Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

The emergence of the internet is a means of communication that makes it easier for us to communicate and interact with other users. The rise of the internet has led to the emergence of a form of communication in a medium with technology (Computer Mediated Communication). The purpose of this study is to describe how the interaction patterns carried out by twitter users who follow the menfess @areajulid account. This research is a qualitative research using Virtual Ethnography method. The results of the study found that the type of twitter user interaction pattern is a dissociative interaction pattern where this interaction pattern is an interaction process that leads to disputes between individuals and groups to achieve certain goals. In this study, dissociative interaction patterns are included in the type of social conflict where conflict is a tension that occurs between individuals or groups to cause a conflict.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one way to increase the opportunity for additional work. The business world is full of hope and a better future. Entrepreneurship can provide promising income. A large and unlimited income will be had for successful entrepreneurs. The important planting of entrepreneurship must be done from an early age and from school. The purpose of the study was to describe the effect of self-confidence, parental roles, and skills on interest in entrepreneurship. The study was conducted in 3 vocational schools in Bogor district. The number of respondents was 113 students. The method used is a quantitative method. The collected data is processed by testing assumptions (normality, homogeneity and linearity). Data was collected through a questionnaire. This study uses SPSS 23 to perform multiple regression tests, ANOVA. The results showed that there was an effect of self-confidence on interest in entrepreneurship, there was an effect of the role of parents on interest in entrepreneurship, there was an influence of skills on interest in entrepreneurship and there was an influence of self-confidence, the role of parents, and skills on interest in entrepreneurship together

Abstract

This study aims to study and find out about the Effectiveness of the Karawang Berseri Corporate Social Responsibility Program (Free of Violence against Women and Children More Advanced and Independent) in Karawang Kulon Village, West Karawang District, Karawang Regency. The theory used is Edy Sutrisno's Effectiveness in Lailatul Wahdah Agustina (2022) with 4 indicators in the form of Program Understanding, Targeting, Achievement of Goals and Real Change. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, observations and documentation studies. The results of the discussion of this study indicate that the CSR program of Karawang Berseri in the Village of Karawang Kulon runs optimally in all dimensions, but still needs improvement because cases of sexual violence continue to increase every year.

Abstract

Mathematics as a branch of science that cannot be separated from human life. Without realizing it, human activities do not escape the use of mathematical concepts in it, one of which is culture that often contains elements of mathematics. Ethnomathematics is a mathematical concept embodied in culture. Ethnomathematics is the link between culture, mathematics and education. This study aims to examine Pandeglang Batik which is associated with the cultivation of student character. This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative method to describe the mathematical values and characters contained in Batik Pandeglang. From the research results obtained mathematical concepts in the form of flat shapes, translations, reflections, dilations and rotations on the Pandeglang batik motif. Through this learning can shape the character of students in accordance with the personality of the Indonesian nation

Abstract

The number of laying hens' egg production in 2022 amounts to around 500,000 eggs, causing an increase in egg shell waste. There are still many people, especially for residents of Kutamekar Village, Ciampel District, who lack knowledge about the many benefits of eggshell waste for agricultural land, it is the responsibility of students to carry out counseling and application. In KKN activities, students use to disseminate information about the use of organic fertilizer from eggshell waste for agricultural land, with one of the activities being the application of organic fertilizer from eggshell waste to pakcoy plants. After attending the counseling, the residents of Kutamekar village learned about the content and benefits of egg shells and they started collecting egg shells to help carry out KKN activities. This can help reduce regional waste, especially eggshell waste, which can be recycled into more useful and economical materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase students' understanding of the concept of a one-variable linear equation system with a problem solving approach in Class VII MTs Al-Khairat Kec. Middle Mother. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). While the technique in data collection is data obtained from sources of students and teachers in conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of data analysis prove that the comparison of the average value of student learning outcomes after applying learning using the Problem Solbing model has an increase in learning outcomes as much as 16.33%, from 65.89% it increases to 82.22%. And an increase of 4.26%, namely from the first cycle of 82.22% to 86.48%. This success can be said because of the comparison from pre-cycle to cycle I (good qualification level) and from cycle I to cycle II (excellent qualification level). Therefore, the research can conclude that 1) Efforts to improve students' understanding of concepts in the one variable equation system material with a problem solving approach in class VII MTs Al-Khairat Kec. Mother is being applied effectively and efficiently, smoothly and completely, which can be seen from the seriousness of the students in listening to the lesson. The results of the observation show that students are not very happy but still need a long time to adjust to the learning environment. 2) The problem solving method can improve students' conceptual understanding skills on the one-variable linear equation system material at MTs Al-Khairat Kec. Ibu Tengah, this can be seen in the learning outcomes that the average value of the results of learning outcomes for a single variable linear equation system using the prosolving method has increased by 16.33%, from 65.89% to 82.22%. And an increase of 4.26%, namely from the first cycle of 82.22% to 86.48%. This success can be said because of the comparison from pre-cycle to cycle I (good qualification level) and from cycle I to cycle II (excellent qualification level).

Abstract

PT XYZ is acompany that it concern to make transformator unit. The problem of this company face how to eliminated the existing wastes that is found in the production processes such as the non value added activities and the existing defect products (30,3%) wchich its unmatch to the company standards. These things have made lateness to to fulfil the lead time to produce an amount of product demand. The purpose of this research is the applying of quality control concepts to identyfing and eliminating the waste on the production floor in lead time shortly. The result of this research is the lean condition in production with process cycle efficiency about 82 %. The quality number for the inspection II and III step is 3,38 & 4,01. The improvement suggestion that can be given are the works procedure applying an the coil rolling section, and the 5s methods applying, machine maintenances, periodically operator training and supervision. They are the important thing which the compony have to concern about toward the future. On the other hand, work place management is also suggested and the five non-value-added activities should be eliminated

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a decline in turnover or income for restaurant business traders and basic food businesses in Mangga Dua Village, Central Ternate District. This study aims to determine how big the impact of COVID-19 on MSME actors, restaurant traders and basic food traders in Mangga Dua Village and how the Ternate City Government intervened against MSME actors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, using secondary data sources and the results of direct interviews with restaurant traders and basic food traders. buy the community or consumers for the goods traded. There have been efforts by business actors to increase their income by utilizing social media technology, but this has not been done optimally. In addition, this study provides recommendations for MSME survival strategies, namely trading through the use of digital marketing as an additional service to consumers and optimizing marketing relationships and maintaining products and maintaining existing customers.

Abstract

Having a competitive strategy in the current era is the main key for companies to compete. The importance of having a strategy in quality that exists in products and an optimal distribution system is one way for CV XYZ to face competition. Therefore, this study aims to determine the competitive strategy of bakery products using game theory and to obtain the optimal distribution route using Clark and Wright. The pure strategy from game theory can identify the strategies used by each player, namely the Rasa strategy for stuffed bread and the Resilience strategy for bread. In addition, the Clark and Wright method can save 13.45 km of distance and fuel costs per week of IDR 118,957,-/day from the previously used route. By getting the results of competitive strategies and optimum distribution routes, this study can provide suggestions to CV XYZ regarding strategies to maintain its competitiveness.

Abstract

A regulation in Indonesia the national goal of education is to develop the ability and form the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the nation's life. The purpose of this article is to examine the role of physical education in realizing national education. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature study. This study seeks to explore document studies on the study of physical education in general and then relate it to the goals of national education. In the theoretical study the elements of physical education play a role in realizing the national goals of education. Because physical education programs and objectives essentially shape human character to be good through the medium of motion. Learners can grow and develop well physically, psychomotor, cognitive, and in attitude as a result of the contribution of physical education programs in schools. So physical education should not be ignored within the scope of the education unit, and physical education needs to be considered in its implementation in order to achieve the expected goals. The conclusion obtained is that the role of physical education is very important to form healthy human beings, have a noble mind, and have a good mindset, so that they can contribute to realizing the goals of national education that form superior human resources in the future.
