Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the development of economic education in Indonesia which focuses on bank management and entrepreneurship, analyze the factors that influence the successful implementation of economic education related to these two fields, and develop recommendations for developing a more effective economic education curriculum to improve financial skills and entrepreneurship among students. The method used in this literature study is library research, which involves collecting data through various library sources such as books, encyclopedias, documents and scientific journals. Overall, the results of previous research show that although there has been progress in the development of economic education with a focus on bank management and entrepreneurship, there are still many challenges that need to be overcome. Economic education in Indonesia needs to further strengthen practical aspects and skills by collaborating with the industrial world and the financial sector to provide real experience to students. Apart from that, integration between bank management and entrepreneurship in the economic education curriculum will be more optimal if it is supported by adequate facilities, teacher training and the use of technology. Therefore, it is recommended that the government, educational institutions and the private sector can work together to strengthen educational curricula that are more relevant to market needs and global economic challenges.

Abstract

This research investigates the dynamic interplay between brand trust, social media engagement, and repurchase intention, focusing on Le Minerale consumers in Indonesia. Utilizing a case study approach, the study explores the intricate relationships among these factors in the context of the rapidly evolving consumer landscape. The beverage industry, particularly bottled water, serves as the backdrop, with Le Minerale as a prominent brand. Through a comprehensive analysis, the study aims to unravel the factors contributing to brand trust, the role of social media, and their combined impact on consumers' repurchase intentions in the diverse and dynamic Indonesian market.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the educational system is fully controlled by the government, especially curriculum policies based on applicable laws and regulations. The main basis for designing the Kurikulum Merdeka is the Freedom to Learn philosophy which also underlies other educational policies. This research aims to provide an overview of the teacher's role in Kurikulum Merdeka Education in Schools. The type of research used is library research or literature study where researchers rely on various literature to obtain research data and use a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. The result of this research is that the teacher's Kurikulum Merdeka policy can carry out roles effectively to help students achieve learning goals. The teacher acts as a mover who plays an active role in pioneering change and improving the quality of education. The teacher not only designs and implements the curriculum but also becomes the link between the curriculum and students' interests. The role of the teacher in Kurikulum Merdeka is to carry out learning innovations to answer the needs of students and create a liberating learning climate. Learning innovation is expected to be able to help students to think independently, to innovate independently, to learn independently and creatively, to learn independently for happiness. Abstract

This research investigates the synergistic impact of the work environment and CEO characteristics on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's clothing industry. The study explores the significance of these factors in enhancing MSME performance and aims to contribute both theoretically and practically to the understanding of these dynamics. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, the study analyzes data from 276 MSMEs in the clothing industry, employing the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results indicate a positive and significant influence of the work environment and CEO characteristics on MSME performance. The research provides valuable insights for policymakers, business leaders, and industry associations to optimize work environments and select CEOs with specific attributes to improve MSME performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana integrasi Box’s Spok dalam konteks pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat membantu memperkuat keterlibatan siswa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk kepentingan sosial dan pendidikan lokal. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan yang lebih inovatif dan relevan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti Box’s Spok. Hasil dari eksplorasi penggunaan Box's Spok dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa melalui pendekatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan dalam pendidikan modern. Teknologi ini mengubah paradigma pembelajaran dengan memperkenalkan simulasi visual dalam VR dan AR, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang mendalam dan memikat untuk memperkuat pemahaman konsep-konsep pelajaran. Partisipasi aktif siswa juga mencerminkan peningkatan minat mereka terhadap materi pelajaran dan keterlibatan yang responsif terhadap inovasi pendidikan. Integrasi Box's Spok tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan kritis dan kreatif siswa yang relevan dengan era digital. Ini menciptakan landasan yang kuat untuk pengembangan pendidikan berbasis teknologi, mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan global dengan percaya diri.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan digital marketing juga sejalan dengan upaya pemerintah dalam mendorong transformasi digital di berbagai sektor. Dengan memberikan akses kepada pelaku UMK untuk belajar dan menerapkan digital marketing, diharapkan mereka dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi di pasar. Keberhasilan dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan omzet dan daya saing usaha mereka, serta memperkuat ekonomi lokal secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif, yang dipilih untuk memahami secara mendalam pengalaman dan persepsi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil terhadap program pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan digital marketing. Pelatihan ini dilakukan di kabupaten KM, Sumatera Barat, yang dikenal memiliki banyak usaha mikro dan kecil serta potensi yang besar untuk pengembangan digital marketing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan digital marketing memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil. Sebanyak 86% pelaku usaha melaporkan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang digital marketing, mencakup pemahaman tentang berbagai strategi dan alat yang tersedia. Selain itu, 76% pelaku usaha telah beralih ke pemasaran digital, memanfaatkan media sosial dan website untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka. Meskipun demikian, 65% dari mereka juga mengalami kendala akses internet, yang menjadi tantangan dalam penerapan digital marketing. Di sisi lain, 73% perempuan yang mengikuti pelatihan merasa lebih percaya diri dalam menjalankan usaha mereka, menunjukkan dampak positif pada pemberdayaan gender. Akhirnya, 68% pelaku usaha melaporkan adanya peningkatan penjualan setelah menerapkan strategi digital marketing, yang menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepercayaan diri pelaku usaha, tetapi juga mendorong mereka untuk beradaptasi dengan tren pemasaran modern, meskipun ada tantangan yang perlu diatasi.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran aplikasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kompetensi profesional serta kreativitas pendidik di era Cybernetics 4.0. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan filososfis. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa era ini ditandai oleh integrasi teknologi informasi yang canggih dan terkoneksi, yang memunculkan tantangan baru dalam dunia pendidikan. AI dianggap sebagai solusi inovatif yang dapat membantu pendidik dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan mereka. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana penerapan AI dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan kompetensi profesional pendidik, termasuk dalam hal perencanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi, dan personalisasi pendidikan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga membahas bagaimana AI dapat menjadi katalisator untuk meningkatkan kreativitas pendidik, memungkinkan mereka untuk mengakses sumber daya yang lebih luas dan memanfaatkan metode pengajaran yang inovatif. Melalui studi literatur dan analisis tren teknologi pendidikan, artikel ini menyajikan gambaran holistik tentang peran AI dalam menghadapi dinamika pendidikan di era Cybernetics 4.0. Implikasi praktis dari integrasi AI dalam konteks pendidikan dijelaskan, termasuk manfaatnya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan keberagaman pendidikan. Kesimpulannya, artikel ini merangkum pentingnya peran AI dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profesional dan kreativitas pendidik di tengah revolusi industri keempat. Penerapan AI dalam pendidikan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mencetak pendidik yang siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan dan mendukung perkembangan masyarakat berbasis pengetahuan.

Abstract

Kunci kesuksesan dalam proses pembelajaran sangat bergantung pada dukungan yang diberikan kepada proses tersebut. Salah satu faktor pendukung utama dalam konteks pendidikan adalah pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, terutama dalam bentuk video animasi. Penggunaan film animasi dalam pembelajaran dapat menjadi strategi efektif bagi guru untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap mata pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pemahaman siswa kelas V SDN 001 Samarinda terhadap mata pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran berupa video animasi Upin & Ipin sebagai ilustrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan instrumen yang digunakan tes dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 001 Samarinda yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan presentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berupa video animasi ini siswa sangat antusias selama mengikuti proses pembelajaran dan tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap mata pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan ada pada kategori sangat memahami sebanyak 60% (24) siswa dan pada kategori memahami sebanyak 40% (16) siswa kelas V SDN 001 Samarinda.

Abstract

The paper aims to investigate high-quality education in the digital era: the use of applications as learning media in relevant research. Judging from its type, this research is literary in nature, including the type of library research. Library research is research in which data collectionsis carried out by collecting data from various literature. The literature studied is not limited to bookssbut can also include documentation materials, magazines, journalssand newspapers. Advances in communication technology havesinfluenced many people's views on things in everyday life, including views on parenting. Parents used to allow their children to play traditional games with other children outside. However, parents are currently relying more on digital technology as a gaming medium for their children. Education in the digital age is education that must integrate information and communication technology into all subjects. Currently, information and communication technology, including smartphone technology, is developing very rapidly. Smartphones come with different operatingssystems, and one of the most popular operating systems currently is Android. Android is an operating system based on open source. The Androidsoperating system, with its diverse application development, can create representative learning media. With Android-based technology, learning is no longer monotonous with text, but audio or visual elements or even animations can be created to help students understand the material.

Abstract

Superior human resources are very necessary in the current era of globalization. Therefore, it is very necessary for human resources who have superior talent in an organization or company. This aims to provide an understanding related to the innovation process of employee recruitment and selection in order to obtain competent human resources. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results obtained in this research are that in the employee recruitment and selection process an organization can apply things such as being able to to analyze needs, appling competency tests to be a key elemnt in the selection process, conducting an interview process, being a critical stage where companies evaluate, not only technical skill, in the selection process, setting high standart by ensuring that the selection team consists of members perents, further minimizing the risk of value gaps and building trust, conducting reference and background checks on prospective employees, as weel as a trial for 3 months or conducting in-depth interviews. The implication of implementing selection and recruitment is ensuring human resources ar in accordance with the needs and demands of the business environment.
