Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menyelidiki upaya arbitrase masalah komersial, termasuk keuntungan dari penyelesaian sengketa berbasis arbitrase dan analisis hukum otoritas arbitrase. Dalam karya ini, pendekatan hukum normatif disandingkan dengan teknik penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian ini akan menunjukkan manfaat menggunakan arbitrase sebagai teknik penyelesaian sengketa komersial dan memberikan analisis hukum otoritas arbitrase dalam penyelesaian sengketa.

The goals and ideals of the Indonesian nation are to realize the lives of citizens who have the nation's intellectuals listed in the 1945 Constitution, the government and citizens jointly solve educational problems so that a nation that is strong, independent and ready to face the world of globalization is formed. The world of education is currently experiencing the problem of fading the character of students, this can be observed especially in today's young generation. This article aims to find out the form of implementing Islamic-based character education at MTs Raudhatul Akmal and find out what factors cause obstacles in efforts to implement forms of Islamic-based character education at MTs Raudhatul Akmal. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used was observation, interviews and documentation by observing directly in the field. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be found that the form of implementing Islamic-based character education is in camping and MABIT (Faith Development Night and TaQwa) and extracurricular activities and through positive habituation activities to read the Koran and pray dhuha in congregation as well as exemplary behavior. The inhibiting factors/obstacles for schools in implementing character education at MTs Raudhatul Akmal are facilities and infrastructure, students and teacher potential.

Application of Titonia Compost and Young Coconut Coir Liquid Waste to Increase Growth and Production of Tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Pasir Pengaraian, Rokan Hulu Regency. The time of this research will be carried out for three months starting from September 2022 to November 2022. The purpose of this research is to determine the main and interaction effect of titonia compost and young coconut coir liquid waste in increasing the growth of stevia plants in a sustainable manner. This study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was titonia compost (T) consisting of 4 levels namely 0, 0.5 kg/plot, 1 kg/plot, 1.5 kg/plot and the second factor was young coconut coir liquid waste (S) consisting of 4 levels namely 0.100 ml/plant, 200 ml/plant, 300 ml/plant to obtain 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications. The parameters observed were harvesting age, number of branches, number of leaves, fresh weight of leaves and dry weight of leaves. The data were analyzed statistically and followed by the Honest Significant Difference Test (SJD) at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of Titonia Compost and Young Coconut Coir Liquid Waste was significant for plant height, age of flowering and fruit weight of the plants, and did not give a real response to, harvesting age, number of fruit planted, fruit weight per fruit. The best treatment was found in the combination of Titonia Compost 1.5 kg/plot and Young Coconut Coir Liquid Waste 300 ml/Tan (T3S3). The main effect of titonia compost was significant on all observed parameters with the best treatment dose of 1.5 kg/plot. The occurrence of law violations committed by state administrators in implementing several policies resulting in losses for citizens has encouraged the public to take part in efforts to resolve friction as well as participate in law enforcement. Citizens can file lawsuits in court in terms of demanding fulfillment of responsibilities to the state for the benefit and/or public interest to protect the interests of citizens who feel aggrieved. Citizen Lawsuit is one of the efforts by citizens that can be carried out in filing the lawsuit. The Citizen Lawsuit mechanism has not specifically been regulated in laws and regulations. At this writing, the author will examine and elaborate further regarding citizen oversight of government policies and also the Citizen Lawsuit mechanism in Indonesia as control over the supervision of government actions and also what is used as an assessment point for unlawful behavior by state administators who are filed in public lawsuits or citizen (Citizen Lawsuit)

The Covid-19 virus pandemic has changed the order of people's lives, especially church members. This change presents an acclimatization of a new habit where digital media, especially gadgets, are considered as the main alternative in the implementation of online worship to reach the people. But in reality, people are unwittingly faced with serious problems, because the impact of electromagnetic wave radiation is very risky to health if used beyond a certain threshold or tolerance. This study aims to provide an understanding of the importance of health and encourage the church to play an active role in fortifying the people against the negative impacts of complex radiation of electromagnetic waves, from a biblical perspective in I Corinthians 3:17. By using qualitative _descriptive method in the form of literature review which refers to the situation that is currently happening and is expected to continue. In the end, the church can broaden the understanding to the people of the importance of using digital media properly without worrying about the potential adverse effects on health

The advancement of science and technology has a significant influence on various of human life. One of them is education, an inseparable part of the human maturation process, which needs to take advantage of advances in science and technology to achieve its goals effectively and efficiently. The lack of student participation makes the material inheritance of traits in view easier. This research study aims to develop Guided Discovery-Based Learning on Inheritance Materials. The development model used is the 4D model. The results showed that the student worksheet grew declared very valid by material experts, media experts, and linguists. The student worksheet tested had an eligibility level with a category worthy of use in the trait inheritance material at SMP K Yapenthom 1 Maumere.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on patient satisfaction in choosing a health clinic, at the Abadi Jaya Clinic, Depok. Respondents in this study were 100 non BPJS patients who seek treatment at the Abadi Jaya Clinic, Depok. Based on the data that has been collected and the tests carried out using the t-test analysis method, coefficient of determination, correlation, regression, it can be concluded as follows: 1) All instruments are service quality variables (X1), facilities (X2), and patient satisfaction ( Y) has a CITC value greater than 0.3. This shows that each statement on service quality, facilities, and patient satisfaction is reliable and worthy of use as research. 2) Based on the results of the analysis, the value of Cronbach's Alpha on the service quality variable (X1) is 0.780. Facility (X2) is 0.780. and patient satisfaction (Y) of 0.779. Thus it can be concluded that all variables in this study are reliable, because they have Cronbach's Alpha values above 0.6.3). Service quality has an influence on patient satisfaction in choosing Abadi Jaya Clinic by 0.857 or 85.7% and the remaining 14.3% is influenced by other factors. 4). Facilities have an influence on patient satisfaction in choosing Abadi Jaya Clinic by 0.880 or 88.0% and the remaining 12.0% is influenced by other factors. 5). The quality of service and facilities together has an influence on patient satisfaction in choosing the Abadi Jaya Clinic by 0.884 or 88.4% and the remaining 11.6 is influenced by other factors.

Leadership style is the behavior used by a leader when influencing others in doing a job to achieve certain goals. Leadership behavior displayed by a leader if it feels good and pleases employees, it will influence and have a better impact on employee morale. Likewise with the organizational culture which is very influential on the morale of employees in carrying out their work. Conversely, if the behavior displayed by a leader is something that is not in accordance with the expectations of employees, it will not be good for the morale of the employees themselves. The purpose of this study was to analyze how influential the role of leadership style and organizational culture in increasing employee morale at PT. Angkasa Pura Supports Head Office Kemayoran Central Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with in-depth and structured interviews. The informants taken were Key Informants from the Unit Head and 4 informants as employees of PT. Angkasa Pura Supports. The data collection technique uses a data credibility test from the results of interviews. the implementation of organizational culture is uneven, resulting in some employees not implementing it and still low employee morale, which is caused by a leadership style that influences employee performance.

This study aims to find out how much influence organizational culture and compensation have on employee loyalty to Dompet Dhuafa. This research was conducted in Dompet Dhuafa. This study used a quantitaf approach. The sampling technique, namely the saturated sampling method in this study, was all employees at Dompet Dhuafa, totaling 74 people (all pupulations were sampled). The data collection technique uses observation in the form of a questionnaire. The data processing techniques carried out by the study are validity tests, reality tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficients of determination, and simultaneous tests. Organizational Culture Variables (X1), Compensation (X2) and Loyalty (Y) validity test results have a CITC value greater than 0.3. The result of the study was a significant level of Pvalue (0.000) < 0.05 which means that there is an influence between Organizational Culture and loyalty, which is 61.8%. Meanwhile, Compensation to Loyalty also had an effect of 29.3%, which means that there is an influence between Organizational Culture and Compensation on loyalty, which is 62.1% while the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study

Discussing consumer protection is very interesting, because it is related to daily life, one can become a consumer and one can become a business actor. Many consumers and business actors do not understand their rights, obligations and responsibilities. There are important legal rules as the basis for consumer protection policies in Indonesia. First, the 1945 Constitution, as a source of law in Indonesia, mandates that national development aims to create a just and prosperous society. To realize a democratic economic development system so that it can grow and develop a world that produces goods and services that are suitable for consumption by the community. Second, Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The enactment of this Law provides hope for the Indonesian people, to obtain protection from losses suffered on transactions of goods and services, where the Consumer Protection Act guarantees legal certainty for consumers.
