Abstract

The purpose of this reseach was to find out that the implementation of In House Training can improve the competence of Information and Communication Technology for teachers at UPTD SMP Negeri 9 Metro. ICT is a supporter of teachers in learning, the low competence of the mastery of ICT is one of the obstacles in the implementation of learning which if not overcome will result in low student learning outcomes in general. At UPTD SMP Negeri 9 Metro, the mastery of ICT by teachers has not been maximized. The teacher's ability to master ICT is low. It can be seen from the initial data collection that only 15 of the 49 teachers who master or are proficient in mastering ICT. The implementation of In House Training (IHT) activities can improve the ability of teachers in mastering ICT. The results of data analysis show that the teacher's activity in In House Training (IHT) activities achieved in the first cycle is an average of 71%, in the second cycle is 81.2 % and 95.1% in cycle III, while the ability to master Technology and Communication (ICT) mastered by teachers in cycle I was 63.35%, in cycle II was 72.6% and in cycle III 95.1%. It can be seen that the implementation of In House Training (IHT) activities has a positive influence on increasing the ability to master Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for teachers at UPTD SMP Negeri 9 Metro

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the physical education learning process, especially in the learning of floor gymnastics for wheeling activities, where many of the students did not dare to do wheeling activities. This research method is a research with a qualitative approach with a case study method to be able to understand the factors that influence the courage of the students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar Raudhah in wheeling activities in physical education learning. The results of the research on factors that affect the courage of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar Raudhah students in wheeling activities in physical education learning are dependent on the way the teacher delivers the material, the methods used in teaching and learning activities, facilities and infrastructure, direct practice and encouragement from students and encouragement from outside

Abstract

This study reviews the influence of Korean drama films on the language use of Muhadi Setiabudi Brebes University students, (sociolinguistic research). The purpose of this research is to recognize whether Korean drama films influence the use of language of FKIP students of Muhadi Setiabudi Brebes University which becomes bilingulism. This type of study is a combination procedure, which mixes 2 procedures, qualitative procedures and quantitative procedures. The sources of information used in this study are: 1) primary information and 2) secondary information. The procedures for collecting information used in this study are: 1) literature research 2) field research. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of Korean drama films on the language use of FKIP students of Muhadi Setiabudi Brebes University with an influence of 67.6%, which means that variable X has a significant influence on variable Y. The results of this study show that the Null Hypothesis( Ho) is rejected and the working hypothesis ( Ha) is accepted, namely the influence of Korean drama films on the language use of Muhadi Setiabudi Brebes University students. The form of using FKIP students who watch Korean drama films is to become bilingualism.

Abstract

This study aims.to determine.the influence.of speech.card learning media on speaking skills and the influence of speech card learning media in debate materials in class X science SMA N 1 Prohibition, using the type of experimental quantitative research, the population of class X IPA SMA N 1 Prohibition and samples of class X IPA 1 as an experimental class and X Science 2 as a control class. This research is backgrounded by the low ability to speak in front of the classroom, especially in learning Indonesian in debate materials. Data collection in this study used questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The results in this study were in the experimental class t-test and the control class in the speaking skills test questionnaire with a t value of 3,482> t table 1,690 and a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.001< 0.05. Based on the provisions applicable to the hypothesis testing that the researcher had outlined, then Ho was.rejected and Ha.was accepted. Sourced in the table, t-test data were obtained in the research class and the supervision class with a t number of 8. 920 t table 1, 690 as well as sig numbers. ( 2- tailed) 0.000< 0.05. Sourced on. that determination is to test the hypothesis that the researcher has explained, to Ho. rejected as well. Ha acquired. Until, the conclusion of this study is that there is an increase in dialogue skills that are important to accompany students in the research class and supervision classes the results of this talk card learning media are estimated to have consequences in learning Indonesian especially in the debate module.

Abstract

Along with the development of the news era appears in various forms, one of which is online news . In some online news has its own character is to use clickbait . Clickbait often makes readers deceived about the headlines they read. But on the other hand clickbait on online news can also provide an increase in reading interest and train readers to think critically to look for evidence of clickbait online news . This study was attempted to identify how the influence of clickbait online news on the reading interest of the students of SMKN 1 Kersana. This research uses quantitative research methods and the concept of correlation research with and using techniques random sampling with a sample size of 70. Data collection was tried with a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the normality test, the linearity test which is tried as a prerequisite for the analysis, and the t-test to test the hypothesis. The results of this study prove that there is an influence between clickbait online news headlines on the progress of reading interest based on the results of the t test the results obtained t count : 2, 195, that 2, 195 > 1.667. So the bond in this research is that there is an influence of clickbait online news on the progress of reading interest in students of SMKN 1 Kersana.

Abstract

This Study Aim to explain the discourse built by the minister of religion in his statement regarding the rules of mosque loudspeakers through the point of view of A Van Dijk Critical Discourse Analysis. This research is a qualititaive research with content analysis method. This Source of the data comes from Yaqut Cholil's speech during an interview with journalist. Data collection was carried out by analyzing the discourse bulit by Yaqut Cholil's through his statement regarding the rules of loudspeakers for mosques/musalas. The results of teh study found that the microstructural elements were the most common elements which contained semantic, syntactic, stylisctic, and rhetorical aspect. The macro structure element which contains the thematic aspect shows the theme or topic that can be inferred from the overall content of Yaqut Cholil's discourse, and the superstructure element which contains the scematic or plot aspect. The characteristic of critical discourse analysis in the statement of the minister of religion Yaqut Cholil regarding mosque/musala loudspeakers indicate that Yaqut Cholil's discourse fulfills the characterictics of critical discourse analysis which contains action, context, history, power, and ideology

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the low learning outcomes of students in Social Sciences Geography lessons at SMP Negeri 25 Tidore Islands City. The researcher applies Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning in the learning process. It is hoped that this model can improve student learning outcomes on Natural Resources of Asean Countries class VIII SMP Negeri 25 Tidore Islands. This classroom action research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year in Class VIII of SMP Negeri 25 City of Tidore Islands. From the results of the study, it was found that the students' learning outcomes for social science geography from 71.42 in the first cycle to 85.71 in the second cycle. Thus, the cooperative learning model of the Numbered Heads Together type can improve the geography social studies learning outcomes of students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 25 Tidore Islands City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the Promotion of Instagram and Celebrity Endorsement on Purchasing Decisions. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. It found a sample of 100 people and a population of 1,730 using the Slovin formulas. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate partially Instagram promotion has a partial significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Celebrity Endorsement does not have a partial significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously, the Promotion of Instagram and Celebrity Endorsement has a simultaneous influence on Purchasing Decisions by 60.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parents' education level and parenting pattern on learning outcomes of flat wake-up themes in fourth grade students of SD Negeri Kendaga. The method used is ex post facto with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire for the variable level of parents' education and the variable of parenting, while the learning outcomes variable uses a daily test score list on the flat wake theme of fourth grade students at SD Negeri Kendaga. This study was analyzed using SPSS software version 16 with a t-test on the level of parental education (X1) on learning outcomes (Y) the results of the sig value of 0.024 <0.05 with (X1) having an influence on (Y). T-test on the parenting style variable (X2) on learning outcomes (Y) with a sig value of 0.009 <0.05 thus (X2) has an influence on (Y). Then the F test of parents' education level (X1) and parenting (X2) on learning outcomes (Y) with Ftable of 3, 59 obtained Fcount of 9.727 thus (X1) and (X2) have an effect on (Y). coefficient of determination is 0.549 thus the variables in this study have an influence of 54.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to learn, analyze, and explain research's variables, significance of social media marketing and online customer review relationships of Lazada marketplace users as well as the significance of social media marketing and online customer review partial and simultaneous influence on customer's buying interest. The method used is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verificative approach. This study is using primary data attained directly via questionnaire that was shared with the respondents. Hair et al. formula were used in this study, as well as purposive sampling technique, which led researcher to 120 respondents. The Likert scale model and Path Analysis were used with the help of Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Office, and SPSS version 22. The result shows that there is a strong significant relationship between Social Media Marketing and Online Customer Review. Both variables have a rather significant positive influence on buying interest. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Online Customer Review, Buying Interest
