Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara adversity quotient (kecerdasan menghadapi rintangan atau kesulitan) dengan peningkatan motivasi intrinsik orang tua dalam pendirian PAUD yang bercirikan Buddhis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Vihara Giri Santi Loka, Dukuh Guwo, Desa Blingoh, Kecamatan Donorojo, Jepara. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non-random sampling yang disebut dengan convenience sampling. Dari populasi sebanyak 30 orang, diambil sampel sebanyak 28 orang. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Sebelum disebarkan, angket sudah divalidasi dengan menggunakan uji reliabilitas Cronbach’S Alpa, dan content validity meminta pendapat ahli. Berdasarkan perhitungan formula Alpha Cronbach dan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 15.0 for windows reliabilitas variabel X dan Y di atas 0,7 yang berarti reliabel. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan SPSS 15.0 for windows diperoleh hasil nilai r sebsar 0,702 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara adversity quoteint dengan peningkatan motivasi orang tua dalam pendirian PAUD yang bercirikan Buddhis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, variabel X berkontrinusi terhadap Y sebesar 49,28%. Untuk t hitung sebesar 5,02 dan t tabel untuk 30 respoden dengan taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 2,056, maka t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, yang artinya ada hubungan yang significan antara adversity quotient dengan peningkatan motivasi intrinsik orang tua dalam pendirian PAUD yang bercirikan Buddhis. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan masukan para pihak berupa langkah konkrit untuk mendirikan PAUD di Dukuh Guwo, Desa Blingoh, dan Kabupaten Jepara.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keaktifan siswa saat pembelajaran menulis puisi Buddhis dan meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi Buddhis dengan penerapan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Tempat penelitian di SMB Dhamma Sasana, Wonogiri. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa saat pembelajaran menulis puisi Buddhis. Hal ini ditandai saat pembelajaran siswa aktif membangun pengetahuan sendiri, aktif mengajukan pertanyaan, aktif menyimak model puisi Buddhis, aktif kerjasama kelompok, aktif menemukan ide, aktif menulis puisi Buddhis, dan aktif saat refleksi. (2) mampu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis puisi Buddhis. Saat prasiklus siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM 12 siswa (48%) dengan nilai rata-rata 66. Siklus I siswa yang telah mencapai nilai KKM adalah 17 siswa (65,38%), nilai rata-rata adalah 71. Siklus II siswa yang telah mencapai nilai KKM sebanyak 20 siswa (76,92%), dengan nilai rata-rata 77.

Abstract

Pemuda adalah garda terdepan perubahan sosial dan politik masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, peran yang diemban pemuda sarat dengan nilai. Idealisme pada diri pemuda sering kali menjadi modal dasar dalam merespon keadaan lingkungan sosial dan alam di sekitarnya. Berdasarkan realita dan dinamika kehidupan beragama di Temanggung dan sekitarnya, maka pada 10 April 2016 sejumlah pemuda membentuk organisasi Pemuda Buddhis Temanggung-Kendal-Semarang. Organisasi ini dibentuk dengan tujuan membina potensi pemuda Buddhis, memaksimalkan pengelolaan sumber daya alam, dan berperan dalam membentuk tatanan masyarakat yang inklusif berdasarkan kearifan lokal. Kondisi tersebut mengindikasikan adanya dorongan berorganisasi sebagai perwujudan nilai keagamaan Buddha ke dalam aksi sosial-kebangsaan. Kemudian, Pemuda Buddhis Temanggung-Kendal-Semarang mengadakan beragam kegiatan yang meliputi: penyelanggaraan ritual hari-hari keagamaan secara bersama-sama, kegiatan seni budaya, safari napak tilas, visitisasi pada tokoh sesepuh, leluhur, usaha budidaya jamur, kopi dan kafe-terminal kopi, sarasehan kebangsaan. Keadaan ini menarik untuk diteliti dengan melihat korelasi antara motivasi berorganisasi dengan aktualisasi nilai nasionalisme religius. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif strategi survei dan pengelolaan data menggunakan aplikasi perangkat pengolah statistik diperoleh hasil bahwa R= 0,805. Artinya, antara motivasi berorganisasi dengan nilai nasionalisme religius memiliki hubungan positif dengan taraf hubungan sangat kuat. Berdasarkan uji dua pihak diperoleh hasil bahwa motivasi berorganisasi berkontribusi terhadap aktualisasi nilai nasionalisme religius sebesar 64,8%, artinya sebesar 35,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa antara motivasi intrinsik dengan aktualisasi nilai nasionalisme religius diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3,961 > t tabel 1,671, sedangkan motivasi ekstrinsik dengan aktualisasi nilai nasionalisme religious diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 4,414 > t tabel 1,671. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis d alam penelitian ini terbukti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of meditation on helping reduce anxiety in patients with dark phobia (Nyctophobia). This study uses a quasi-experimental research method and the results of the study are presented descriptively with purposive sampling conducted to CV employees. Shanghai Kop Mitraraharja Relaxation which has a dark phobia (Nyctophobia). Based on the results of the study, it was shown that breathing meditation had a good influence in reducing anxiety in patients with dark phobia, in which case the decrease was measured using the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) questionnaire.

Abstract

Scientific discussion about magic will help people to access information about magic powers. Research on the comparison of the concept of magic in the view of Buddhism and Kejawen's view is an interesting discussion and contributes to the treasures of science. This thesis research aims to examine the concept of magic in the view of Buddhism and the concept of magic in the view of Kejawen. In-depth study will provide a clear picture of each concept. Supernatural powers complement the history of human development inherent in cultural traditions. Power is a high inner and body ability, used to help survival. In the history of Buddhism and Kejawen, magic is inherent in the religious system which is believed to have a great influence on life.

Abstract

Educator performance is an important element in education, besides that, it is also a determinant of the level of education quality. Good discipline reflects a person's sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to him. This study aims to determine there is a relationship between work discipline and lecturer performance in Buddhist religious colleges. (2) There is a Relationship between Learning Innovation and Lecturer Performance in Buddhist Religious Universities. The population in this study were Lecturers at the Budda Religious College. The number of samples was 60 respondents. The activity counter uses SPSS version 26 software. Multiple linear regression analysis is a method used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that work discipline and lecturer welfare had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance by 0.714 (75%) which was the value of R Square and the remaining 25% was influenced by other variables in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to provide solutions how to address various actions to women that happen happens. This research is aliterature study. This study uses a methodological approach, and the data obtained are concepts from various general literaturethat are relevant to the topic. The results of the research obtained are how to protect against acts of violence against womenthat occur due to human actions. By understanding and having love and compassion that manifests in the act of caring forwomen as a form of good morality, it will be able to provide maximum results in protecting women. By understanding eachother and the feeling of mutual need, the acts of violence against women will diminish.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap inovasi guru, untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap inovasi guru dan untuk menguji pengaruh kepribadian proaktif dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama terhadap inovasi guru Sekolah Minggu Buddha Se-Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket tertutup. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Guru Sekolah Minggu Buddha se-Provinsi Bali dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap inovasi guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry 1=0,810 (α<0,05), variabel motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan koefisien korelasi ry 2=0,825 (α<0,05). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepribadian proaktif dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama -sama terhadap inovasi guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry12=0,895 (α<0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kepribadian proaktif dan motivasi berprestasi baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of Chong-De Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) teachers throughout North Sumatra. This study uses multiple regression analysis. In this study the determination of the sample using probability sampling technique with the number of samples used in this study as many as 86 respondents. This study uses primary data, data is collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google forms. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 20.0 for Windows.With the coefficient ry12 = 0.917, the coefficient of determination (ry12)2 = 0.840 (84.0%) with the regression equation Y=34,805 + 0.165 X1 + 0.682 X2. This means that the higher the compensation and work discipline together, it can improve the teacher's performance of the Chong-De Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) teachers in North Sumatra. Work discipline has a positive effect on teacher performance Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) Chong-De, North Sumatra. Compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect together on the performance of teachers Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) Chong-De, North Sumatra. The regression equation in this study is as follows: Y1,2 = 34.805 + 0.165X1 + 0.682X2.Based on these results, in order to optimize teacher performance, policies and regulations are needed to increase compensation and work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spiritual intelligence and learning motivation on student achievement of Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) Chong-De North Sumatra. This study uses multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of spiritual intelligence (X1) and learning motivation (X2) on student achievement (Y). In this study the determination of the sample using quota sampling technique with the number of samples used in this study as many as 198 respondents. This study uses primary data, data is collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google forms. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 20.0 for Windows.The results showed that spiritual intelligence (X1) had a positive effect on student achievement (Y) Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) Chong De North Sumatra with a correlation coefficient score of ry1 = 0.732 and a determination coefficient score of r2y1 = 0.535. Learning motivation (X2) has a positive effect on student achievement (Y) Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) Chong De North Sumatra with a correlation coefficient score of ry2 = 0.852 and a determination coefficient score of r2y2 = 0.727. Spiritual intelligence (X1) and learning motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on student achievement (Y) Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) ChongDe North Sumatra with a correlation coefficient score of ry1,2 = 0.879 and a determination coefficient score of r2y1,2= 0.772. The regression equation in this study is as follows: 1.2 = 23.008 + 0.258 X1 + 0.626 X2.Based on these results, to optimize student achievement, policies and regulations are needed to increase spiritual intelligence and learning motivation.
