Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work-life balance, and work engagement, on employee performance with self-efficacy as a mediator variable. The subjects who participated in this research were 30 employees of Batik Putra Laweyan. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the analysis show that work-life balance and work engagement influence self-efficacy. Work-life balance does not affect employee performance. Work engagement and self-efficacy influence employee performance. Self-efficacy mediates work-life balance, and work engagement on employee performance. Abstract

This research examines how human resource quality and self-esteem influence employee performance at Notary/PPAT Made Linggarasih, SH. The questionnaire method was used to collect responses to this quantitative research. The sample for this study consisted of 30 people who participated in the survey. Path analysis and linear regression analysis are two data analysis approaches used in this research. The first thing this analysis shows is that the quality of a person's human resources can have a major impact on the level of self-esteem that person has. As a result, the level of performance achieved by employees is greatly influenced by factors such as the quality of human resources and the extent to which individuals believe in their own worth. Based on the results of the Sobel test, a person's sense of self-esteem can act as a moderator between the quality of human resources and the performance of a Notary/PPAT employee Made Linggarasih, SH.

Abstract

MSMEs should have the resources to survive and develop in the long term. The resources required can be tangible or intangible resources. This research examines the influence of the owner's Intellectual Capital (IC) on the acquisition of resources which will then influence sustainable competitive advantage. The respondents used were MSMEs making wooden souvenirs from 7 cities, namely Surakarta, Sragen, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri, Klaten, Boyolali and Karanganyar. From the 120 MSMEs who were respondents, the results showed that Intellectual Capital had a significant effect on sustainable competitive advantage, Intellectual Capital had a significant effect on Resource Acquisition, Resource acquisition had a significant effect on sustainable competitive advantage, and Intellectual Capital (IC) through resource acquisition had no significant effect towards Sustainable Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the impact of online shops on Instagram in changing the consumer lifestyle of students in the Management Study Program at Boyolali University. This research uses qualitative methods and data is analyzed descriptively. Qualitative data was collected by distributing questionnaires with open questions. The first research stage is to collect data by interviews and observations, the second is to analyses the results of the interviews, then discussion and conclusions. Management Study Program students, in this case represented by selected respondents, experienced lifestyle changes, although not significant. Even though 73% do not buy products because of the lure of prizes, 87% of students are influenced to shop because of advertisements on Instagram and 100% of students follow celebrities or celebrities. Students should be wiser in spending their money and better understand advertising styles that will lead to consumer behavior and not have to follow selebgrams so as not to have an impact on their desire to style like their idol artists. Abstract

Each organization is expected to have a leader who is able to adapt his leadership style to the loyalty of the generations in the organization so that his leadership is considered the best leadership style. In this research, there are various leadership styles that are considered the closest to the millennial generation. The purpose of this research is to examine the ideal leadership style for the millennial generation. The types of leadership styles examined in this study are participative, adaptive, transformational, ethical/moral and laissez-faire leadership styles which were identified as the most prevalent styles and were assessed to explore how leadership styles approach the millennial generation. This research fills a gap in the literature and can provide guidance to leaders, with respect to each generation's preference for a particular leadership style. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis techniques where this research uses literacy studies or literature reviews from various sources such as journals and books. The results of this study conclude that millennials have modern values and believe in treating everyone equally, despite the desire to be the center of attention to grab attention the show.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of academic support and family environment on students' entrepreneurial intentions in Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative research. The population of this research is all students of the Kumala Nusa College of Business Sciences. Meanwhile, the sampling method uses convenience sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The total data collected was 49 respondents. Variable measurement uses a Likert Scale. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that academic support and family environment influence students' entrepreneurial intentions. The results of this research show that students need to receive support from campus and family. The greater the support received by students, the greater the student's encouragement to become an entrepreneur.

Abstract

The increasing public need for fuel oil (BBM) creates quite long queues at every public fuel oil filling station (SPBU), as is the case at the SPBU-Simpang Veteran Purwakarta. Long queues occur on motorbike routes at certain times. It is suspected that the current queue is due to peak hours due to the ineffectiveness of the Regent's previous regulations regarding school entry rules which were supposed to start at 6 am and leave at 14.00 pm, which were not implemented continuously. It is possible that during peak hours motor vehicle customers who fill up their vehicles with fuel will experience quite a high increase, resulting in excessively long queues on motorbike lanes. The length of the queue makes some consumers reluctant to wait and decide to leave and leave the queue. At the same time, charging lanes for car drivers are relatively empty because the increase in car driving customers is not that high. This proposal is a solution to problems that occur during rush hours in the morning and afternoon, namely diverting 1 car lane into a lane for motor vehicles is a strategy that can reduce the problem of long queues that occur on motorbike lanes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris Motivasi, Kepemimpinan dan kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Masalah yang dihadapi PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi adalah semakin rendahnya Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Tersebut. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan N5 PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah 96 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan kuesioner dengan ukuran skala likert. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25 yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji hipotesis klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji f, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Sedangkan Kepemimpinan (X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai (Adjusted RSquare) yang diperoleh sebesar 0.711 yang berarti 71.1 % di PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi dipengaruhi oleh variabel Motivasi, Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29.9 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model yang diteliti.

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kualitas, harga dan citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang yang berdampak pada keputusan pembelian handphone samsung yang ada di semarang Data yang digunakan dengan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner di semarang dengan pengambilan sampel 96 orang responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Ulang, artinya harga berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli Ulang, citra merek berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Ulang, Keputusan Pembelian berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli Ulang, kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. untuk intervening menunjukkan hasil harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan berdampak pada Minat Beli Ulang, citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan berdampak pada Minat Beli Ulang.
