<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the procession of surrender in traditional Betawi marriage and how a review of Islamic law against it. Is there a proposition that prohibits / forbids it or is required. This research was conducted in the area of South Kedoya Village, Kebon Jeruk District, City. West Jakarta.This research is a legal research that uses qualitative research methods with an ethnographic approach and is descriptive in nature. In extracting information, researchers use observation and interview techniques. Researchers used the snowball technique so that the information obtained could go as far as possible into Betawi cultural customs. Researchers position themselves as research instruments themselves so that the information obtained can reach its roots. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model data analysis, which is interactive and continues until the data is saturated. In this study, researchers found a philosophical, sociological and ideological foundation that was embedded in the culture of Betawi marriage customary marriage. Researchers also found the arguments underlying the implementation of these surrender activities. The evidence is sourced from the Qur'an, Hadith and Ijma 'and Qiyas of the scholars'. This research concludes that the culture of seserah in Betawi traditional marriage has a philosophical and ideological foundation that has been firmly embedded in the Betawi community in the South Kedoya region. So that this surrender event becomes mandatory for people who want to marry Betawi people. whereas according to Islamic law, basically customary law is mubah (allowed). But it can become mandatory]]>

<![CDATA[Mahar adalah pemberian wajib berupa uang atau barang dari seorang pria kepada wanita dengan sebab pernikahan atau hubungan seksual sebagai lambang kesungguhan dan tanggungjawab. Para ulama fiqh sepakat bahwa tidak ada batas maksimal mahar, tetapi mereka berbeda pendapat mengenai batas minimal mahar. Mazhab Hanafi berpendapat bahwa batas minimal mahar adalah 10 (sepuluh) dirham, sementara mazhab Syafi’i berpendapat mahar itu tidak ada batas minimalnya, bahkan ditegaskan bahwa apapun yang berharga atau dapat dijadikan harga bagi sesuatu atau upah boleh dijadikan mahar, yang penting dalam mahar itu adalah kerelaan istri. Penelitian dalam ini termasuk penelitian kepustakaan dan bersifat deskriptif-komparatif yang berupaya membandingkan dan menelusuri dasar hukum dan argumentasi antara pendapat fiqh Mazhab Hanafi dan Mazhab Syafi’i tentang batas minimal mahar. Pendapat Mazhab Hanafi yang menyatakan batas minimal mahar adalah sepuluh dirham berdasarkan hadits riwayat Imam Ad-Daraquthniy setelah dilakukan penelitian sederhana adalah hadits dha’if. Sementara Mazhab Syafi’i yang menyatakan bahwa mahar itu tidak dibatasi dengan nominal tertentu, tetapi segala sesuatu yang bernilai meskipun kecil sah dan dapat dijadikan mahar berargumen dengan hadits riwayat Imam Malik, Imam Syafi’i, Imam Bukhariy, Imam Muslim, Imam Abu Dawud dan Imam Tirmidzi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe and analyze the model of Islamic da’wah based on local wisdom contained in wayang santri performances. The model of Islamic da’wah is a pattern or approach used in broadcasting Islamic values. Wayang santri is a concept of puppet performances specifically used for the purpose of da'wah. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach that describes a model of Islamic da'wah with the resource persons of wayang santri, that include dalang, sinden and music players of wayang santri. <![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen marketing dan strategi promosi BMT SYAHIDA IKALUIN dalam hal peningkatan jumlah anggota melalui produk simpanan syahida. <![CDATA[The cultural reality of Indonesia, which is diverse in ethnicity, different traditions, as well as religions and traditions that smell of myths is the basis of social and cultural life. The Indonesian nation has long believed in supernatural powers that rule this universe. This is proven by various historical records regarding various kinds of traditional ceremonies and rituals. Some of these supernatural powers are considered beneficial and detrimental. For this reason, it is believed by some that humans always need to strive to soften the hearts of the owners of magical powers by holding ritual ceremonies, pilgrimages, offerings, and vows, including certain artistic performances. The tradition of earth alms (nyadran) in Kaplongan Lor, Karangampel, Indramayu is one of the local wisdoms that combines Hindu-Buddhist and Islamic traditions. It was quantitative research with survey method in SMA N region II Central Jakarta.The research was conducted to all civil servant teachers by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 117 civil servant teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula.The research conlude: There is a direct positive effect of self efficacy on performance.]]>

Many learning methods are being developed by the education experts in case to encourage the successness learning, one of them is the Mind Mapping method. Mind Mapping could be said to be relatively new learning method.Mind Mapping method in education is a way of serving and delivery learning materials which teacher give the opportunities to the students whether individually or in a group to conduct the scientif talk in terms of collecting views, and make the conclusion or arrange any alternative problem solving, Mind Mapping is a way learning serving, where students are faced to any problem. (Problem solving). This study found that there is an influence of Mind Mapping learning method in increasing students learning achievements in the subjects of human governance and protocol for XII grade at SMK Daarul Fataa Bojonggede, Bogor. To strengthen this study, researcher conducted instrument testing , where the instrument testing showed there is a significant influence in utilizing mind mapping learning method in increasing student learning achievement in the subjects of human governance and protocol.]]>

With the art, the points of Islamic Knowledge will be more interest and usefull, that because Knowledge of Islamic is will packed to be more fun and to the most something nice. But now in modern era, the art of Islamic is not interesting for modern people, especially the Islamic traditional art is already erased by the time because many people just like tolook the performing don’t to know what the message from that art. One of somany the islamis traditional art that must to understand what a message inside it is a traditional art Solawat Dulang from Minangkabau , West Sumatra. This research try to find the meaning from every single from the song that be object from this and to get the Islamic message that inside the song. To get the goal, this research use the research metode kualitative and descriptive with technic analysis semiotic Roland Barthes to find the meaning from the song and Islamic messeage theory to get the Islamic knowledge from all the song. Technic Collecting Data from this research is Documentary. In generally, Solawat Dulang Tubuah Nan Salapan by Sinar Barapi and DC 8 tell about relation between body jasmani or fisicly is body that look by eye and body rohani is thebody that stay in body jasmani. The Islamic message from the Solawat Dulang are Aqidah message, there is the tauhid message, believe to the propet Muhammad and the death day. The law or syariah message are studying and try to understand theQuran. And the akhlak message are about the bad act, the etica in niaga, and the etica be the teacher to give the islamic knowledge must to be honest.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan perpustakaan, dan mengetahui prilaku siswa dalam memanfaatkan layanan perpustakaan serta mengetahui peranan perpustakaan yang ada di MTs AL-Riyadl Cipanas terhadap Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data dalam dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengklarifikasikan data-data yang diperoleh kemudian dikumpulkan untuk dianalisis kemudian diambil kesimpulan.Penelitian menemukan bahwa sistem pengelolaan perpustakaan di MTs AL-Riyadl Cipanas adalah untuk pendataan buku menggunakan sistem komputerisasi sedangkan untuk peminjaman masih menggunakan manual. Faslitas yang ada mencakup ruang baca, buku peminjaman, kursi, meja dan ruang belajar sedangkan koleksi buku yang tersedia untk pendidikan agama Islam adalah 1000 koleksi. Prilaku siswa dalam memanfaatkan layanan perpustakaan di MTs AL-Riyadl Cipanas yaitu setiap harinya benar-benar memanfaatkan layanan perpustakaan yaitu membaca, meminjam dan belajar, dimana setiap ada waktu kosong siswa menyempatkan untuk pergi keperpustakaan. Perpustakaan di Mts Al-Riyadl Cipanas sangat berperan terhadap Pendidikan Agama Islam hal ini bisa dilihat dari banyaknya pengenjung yang selalu menambah pengetahuan, sebagai sarana, mempermudah mencari informasi, dan menambah wawasan siswa. Hal ini dapat menunjukan bahwa perpustakaan sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pendidikan agama islam siswa.]]>
