling value.

Abstract

Village fund management has a noble mandate, which is helping the government to realize economic and social justice, but has not been able to run optimally. In addition, the education management of village fund management, especially regarding village financial accounting, is very minimal. Therefore, technical guidance is needed in solving financial management problems in village funds. Targets to be achieved from the technical guidance of village financial accounting, are: (1) Providing knowledge of village fund accounting to village officials to manage village finances. (2) Practicing village fund accounting so that village officials can do it themselves. 3) Prepare the administration of village fund financial reports according to the standard procedures for accountability of village funds. (4) Provides a way to account for village finance funds that are carried out quickly, precisely, accurately and efficiently. (5) Transferring knowledge and accounting knowledge of village funds to village officials so that they can be applied to the reporting of accountability of village funds accurately and accountably. The results that have been achieved are that the apparatus is able to arrange the financial funds of the village through the Siskeudes application system, namely: able to input the realization of village revenue, input the data on the implementation of village finances, input the data disbursement of the Work Implementation Letter to the village treasurer, make SPJ advances in advance payments for activities, input the rest of the remaining downpayments activities, input tax deposit data, input money withdrawal data from the village bank account. Besides being able to print village draft RPJM reports, APBDes, Cash General Cash Books, Village Bank Books and be able to print Reports on Realization of Village Budget and Realization Execution

Abstract

The ability of second grade students of SMA NEGERI 8 GOWA in dance lessons, especially creative dance, is still below standard. This is ofcourse an obstacle in demonstrating these creative dances, and also an obstacle in the development of regional creation dances.Therefore, a creative dance training was held for the 2nd grade students of SMA NEGERI 8 GOWA. the implementation of the training aims to improve the skills and knowledge of students in demonstrating creative dances, especially the Pa’duppa dance. Creative dance training uses the method of lecturing on theory and demonstration in practice, while the steps taken are: 1. The preparatory stage includes site observation; a. Site observation, b. Processing permission letter, c. Determine the training schedule, 2. Implementation includes, a. Provides material theory / introduction to creative dance, b. Giving practice material, c. Evaluation. Training is carried out to cover the shortcomings, weaknesses, and demands of an institution or school, due to the lack of talent and interest of students in the field of dance, if there are talented people, most of them are below standartd. After the implementation of creative dance training, students are expected to be able to demonstrate and develope and create dances that have been taught and make a traditional culture to be proud of. However, it should be noted that each ethnic group in South Sulawesi has a different cultural background, which in the development of traditional culture, it is necessary to pay attention to these differences, so as not to become a misunderstanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is how to empower teachers to make credible questions through mentoringmethod. The results of the identification of the problem in making credible questions at Islamic boarding school inSoppeng shows that this mentoring is needed for the teachers to increase their knowledge in understanding crediblequestions through, to improve their skills in making questions based on the indicators, and to improve their skills inanalysing questions qualitatively. The result of this mentoring showed that the implementation of this mentoring wasat Madrasah Tsanawiah Yasrib Islamic Boarding School in Watansoppeng, South Sulawesi. It is one of favouriteschools in Soppeng for elementary graduates. The questions used by teachers have not been arranged well wheremost of the questions are categorized as very bad and do not reflect the activities of productive students. Thismentoring helps them to make good questions, considering the questions theory, good indicators, especially themain problem (stem), and the competency in analysing the problems qualitatively. Long-term planning of mentoringactivities where the teachers have their own standard questions for school exams and other exams. Generally,teachers make 20 sample questions for each subject to be developed further as an incubator question and questionbank with good criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of the training is to provide insight, knowledge, and practice to merchants in Tinggimoncong, Gowa Regency as participants in sales promotion training, so that they can develop their own methods or methods in sales promotion and can run their business according to the plans that have been drawn up which lead to achieving goals. . The benefit of the training activity is that participants can implement sales promotions in the business according to their wishes and obtain the merchant's business performance as expected.This service activity was attended by 20 traders in Tinggi Moncong, Gowa Regency. There were several participants who previously registered themselves to take part in this activity, but the participants were unable to attend at the time of implementing the activity. The training participants were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity, as evidenced by their timely arrival. Enthusiasm was also seen in listening to the explanations from the speakers and the many questions asked about the material given. Although at the end of the activity session a special time was provided for question and answer, some participants also asked questions in the middle of the material given. The implementation of sales promotion training in order to increase sales of merchants in Tinggi Moncong, Gowa Regency can increase their sales results in the future. For traders, using and implementing effective sales promotion methods and methods has implications for their sales results. And become part of the prospect as a necessity in the interaction. This has become a positive value for traders in doing business because they are able to make friends with many people and try to build networks in their trading business. This is a strength as well as an opportunity that can be reached and useful for introducing and offering products to prospective buyers which have implications for increasing their merchandise.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to train and guide people of Suppa village in Pinrang regency in cultivateEucheuma Cottonii seaweed, processing seaweed waste and making simple biogas. The problem was theparticipants were not understand the process of cultivating the seaweed, processing seaweed waste to become otherproducts, and processing cow manure to become biogas. Method used in this study was training by showingexamples of implementation and mentoring process. The result of this study showed that the farmers of EucheumaCottonii seaweed able to do seaweed cultivation, do marketing and business management properly, and thefisherwomen able to process seaweed waste into processed products in the form of seaweed jelly and cattle farmerscan utilize their cow manure into biogas.

Abstract

The implementation of the Community Service Program Community Service Program Community Based Empowerment Community Service Program Community Service Program will increase the Wiring Tasi Village in Suppa District. The results of the consul meeting with partners finally identified 6 issues: (i). The low ability of entrepreneurs in home industry businesses (ii). Business organizations have not been managed optimally, (iii). The business production process has not yet implemented a good manufacturing product, (iv). Home industry products do not yet have a halal quality guarantee / certificate, (v). Packaging has not been able to attract customers, and (vi). Marketing is still limited to orders. Solution to the problem:(i). Entrepreneurship training for home industry players and the general public, (ii). Making the home industry a KUB to encourage synergy between business actors, (iii). Assistance and training related to the production process with the application of good manufacturing products, (iv). Product legality training and assistance, (v). Product packaging design and training and (vi). Assistance and marketing training based on promotion and information technology. Expected outputs from KKN PPM are: (i). Knowledge of home industry and community entrepreneurs is increasing, (ii). The formation of joint business groups in each hamlet, (iii). Implementation of good manufacturing products for home industry players, starting from selecting raw materials, production processes, and post-production, (iv). Increasing the quality of simple technology-based home industry product packaging, (v). Increased product quality assurance with the availability of halal certification for home industry products, (vi). The availability of media promotion of various home industry products, (vii).Increased income of Wiring Tasi villagers

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partners are teachers of SD Pangkep. The problems are: (1) lack of knowledge about scientific writing (2) lack of skills in writing scientific papers and, (3) teachers at SD Pangkep in carrying out their functions are required to be professionally. The external target is the process of compiling Scientific Writing. The methods used are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, and companion partners. The results achieved are (1) partners have knowledge in the field of Scientific Writing, (2) partners have the skills to compile Scientific Writing and, (3) partners have the ability to increase knowledge of the ability to write Scientific Papers.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship development programs must not only be carried out in formal education, such as at the level of primary, secondary and tertiary education, but also must be developed in informal and non-formal education in the community. The entrepreneurship program also has to be applied for traditional market traders. The training activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of positive psychological capital in the management and sustainability of businesses for the traditional market traders. The training activity was conducted at the Laboratory of Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University, which was attended by traditional market traders from 3 traditional markets in Makassar City. The implementation of this activity strongly supports the entrepreneurship program in the informal sector. Because by doing this program, it can provide added value for traditional market traders in managing the sustainability of their business. There were changes of knowledge and attitudes of traditional market traders after participating in this activity. It could be seen from the increase of the participants' post-test score compared to the pre-test score.
