This paper argues that building a community of street children through a spiritual model can be developed in West Kalimantan to strengthen the values of monotheism. By exposing and simultaneously evaluating the current model of street child development through Talcott Parsons functionalism to see how individuals and communities integrate into a social system, and the concept of spiritual model (and spiritual intelligence) a la Danah Zohar as a form of tauhidullah values development and higher goals in street children life, the model of empowerment through the development of spiritual models needs to be placed in a sociological, social and pedagogical setting for access to educational resources and political systems. The issues and problems of street children are never separated from local identity (identity politics), and individual and group characters. Voluntaristically accepting social norms and values as such, humans are actively involved in social exchanges. Likewise, instead of one-dimensional, the individual's identity is liquid and multidimensional.

Compulsory education has become a policy priority of the Indonesian Government. The Indonesian people still face educational problems, such as many dropouts and the discontinuation of education among the population aged 7-15 years. One of the problems of this education appeared in Sambas Regency. In Sepuk Tanjung Village in Sambas District, there is one elementary school in an oil palm plantation area with a decreasing number of students at each grade level. The school has the highest percentage of students in 1 to 4 grades. However, starting from 5 grade to 6 grade, the number of students has decreased because students in 5 grade and 6 grade have dropped out of school. Therefore, socialization is needed to increase the school participation rate. This school participation rate can increase, of course, starting from within the family. So that parents as guardians of students and teachers will be participants in this activity. This activity resulted in a discussion about the reasons for the low enrollment rates in this area. As well as suggestions for solutions in overcoming transportation access difficulties to higher-level schools based on the number of facilities and population of the area

For local teachers information on formal education, development is quite difficult. Teacher activities that support their professionalism are less conducive. One of the teacher's vessels in discussing or discussing materials in the lesson ie MGMP (Subject Teacher Consultative). The results of questionnaires and interviews (June 2012) revealed that many MGMP is not performing their activities properly. Several factors are expressed such as (1) more meeting material on routines, (2) difficult transportation, (3) funds; and (4) lack of motivation because it is considered to have no direct effect. During the 2012 academic year, MGMP Mathematics for Kecamatan Paloh performs only two meetings. While MGMP Matematika Sambas City is active almost every month. However, the focus of the meeting tends to routine the discussion of making common repetition questions together. Another case with the MGMP IPS, for the District of Paloh quite somewhat active but the focus of the study has not been right on target. Taking note of the above facts, it is necessary to have activities that provide freshness again and at once can be felt directly benefits such as the need for workshops presented expert and support the professionalism of teachers. In this activity, the PKM team coordinates with several MGMPs in Kecamatan Paloh and Kota Sambas. Activities undertaken are (1) conducting surveys to MGMP targets; (2) analyze survey findings; (3) design workshop activities coordinated with MGMP managers; (4) implementation of workshop, (5) process of making article writing; (6) meeting and presentation of accompaniment article; (7) selection and publication of articles to the targeted journal; (8) reporting.
