Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational justice on the trust of Tangerang Regency private junior high school teachers. In the analysis will get more detailed results related to organizational justice variables with the indicators and trust with the indicators. This research used SEM (Structural Equition Model) method. Data collection technique used a questionnaire. The sample of this study involved 273 people through random proportional selection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling in inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate that there was a direct effect of organizational justice on the confidence of Tangerang regency private junior high school teachers. The dominant indicators of organizational justice variables which contributed was neutrality at 18.26%, while the dominant trust variable which contributed was consistency at 23.71%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berhubungan dengan penggunaan small group discussion dalam pengajaranpemahaman membaca pada SMAN 2 Mataram khususnya kelas dua. Penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagipendidikan dan pengembangan materi mengenai informasi tentang peranan dari penggunaan metode smallgroup discussion untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pemahaman membaca, sebagai cara untukmenyelesaikan permasalahan siswa dalam pemahaman membaca dan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guruguru.Untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuasi eksperimentalagar mendapatkan data dan menganalisanya; dan sampel dari penelitian berjumlah 48 siswa. Sampel diambilsecara acak dari empat kelas yang mana menjadi populasi penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui pre-test,dan post-test. Dari hasil t-hitung (2.169) lebih tinggi dari t-tabel (1.679). Dengan demikian, penggunaan smallgroup discussion efektif dalam pengajaran pemahaman membaca pada kelas dua SMAN 2 Mataram.

Abstract

The research objective is to foster student learning activities through the TIE (Translation, Interpretation, Extrapolation) method. The research method used was descriptive correlational method. The research sample consisted of 75 people. The data instrument was in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire which consisted of the aspects of translation, interpretation, and extrapolation. Data analysis technique used descriptive statistics, Product Moment correlation, chi square normality, and Anova. The result of the study showed that the average score for translation was 3,767 which was in the high category; the average score for interpretation was 4,075 categorized as very high; and the exploration average score was 4,065 categorized as very high. Overall, it was at an average of 3,969 which was in the high category. If the translation, interpretation, and extrapolation activities were carried out properly, it could build up to 99,3% of learning activities. In conlcusion, the TIE method is important to apply in independent learning activities because it can stimulate students' cognition and psychomotor to achieve better learning quality. In addition, it can present insightful and experienced students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini untuk mengetahui apakah metode CTL (contextual teaching and  Learninng) tipe modelling dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas X MIA-5 tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 pada semester 1 dalam membaca Alquran materi Tajwid dan Hukum Nun Sukun. Metode modeling dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa karena dapat secra langsung melihat dan mendengan temannya dalam membaca Alquram surat Al Hujarat ayat 10 s.d 12. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 3 Mataram menggunakan 2 siklus. dengan prosedur Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Observasi dan Refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode contextual teaching and learning tipe modeling dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa mata pada pelajaran agama islam dan budi pekerti pada materi alquran tajwid dan hukum nun sukun.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Role Playing techniques on student anxietyin learning. The design in this study uses a pre-test and post-test group design. The population in this study as many as 227 students and a sample of 20 students who have high learning anxiety. Technique data collection using observation method, interview method, documentation method and questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques used in this study use t-test statistical techniques. Research result shows that there is an Influence of Role Playing Techniques Against Learning Anxiety on Students, where is the value t count is greater than the value of t table of 2.185 and the value of t table at a significant level of 5% with 2.103, so thitung greater than t table is 2,185 > 2,103. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means: Yes The Influence of Role Playing Techniques on Learning Anxiety in Class VIII Students at Praya Junior High School 2 Central Lombok Regency 2017/2018 Academic Year, the results of this study are stated to be significant. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Role Playing Terhadap KecemasanBelajar Pada Siswa. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-test and post-test group.Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 227 orang siswa dan sampel sebanyak 20 orang siswa yang memilikikecemasan belajar tinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara,metode dokumentasi dan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian inimenggunakan teknik statistik t-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Teknik Role PlayingTerhadap Kecemasan Belajar Pada Siswa, dimana nilai t hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai t tabel sebesar 2.185 dan nilai t tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan 2.103, jadi t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel yaitu 2.185 > 2.103. Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya: Ada Pengaruh Teknik Role Playing Terhadap Kecemasan Belajar Pada Siswa Kelas VIII di SMPN 2 Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, maka hasil penelitian ini dinyatakan signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the novel Genduk Duku to find a position as a subject or object that experiences gender injustice and its relevance to gender-based literacy learning in high school. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative-critical linguistic method. The data techniques used were documentation, read, and record techniques. The data analysis technique used is the Sara Mills critical model analysis assisted by Mansour Fakih's theory of gender injustice with procedures, data reports, data classification, and data analysis. The results of the study found that the female characters in the novel, both the main character, Genduk Duku, and the supporting characters, Putri Arumardi and Tejarukmi, each took turns as actors who tell stories or who are told, all experience a form of gender, in terms of (a) marginalization, (b) subordination, (c) stereotyping, (d) verbal violence, (e) double burden in terms of women who work in the public sector and the domestic sector. This study can be integrated with gender-based literary literacy learning in high schools in terms of presenting a description of discourse that displays the practice of gender injustice and critical attitudes that students must take to change the practice of gender injustice.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Bahasa Indonesia for non native speakers teaching process in the Finland Embassy based on the students perception through survey method. This study means to give the descriptive information about the teaching process held in 2018. The subject of this research is all the participant of the BIPA program. The instrument of the research is Course Experience Questionnaire (CEQ) by Ramsden (1993) which includes; Teaching Quality, Generic Skills, Students motivation, Academic environment, Assessment, and Curriculum. The data is analyzed by using psicometric Likert scale. The result of the study show; Teaching Quality is categorized effective, Generic skills is categorized less effective, Students motivation is categorized effective, Academic environment is categorized quite effective, Assessment is categorized quite effective, and Curriculum is categorized not effective. Overall, the process of the BIPA teaching activity is categorized quite effective.

Abstract

This research aimed to know effectiveness of implementing guiding based MGMP in effort to improve teachers’ competence in arranging good and proper lesson plan, which had benefit to improve professionalism of head master and for teachers to improve learning process in classroom. Action hypothesis: improving target teacher’s competence at first grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Praya Timur in academic year 2015/2016 in arranging good and proper lesson plan. This research conducted two cycles, every cycle was two meeting. Step of every cycle was palnning, acting, observing and reflecting. Indicator of completeness in this research was; 1) result of headmasters’ observation even teachers’ observation as long as guiding process had gotten mean score > 4,0, 2) result of teachers’ activities in arranging lesson plan reached > 100% with mean score was> 70,00. Result of research in cycle I mean score of headmasters’ observation was (3,30), mean score of teachers’ observation (3,40) and result of individual work had mean score (66,40) with percentage of completeness (10%). In cycle II mean score of headmasters’ observation was (4,30), mean score of teachers’ observation was (4,20) and mean score of individual work was (94,09) with percentage of completeness (100%). Indicator of completeness had reached; research was stated success and stopped in cycle II. Conclusion; implementing guiding could improve target teachers’ competence at SMP Negeri Praya Timur in arranging good and proper lesson plan. It suggested for headmaster in order to conduct similar research in effort to improve teachers’ competence, and for teachers in order to be able to arrange good and proper lesson plan.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an instrument for measuring the value of disciplinary attitudes. This research used research and development methods. The population of this study were students of the Mathematics education study program and the samples were taken randomly, totaling 104 students. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale and distributed to online students using Google Form. The data analysis technique used in this study was the validity of this instrument theoretically with expert judgment, empirically using construct validity with factor analysis. The use of factor analysis was with the help of the SPSS 16.0 program. The reliability of the instrument was determined by calculating the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the results of testing on 104 students obtained a data feasibility test analysis with a KMO coefficient> 0.5 which was equal to 0.780 and the correlation between each item MSA coefficient 'a'>0.5 with an average MSA of 0.823. This showed that the instrument for assessing disciplinary attitudes was declared feasible. The results of the analysis of the construct validity of the self-assessment instrument showed that all values were more than 0.5. therefore, it can be concluded that all of the 40 items are valid and spread into 6 factors with an Alpha value of 0.829. These results indicate that the items of the discipline value instrument in the study are reliable.

Abstract

This study aims to discover the effectiveness of the application of the scientific approach of Discovery Learning model in an effort to improve the motivation and learning outcomes of first grade students of PPKn lesson at SD Negeri 3 Cakranegara. The benefits of this research are to encourage learners to develop group learning skills (cognitive) and to socialize with friends in the actual learning process in the classroom. For teachers, it is to improve the development of approaches and models of learning with the application of scientific Discovery learning model in group work (cooperative). This research was conducted in two cycles, and each cycle activity consisted of planning, action, observation and reflection. The final result of action in cycle II showed that the results of teacher observation at the second meeting got the average score (4.29) and the result of the observation of the participants in the second meeting reached the average score (4.13). The impact of the increase in learning motivation was the increase of Learners learning achievement reached the average value (81,43), meaning that indicator of success (>4.0) and result of learning (>75,00) had been exceeded. Because indicator the success has been proven that the research is successful and stopped in cycle II.
