Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze business strategies and adaptive innovations in responding to changes in consumer consumption patterns during the New Year period. Using a literature review method and a qualitative approach, data was gathered from Google Scholar for the period 2020-2024. Out of 30 articles found, 19 relevant articles were selected through a strict selection process. Descriptive analysis was used to identify trends, patterns, and adaptive strategies applied by business actors, especially SMEs. The results show that effective business strategies involve product innovation, the use of digital technologies, local cultural-based approaches, and cross-sector collaboration. Additionally, the integration of sustainability values becomes an essential element in creating long-term competitiveness. Relevant case studies, such as Tokopedia's promotional programs and Maison Weiner's product innovations, highlight how adaptive strategies can be effectively implemented. This research provides practical implications for business practitioners and government policies, as well as offering theoretical contributions to the literature on business strategies based on adaptive innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of digital marketing in New Year's campaigns as an integrated approach to optimize revenue and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Digital marketing has become a crucial tool for increasing visibility and consumer interaction, especially during seasonal periods like New Year. By utilizing various digital platforms such as social media, email marketing, and e-commerce, MSMEs can reach a wider market and increase sales. This research employs a literature review with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, with data collected from Google Scholar for the 2019-2024 period. The findings indicate that MSMEs leveraging integrated digital marketing, utilizing creative content strategies, influencer marketing, and digital analytics, can optimize the results of their campaigns. The study also provides important implications for MSMEs in designing effective digital marketing campaigns during holiday seasons.

Abstract

This research investigates the complex dynamics influencing consumer behavior in the Indonesian retail market, focusing on the interrelationships between brand image, price, product quality, consumer trust, and consumer buying intentions. Utilizing a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, data was collected through a survey of 100 respondents. The results reveal significant positive relationships between brand image, price, product quality, and consumer buying intentions, highlighting the pivotal role of these factors in shaping consumer preferences and purchase decisions. Furthermore, the study identifies consumer trust as a mediating factor, emphasizing its importance in strengthening the relationship between brand image and consumer buying intentions. The practical implications of these findings for retailers and marketers are discussed, emphasizing the importance of strategic brand management, pricing strategies, product quality enhancement, and trust-building initiatives to drive consumer behavior and achieve long-term success in the Indonesian retail market.

Abstract

The success of an organization or company is largely determined by employee performance. Every company will always strive to improve employee performance so that company goals can be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is organizational culture and compensation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. in Makassar. This study uses a causal research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 55 employees of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that organizational culture and compensation had a significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. in Makassar.

Abstract

The phenomenon of using flash sales and live streaming has increasingly dominated marketing strategies in the digital world, especially during the pandemic which has forced many activities to switch to online platforms. This study aims to explore more deeply the influence of these two factors on impulsive purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms. The study population consisted of Shopee platform users in Makassar City, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using the non-probability sampling method. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, Flash Sale and Live Streaming have a significant effect on impulse buying decisions on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Sistem penyeleksian penerimaan karyawan JNE Sekupang Kota Batam saat ini dilakukan secara manual tanpa adanya alat sehingga membutuhkan waktu lama serta tidak efektif dan efisien, sehingga sangat terbuka peluang untuk melakukan kesalahan dalam menentukan Pilihan yang tepat. Oleh Sebab itu maka butukan Analisis dan Perancangan Arsitektur yang mampu membantu pihak JNE dalam memproses penerimaan karyawan. Analisis dan Perancangan Arsitektur Menerapkan metode Profile Matching sebagai salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan pemecahan suatu masalah dengan membuat rancangan Arsitektur. Arsitektur pengambilan keputusan yang dirancang ini mampu mengurangi tingkat keragu-raguan pihak perusahaan dalam menentukan karyawan yang cocok dan siap untuk dipekerjakan sehingga pengambilan keputusan lebih cepat dan efektif dalam menentukan karyawan yang bermutu serta dapat menghemat waktu dilihat dari hasil keputusan yang dapat dicetak dalam laporan. Arsitektur pengambilan keputusan ini juga dapat membantu meringankan dari tim penilai dalam memberikan solusi yang tepat, cepat dan efektif bagi karyawan yang ikut tes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman manajemen keuangan dan pelatihan akuntansi terhadap kinerja keuangan pada UMKM Kuliner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 95 UMKM Kuliner di Kota Makassar. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik pemahaman manajemen keuangan maupun pelatihan akuntansi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya penguatan kapasitas SDM dalam aspek manajerial dan akuntansi untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan UMKM Kuliner.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mendorong pelaku usaha Cafe untuk melakukan inovasi dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan, salah satunya melalui strategi gamifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana pengaruh gamifikasi terhadap engagement pelanggan pada Cafe yang memanfaatkan platform digital di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan aktif di platform digital cafe. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier menggunakan software statistik IBM SPSS Statistics versi 29.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap engagement pelanggan. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,589 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara penerapan elemen gamifikasi seperti sistem poin, tantangan, badge, dan leaderboard dengan peningkatan keterlibatan pelanggan. Hasil ini memberikan masukan praktis bagi pelaku bisnis Cafe untuk mengadopsi elemen gamifikasi dalam platform digital sebagai sarana memperkuat keterlibatan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and intensifying business competition, business organizations are faced with the challenge of continuously improving their performance to survive and thrive. One key factor in achieving this goal is through the optimization of organizational performance. Education and knowledge management have been recognized as two crucial components that can play a strategic role in enhancing the competitiveness of an organization. This research aims to identify innovative business organization strategies to optimize their performance amidst the challenges and opportunities present in the current business environment. The research employs a qualitative approach involving the analysis of literature. It encompasses the exploration and clarification of information and content gathered from various documents and texts to establish the groundwork for analysis. The study's findings indicate that in a dynamic business environment, the synergy between education and knowledge management is key to optimizing organizational performance. Education creates a skilled workforce and a learning culture, while knowledge management ensures effective access and utilization of knowledge. The combination of continuous education, skills training, and leadership development creates an environment where employees can be responsive to market demands. Effective knowledge management facilitates collaboration and the exchange of ideas, providing the foundation for implementing innovation in a rapidly changing business landscape.
