Abstract

Masjid adalah sebuah tempat ibadah yang digunakan oleh orang muslim dan untuk pengelolaan manejmen Masjid di serahkan kepada Jemaah di sekitar masjid yang bersifat sosial dan iklas. Beriring perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dimasa sekarang ini, masih banyak masjid belum memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan manajemen masjid terutama pengelolaan keuangan dan administrasi. Masjid Nurul Falah III Kelurahan Tuah Karya Kecamatan Tuah Madani, merupakan tempat dan mitra kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, dan kegiatan pengabdian ini fokus membantu permasalahan pada sistem pengelolaan manajemen masjid terutama administrasi dan keuangan yang selama ini belum menerapkan dan memanfaat teknologi informasi secara maksimal. Sistem ini dibangun bertujuan untuk membantu pengurus Dewan Kamakmuran Masjid (DKM) Nurul Falah III dalam mengelola sistem manajemen keuangan dan administrasi masjid agar tersimpan secara terkomputerisasi dan bisa diakses secara online dan bisa memberikan informasi yang tepat waktu. Model yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem pengelolaan manajemen masjid adalah model prototype, dan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta basis data MySQL. Sistem pengelolaan manajemen masjid berhasil dibangun dan diimplementasikan ke mitra yakni masjid Nurul Falah III. Sistem dapat memberikan informasi laporan keuangan (operasional dan anak yatim) lebih transparan dan lengkap dengan grafiknya serta untuk administrasi (surat keluar dan masuk) terarsipkan secara terpusat dan arsip surat mudah di cari secara cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Air memiliki peran penting bagi kehidupan sehari-hari dan tidak terkecuali bagi petani yang membutuhkan air bersih untuk mengembangkan sistem irigasi pertanian. Ketika memasuki musim kemarau para petani di Negeri Haruru, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah yang tergabung dalam kelompok tani Taman Sari Indah mengalami kekurangan pasokan air. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi, tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Universitas Pattimura melakukan kegiatan pengabdian dengan tujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi sumber air tanah dengan metode geolistrik dan pembuatan sumur bor. Metode kegiatan PkM menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Tahapan kegiatan PkM terdiri dari enam tahapan, yaitu yaitu 1) survei lapangan, 2) perencanaan kegiatan, 3) pengambilan data, 4) pengolahan data lapangan, 5) sosialisasi data lapangan, dan 6) pemboran air tanah. Hasil kegiatan PkM menunjukkan adanya potensi air tanah dari data deskripsi litologi bawah permukaan untuk lintasan ERT 1 dan ERT 2. Deskripsi litologi bawah permukaan menggunakan nilai resistivitas hasil pengukuran geolistrik. Lokasi pemboran air tanah berada di lintasan ERT 2 dan berhasil mendapatkan air tanah pada kedalaman 32 m. Air tanah yang berhasil didapatkan menjadi sumber air bersih yang mampu menjaga produktivitas pertanian kelompok tani Taman Sari Indah dalam menghadapi musim kemarau.

Abstract

Partners in this community service activity are the Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) of Tonasa Village and Thematic KKN students of the Educational Technology Study Program, State University of Makassar. The implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka needs to be supported by improving the adaptive skills of teachers in facilitating the learning process, especially in terms of utilizing appropriate technology in learning. Important skills needed include skills in developing learning media and implementing learning assessments. This interactive quiz and animated video training activity aims to improve the adaptive competence of teachers in Tonasa Village. More specifically, this training is expected to be able to: (1) produce an animated video using the Canva application; (2) produce an interactive quiz using the Wordwall application; and (3) integrate animated videos and interactive quizzes into the learning process in the classroom. The methods used in this activity are presentations, practices, and discussions. The training is carried out through three stages, namely the planning, implementation, and evaluation and reflection stages. The majority of teachers in Tonasa Village already have and often use the Canva application because they have an education account, but so far they have only used the application to make presentations. This training provides new insights while facilitating teachers to learn to use Canva as an application to create creative animated videos. The training on creating interactive quizzes using the Wordwall application was very well received by teachers in Tonasa Village, because the application offers more than 18 attractive templates for students. The results of students' work on the Wordwall application can be used by teachers as a form of formative assessment that supports the learning process. Training on creating interactive quizzes and animated videos can provide insight and skills so that teachers are able to answer the challenges of the times and students' needs for innovative, creative, and fun learning.

Abstract

Literasi perbankan syariah di Indonesia, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa, masih berada pada tingkat yang sangat rendah meskipun sektor ini memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung sistem keuangan Islami. Mahasiswa sebagai generasi penerus yang memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun perekonomian berbasis nilai-nilai Islam sering kali belum memahami secara mendalam konsep, prinsip, dan manfaat dari perbankan syariah. Isu ini menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi melalui program pengabdian masyarakat yang terstruktur dan tepat sasaran. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan literasi perbankan syariah di kampus guna mendorong pemahaman keuangan Islami. Fokus kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dasar mengenai konsep dan produk perbankan syariah, membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya keuangan berbasis nilai Islami, serta membekali mahasiswa dengan kemampuan praktis untuk mengelola keuangan sesuai prinsip syariah. Tim supporting dari kegiatan ini adalah PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah. Metode pengabdian meliputi penjelasan produk-produk syariah, penjelasan tentang kelebihan produk syariah, alur proses hingga selesai pembuatan tabungan syariah dan proses yang terjadi dibanking hall seperti pelayanan nasabah di customer service dan teller. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap prinsip dan produk perbankan syariah, diikuti dengan meningkatnya minat mahasiswa untuk menggunakan layanan perbankan Syariah dengan pembukaan tabungan syariah pada saat berlangsungnya kegiatan.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) or UMKM in Sumedang Regency have been a priority for a long time but were restructured under the Department of Industry and Trade's SME division in 2015 (RPJMD, 2015). On the other hand, students from UPI Sumedang Campus act as agents of change for the community. At Sumedang Campus, dozens of students enroll in entrepreneurship courses equipped with a strong theoretical foundation, including entrepreneurship education, social entrepreneurship, and business creativity. One of the indicators of UPI's 2021-2025 Strategic Plan (RENSTRA), which is highly relevant to this student internship program, is the increase in educational and non-educational innovations resulting from flagship research on national, regional, and international scales. The innovation that will be developed in this community service is a simple application like a smart cashier, which will facilitate buying and selling transactions at the outlet where the internship is conducted. The internship activities begin with data collection to identify problems, followed by focused group discussions (FGD), dialogues with related parties, and concluding with a problem-solving workshop. The activities were evaluated by interviewing all SME participants involved at the Gumasep Outlet, with 94% reporting they were greatly helped by this program.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious health issue, particularly among children under five years old. This condition arises due to prolonged nutritional deficiencies and is often influenced by factors such as recurrent infections and an unbalanced diet, characterized by a height that is significantly lower than the growth standard. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia decreased to 21.6% in 2022, down from 24.4% in 2021. However, in Singkawang City, the prevalence of stunting among children under five increased from 21.2% in 2021 to 23.5% in 2022. Preventing stunting is a national priority in Indonesia to ensure the younger generation can grow and develop optimally, both physically and cognitively. One key strategy for accelerating stunting reduction is addressing issues among adolescents. Anemia is one of the most common nutritional problems faced by adolescents. Adolescent girls with anemia are at risk of becoming anemic pregnant women, which increases the likelihood of giving birth to low birth weight babies and stunting. The purpose of this community service program is to improve adolescent girls' knowledge about anemia. The methods used in this program include education through lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions, and hemoglobin level examinations. The partner for this activity was Madrasah Aliyah Ushuluddin Singkawang. The results of this program showed that 56% of adolescents experienced anemia, and there was an improvement in their knowledge about anemia, as indicated by a 21.3-point increase in the average pre-test and post-test scores.

Abstract

The core purpose of this method is as a form of solving a problem, answering problems and understanding students' knowledge, as well as making decisions. Therefore, discussion is not a debate involving argumentation. But discussions are more like exchanging experiences to justify certain decisions together. The type of research used in this study is field research with a qualitative approach, namely research used to study the conditions of natural objects (as opposed to experiments) where the observer is the key instrument. The data collection procedures used were interviews and observation. From the results obtained in the learning process using the discussion method, learning using the discussion method really helps students' learning. And there are no more students playing with friends, daydreaming, sleeping, chatting with friends, or playing alone.

Abstract

Some of Indonesia’s women’s mass organizations, once pivotal in the nation’s fight for independence, now seem to be losing momentum. Among the challenges they face is a history of policies limiting their activities to the domestic sphere, stifling broader engagement. The Catholic Women of the Republic of Indonesia (WKRI) is one organization determined to break through these constraints. WKRI seeks to revitalize its mission by encouraging its members to engage in public dialogue through writing and other forms of expression. In collaboration with the WKRI Sleman Branch in Yogyakarta, a series of writing workshops, discussions, and reflective activities aim to strengthen members’ voices. This initiative culminates in a commemorative book celebrating WKRI’s 100th anniversary, offering critical reflections on the role of women in public life.

Abstract

Telagasari Urban Forest, as a unique kerangas forest ecosystem in Kalimantan, holds significant potential in economic, ecological, and social aspects through sustainable management and honey bee cultivation. However, limited digital promotion constrains the utilization of this potential. A community engagement program in RT 45, Telagasari, Balikpapan, aimed to enhance the digital marketing skills of local MSMEs and develop the educational tourism site "Karamunting Honey Bee Tourism." Activities included training in copywriting, content strategy, and digital marketing, followed by hands-on practice, as well as promoting educational tourism for students. Results indicated that digital marketing training effectively improved participants' skills, with a satisfaction level of 87% post-program. Additionally, the development of the honey bee tourism site was supported by an informational website and QR codes on vegetation, enhancing information accessibility and tourism appeal. This program demonstrates that synergy between natural resource utilization and digital strategies can support local product branding while raising environmental conservation awareness.

Abstract

Tourist guides need to improve their competence in interpreting a tourism site. The ecotourism tour guide training program initiated by the Tourism Office of Klungkung Regency aims to enhance the quality of tour guides in the region. With the goal of providing unique and memorable tourism experiences for tourists, this program contributes to the development of tourism potential and local economic growth. The training is attended by forty prospective tour guides from diverse backgrounds and interests. Collaborating with lecturers from the Institute of Tourism and International Business in Denpasar as speakers, the program prioritizes the quality and professionalism of content delivery. Discussions encompass critical aspects of tour guiding, including designing effective tours and building positive relationships within the context of tourism. Participants are provided training in formulating engaging and relevant tour materials, along with opportunities to practice presenting their own content. The implementation stages of the Community Engagement (PkM) program include pre-implementation, execution, and evaluation. The Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involves various stakeholders in discussing issues faced by tourism villages in Klungkung Regency regarding tourism development, aiming to identify problems and solutive steps. The education method is employed during the execution phase to enhance participants' ability to access relevant information, supplemented with pre- and post-tests to measure comprehension. The evaluation stage encourages participants to apply learned guiding techniques and receive feedback from the speakers. The execution of this program is intended to create a positive impact in the tourism sector of Klungkung Regency, employing a systematic approach that identifies issues and applies practical solutions. The engagement activities showcase active participant interaction in gaining knowledge about effective tour design and practical guiding skills. Therefore, this program is anticipated to elevate the quality of local tourism with skilled and knowledgeable tour guides, providing meaningful experiences for tourists visiting Klungkung Regency.
