Abstract

This study aimed to analyze K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid's thoughts on human rights-based education within the framework of Islamic humanism and to identify obstacles to its implementation in the context of national education. Using a qualitative literature review approach, data were obtained through a review of Gus Dur's works and related academic literature. The results indicate that Gus Dur's thoughts emphasize the importance of inclusive, democratic education based on respect for diversity. Three main findings were identified: a lack of understanding of human rights values among teachers, conventional teaching methods that minimize student participation, and a social environment that does not support the spirit of inclusion. Additionally, inclusive learning strategies and educational environments have been shown to play a significant role in increasing students' awareness of human rights values. Gus Dur stated that education is a means of humanising humans, not merely a tool for reproducing knowledge. Therefore, human rights-based education must be realized systematically through curriculum reform, teacher training, and collaboration between schools and the community. This study contributes to the development of an educational model that is responsive to social justice and diversity in Indonesia. Keywords: Abdurrahman Wahid, Human Rights, Humanistic Education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) mengenai pendidikan berbasis hak asasi manusia dalam kerangka humanisme Islam, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan dalam implementasinya dalam konteks pendidikan nasional. Pendekatan tinjauan literatur kualitatif digunakan, dengan data diperoleh melalui analisis karya-karya Gus Dur dan literatur akademik terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Gus Dur menekankan pentingnya pendidikan inklusif dan demokratis yang didasarkan pada penghormatan terhadap keragaman. Tiga temuan utama diidentifikasi: kurangnya pemahaman nilai-nilai hak asasi manusia di kalangan guru, metode pengajaran konvensional yang meminimalkan partisipasi siswa, dan lingkungan sosial yang tidak mendukung semangat inklusi. Selain itu, strategi pembelajaran inklusif dan lingkungan pendidikan telah terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap nilai-nilai hak asasi manusia. Gus Dur menyatakan bahwa pendidikan adalah sarana untuk menghumanisasi manusia, bukan sekadar alat untuk mereproduksi pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan berbasis hak asasi manusia harus diwujudkan secara sistematis melalui reformasi kurikulum, pelatihan guru, dan kolaborasi antara sekolah dan masyarakat. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pendidikan yang responsif terhadap keadilan sosial dan keragaman di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Abdurrahman Wahid, Hak Asasi Manusia, Pendidikan Humanis.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is part of the Independent Curriculum (Curriculum Merdeka), designed to shape student character through project-based learning. Its successful implementation is heavily influenced by the school's managerial strategies. This study aims to describe the strategic management of P5 at SMP Negeri 4 Gerung, focusing on the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research employed a qualitative case study approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants included the Vice Principal for Curriculum, the P5 Coordinators of grades VII and VIII, and students in grades VII and VIII. The results indicate that strategic planning was carried out collaboratively, adapting themes to student characteristics and the local context. Project implementation took place during specific hours through activities such as eco-briking, election simulations, and local culinary preparation. Evaluation was conducted through student reflection and internal meetings, although not yet optimal. The conclusions of this study confirm that strategic management plays a crucial role in supporting P5 implementation, but further strengthening of teacher training, module development, and evaluation systems is needed to ensure program implementation is more effective and sustainable. Keywords: Strategic Management, P5 Project, Independent Curriculum Abstrak: Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) merupakan bagian dari Kurikulum Merdeka yang dirancang untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Keberhasilan pelaksanaannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh strategi manajerial yang diterapkan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan manajemen strategik P5 di SMP Negeri 4 Gerung, yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri dari Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, Koordinator P5 kelas VII dan VIII, serta siswa kelas VII dan VIII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategik dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan menyesuaikan tema terhadap karakteristik siswa dan konteks lokal. Pelaksanaan proyek dilakukan pada jam khusus melalui kegiatan seperti ecobrik, simulasi pemilu, dan pengolahan kuliner lokal. Evaluasi dilaksanakan melalui refleksi siswa dan rapat internal, meskipun belum berjalan secara optimal. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen strategik berperan penting dalam mendukung implementasi P5, namun masih diperlukan penguatan dalam pelatihan guru, penyusunan modul, dan sistem evaluasi agar pelaksanaan program lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to; 1). Evaluate the effectiveness of using social media in learning. 2). Analyze the negative impact of social media utilization. 3).Recommend concrete strategies in optimizing the use of social media in terms of public administration, namely policy, resource management and public services in the field of education. The method used in this research is to use qualitative and quantitative approaches or Mixed Methods. The results of this study are; 1). Students responded that social media is very helpful in the learning process with the number of strongly agree and agree reaching 90.62%. However, it is found that more students use social media for entertainment than for learning, and this affects the psychology, character and learning outcomes of students. 2).One strategy that can be used is a self-regulation learning strategy facilitated by the teacher including; goal setting and regulatory efforts to achieve goals, time management, and regulation of the physical and social environment. 3). Recommendations are; a). Schools should have a written policy on the use of cellphones and AI in schools. b). Schools need to empower teachers and teachers' agreement on self-regulation learning strategies. c).Teachers need to improve the quality of public services in the Education sector Key Words: Social Media, Student Learning Outcomes, Public Administration. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian untuk; 1). Mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan media sosial dalam pembelajaran. 2). Menganalisis dampak negatif dari pemanfaatan media sosial. 3).Merekomendasi strategi yang konkret dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan media sosial ditinjau dari administrasi publik yaitu kebijakan, pengelolaan smber daya dan layanan publik di bidang pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif atau Pendekatan Campuran (Mixed Methods). Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1). Peserta didik memberi respon bahwa media sosial sangat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran dengan jumlah sangat setuju dan setuju mencapai 90,62 %. Namun kenyataan ditemukan bahwa lebih banyak siswa menggunakan media sosial untuk hiburan daripada untuk belajar, dan hal tersebut mepengaruhi psikologis, karakter dan hasil belajar siswa. 2). Salah satu strategi yang bisa digunakan adalah strategi belajar self regulation yang difasilitasi oleh guru meliputi; goal setting dan usaha-usaha pengaturan untuk mencapai tujuan, pengelolaan waktu, dan pengaturan lingkungan fisik dan sosial. 3). Rekomendasi yaitu; a).Sekolah harus memiliki kebijakan tertulis tentang penggunaan HP dan AI di sekolah. b).Sekolah perlu pemberdayaan guru dan kesepakatan para guru mengenai strategi belajar self regulation. c). Guru perlu meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik di sektor Pendidikan Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Hasil Pembelajaran, Administrasi Publik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of principal leadership style and educator performance on students' wellbeing at SMPN 1 Bayan. This research employed a quantitative associative approach involving 100 students from grades 7 and 8 selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires for three variables with 10 items each, which had been validated and tested for reliability. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis followed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously (F test), both variables are significant predictors of student wellbeing (F = 18.458, sig = 0.001). Partially (t test), principal leadership style significantly influences student wellbeing (b = 0.675, sig = 0.001), while educator performance does not show significant influence (b = 0.156, sig = 0.180). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.276, indicating that both variables explain 27.6% of the variance in student wellbeing. These findings suggest that principal leadership plays a more crucial role in creating student wellbeing compared to direct educator performance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja pendidik terhadap students wellbeing di SMPN 1 Bayan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif yang melibatkan 100 siswa kelas 7 dan 8 yang dipilih melalui proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket untuk tiga variabel dengan masing-masing 10 butir yang telah divalidasi dan diuji reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (uji F), kedua variabel merupakan prediktor signifikan terhadap student wellbeing (F = 18,458, sig = 0,001). Secara parsial (uji t), gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap student wellbeing (b = 0,675, sig = 0,001), sedangkan kinerja pendidik tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan (b = 0,156, sig = 0,180). Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,276 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel menjelaskan 27,6% varians dalam student wellbeing. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang lebih krusial dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan siswa dibandingkan kinerja pendidik secara langsung. Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of culinary arts learning in making vegetable soup as a medium for training independence and developing fine motor skills in students with mild intellectual disabilities at the BC YPLAB Wartawan Special School (SLB) in Bandung. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study involved one culinary arts teacher and two students with mild intellectual disabilities. Data collection methods included classroom observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that adaptive and repetitive learning management successfully improved students' independence, strengthened their fine motor skills, and built their self-confidence in practical activities. Evaluation was conducted informally through direct observation, focusing on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. Based on these findings, practice-based learning management can be an effective model for special needs education, with an emphasis on vocational skills tailored to the individual needs of students. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengelolaan pembelajaran tata boga dalam kegiatan membuat sayur sop sebagai media pelatihan kemandirian dan pengembangan motorik halus siswa tunagrahita ringan di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) BC YPLAB Wartawan, Kota Bandung. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan satu guru tata boga dan dua siswa tunagrahita ringan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pembelajaran yang adaptif dan berulang berhasil meningkatkan kemandirian siswa, memperkuat keterampilan motorik halus, serta membangun kepercayaan diri siswa dalam aktivitas praktis. Evaluasi dilakukan secara informal melalui observasi langsung, dengan fokus pada perkembangan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Berdasarkan temuan ini, pengelolaan pembelajaran yang berbasis praktik langsung dapat menjadi model efektif untuk pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus, dengan penekanan pada keterampilan vokasional yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu siswa. Abstract

Wardah is a product that is always Viral when releasing the latest product and always provides a Flash Sale during live streaming on the Tiktok Shop application, thus the author conducted a study related to "the effect of Viral Marketing and Flash Sale on Impulsive Buying on Wardah products in the TikTok Shop marketplace. This study was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of Viral Marketing and Flash Sale on Impulsive Buying on Wardah products in the  TikTok Shop marketplace using quantitative research methods. Primary data in this study was obtained from a questionnaire filled out by 113 respondents and then processed using SPSS. The results of the study were obtained from the T test and the F test which was carried out so that it was found that the Viral Marketing and Flash Sale variables had a significant influence partially and simultaneously on impulsive buying. And a determination test (R2) was carried out, the results were obtained that 93.8% of the X variable affected the Y variable and 6.2% were unknown because it was outside the research model. Abstract

Market Day is an educational activity designed to resemble a mini market, where students can sell their own work or products. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Market Day activity as a life skills learning strategy in Special Schools (SLB). The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of teachers in charge of the activity and students. The results showed that the Market Day activity was designed as part of contextual learning that emphasized the development of independence, social skills, and a basic understanding of economics. In the planning stage, teachers actively involved students in determining the types of products, division of tasks, and marketing strategies. During the implementation, students showed high enthusiasm and were able to carry out simple transactions, interact with buyers, and manage the money from sales. The activity was evaluated through joint reflection between teachers and students, which reinforced meaningful learning and encouraged the development of self-confidence. The Market Day activity proved to be an effective means of strengthening life skills and social integration for students with special needs. Thus, this activity can be recommended as a good practice of contextual learning in special needs schools, while also supporting the objectives of education for students with special needs. Market Day adalah sebuah kegiatan edukatif yang dirancang menyerupai pasar mini, di mana peserta didik dapat menjual hasil karya atau produk buatan mereka sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kegiatan Market Day sebagai strategi pembelajaran keterampilan hidup di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengguanakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru penanggung jawab kegiatan dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Market Day dirancang sebagai bagian dari pembelajaran kontekstual yang menekankan pada pengembangan kemandirian, keterampilan sosial, dan pemahaman dasar ekonomi. Dalam perencanaan, guru melibatkan peserta didik secara aktif dalam menentukan jenis produk, pembagian tugas, dan strategi pemasaran. Selama pelaksanaan, peserta didik menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan mampu melakukan transaksi sederhana, berinteraksi dengan pembeli, serta mengelola uang hasil penjualan. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui refleksi bersama antara guru dan peserta didik, yang memperkuat pembelajaran bermakna dan mendorong perkembangan kepercayaan diri. Kegiatan Market Day terbukti menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam memperkuat keterampilan hidup dan integrasi sosial bagi peserta didik ABK. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu praktik baik pembelajaran kontekstual di SLB, sekaligus mendukung tujuan Pendidikan untuk ABK. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Disability Service Unit (ULD) at SLBN Cinta Asih, particularly in the context of remote areas. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the ULD coordinator and education staff at the SLBN Cinta Asih Disability Service Unit. The results show that although not administratively labeled as a DSU, the Learning Activity Center (TKB) has functionally performed the role of a DSU through initial assessments, the development of individual learning plans, and support services. The main challenges faced include limited facilities, the absence of professionals such as psychologists or therapists, and low parental involvement. However, flexible teaching strategies, the use of contextual learning materials, and a family-oriented approach have proven effective in maintaining special education services in the area. This study highlights the importance of community-based ULDs in supporting inclusive education in areas that do not have full access to formal special education services.

Abstract

Orientation and mobility skills need to be taught to blind children, especially totally blind children, because through orientation and mobility they can increase their independence without always having to depend on others, move and change places safely and efficiently, and utilize other senses that still function. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the abilities and difficulties of blind children, the atmosphere during orientation and mobility learning, and the implementation of orientation and mobility learning. This study applied a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, it is known that totally blind ninth-grade children can participate in orientation and mobility learning with the help of teachers, starting from learning about orientation and mobility, learning about assistive devices and orientation and mobility techniques, learning about and describing the school environment, and learning, describing, and practicing the trailing technique. The difficulties faced by totally blind children during orientation and mobility learning were when practicing orientation and mobility in a large environment because there were no tactile cues that could be applied for orientation and mobility, as well as difficulties practicing orientation and mobility on stairs due to fear of falling. Teachers carry out initial, core, and closing activities during learning. The conclusions of this study form the basis for researchers to provide recommendations to school principals and teachers to optimize orientation and mobility learning for totally blind children on a regular basis. Keywords: Orientation and Mobility, Visual Impairments Abstrak: Keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas perlu diajarkan kepada anak-anak tunanetra, terutama anak-anak tunanetra total, karena melalui orientasi dan mobilitas mereka dapat meningkatkan kemandirian tanpa selalu bergantung pada orang lain, bergerak dan berpindah tempat dengan aman dan efisien, serta memanfaatkan indra lain yang masih berfungsi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang kemampuan dan kesulitan anak-anak tunanetra, suasana selama pembelajaran orientasi dan mobilitas, serta implementasi pembelajaran orientasi dan mobilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa anak-anak buta total kelas sembilan dapat berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran orientasi dan mobilitas dengan bantuan guru, mulai dari belajar tentang orientasi dan mobilitas, belajar tentang alat bantu dan teknik orientasi dan mobilitas, belajar tentang dan mendeskripsikan lingkungan sekolah, serta belajar, mendeskripsikan, dan mempraktikkan teknik trailing. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh anak-anak tunanetra total selama pembelajaran orientasi dan mobilitas adalah saat mempraktikkan orientasi dan mobilitas di lingkungan yang luas karena tidak ada petunjuk taktil yang dapat diterapkan untuk orientasi dan mobilitas, serta kesulitan mempraktikkan orientasi dan mobilitas di tangga karena takut jatuh. Guru melaksanakan kegiatan awal, inti, dan penutup selama pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menjadi dasar bagi peneliti untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada kepala sekolah dan guru untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran orientasi dan mobilitas bagi anak-anak tunanetra total secara rutin. Abstract

Education is a cultural subsystem that plays a strategic role in fostering human potential and talent. As the primary facilitator in human resource development, education plays a vital role in both enhancing individual capacity and shaping the nation's strength. In the context of national education, which is based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the learning process is directed at shaping the character of students who are moral, intelligent, and responsible. Teachers, as a crucial component in the educational process, play a central role in instilling national values and civic responsibility in students. The Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subject serves as the primary means of fostering citizens who are critical, democratic, tolerant, and aware of social and political responsibility. Instilling civic responsibility in students requires a continuous process through habituation and learning that addresses cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Therefore, the role of PPKn teachers is very important in guiding students to become good citizens, in accordance with the noble values of Pancasila in social, national and state life. Key Words: Role of PPKn Teachers, Civic Responsibility. Abstrak: Pendidikan merupakan subsistem budaya yang memiliki peran strategis dalam menumbuhkembangkan potensi dan bakat manusia. Sebagai fasilitator utama dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia, pendidikan berfungsi vital baik dalam meningkatkan kapasitas individu maupun dalam membentuk kekuatan bangsa. Dalam konteks pendidikan nasional yang berlandaskan pada Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, proses pembelajaran diarahkan untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik yang berakhlak, cerdas, dan bertanggung jawab. Guru, sebagai komponen penting dalam proses pendidikan, memiliki peran sentral dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan dan civic responsibility kepada siswa. Mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) menjadi sarana utama dalam membina warga negara yang kritis, demokratis, toleran, dan sadar akan tanggung jawab sosial serta politik. Penanaman civic responsibility kepada peserta didik membutuhkan proses yang berkelanjutan melalui pembiasaan dan pembelajaran yang menyentuh aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Oleh karena itu, peran guru PPKn sangat penting dalam membimbing siswa menjadi warga negara yang baik (good citizenship), sesuai dengan nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara. Kata Kunci: Peran Guru PPKn, Civic responsibility.
