This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Locus of Control on Employee Performance at Mok's Sport Bekasi store. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique in this study was a saturated sample of 34 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used the analysis of Simple Linear Regression and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between Self-Efficacy (X1) and Locus of Control (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). Calculation results: 1) P-value (sign) > 0.05 means that H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that there is no influence between Self-Efficacy (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.008 or 00.8%. 2) Obtained Pvalue (sign) <0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between the Locus of Control (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.889 or 88.9%. 3) Obtained Pvalue (sign) <0.05, meaning H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between Self-Efficacy (X1) and Locus of Control (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.896 or 89.6%. Student Center Learning (SCL) adalah suatu pendekatan dalam pembelajaran yang memberdayakan peserta didik menjadi pusat perhatian selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan student centered learning (SCL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas VIII D SMPN 6 Jember Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Data diperoleh dari studi pendahuluan terkait kondisi siswa dan pembelajaran, serta dokumentasi kegiatan penerapan metode pembelajaran student centered learning. Pada kegiatan belajar mengajar di SMPN 6 Jember, guru menggunakan metode student centered learning (SCL) dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas, yaitu metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek, metode diskusi kelompok, dan metode kooperatif. Metode SCL ini telah berhasil menimbulkan semangat dalam belajar sehingga dengan bantuan guru berhasil membuat aktivitas belajar siswa yang menyenangkan.

This study aims to determine the effect of Standard Operating Procedure and awards on employees at PT. Karya Indah Multiguna. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique in this study was a saturated sample involving 50 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used Simple Linear Regression and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between Standard Operating Procedure (X1) and Reward (X2) on employees (Y). Calculation results: 1) P-value (sign) <0.05 means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a Standard Operating Procedure (X1) on the influence of employees (Y) of 0.383 or 38.3%. 2) Obtained P-value (sign) <0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between the Reward (X2) on the employee award (Y) of 0.641 or 64.1%. 3) Obtained Pvalue (sign) <0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between Standard Operating Procedure (X1) and Reward (X2) on the increase in Employees (Y) of 0.693 or 69.3%. Thus it can be said that: simultaneously SOPs have influence and costs that affect employees.

This research aimed to improve students’ speaking skill in English lesson through Action Learning Strategy. This research was conducted by using pre-experimental design. The subject of this research was XI IPA grade of SMAN Khusus Olahraga consisted of 12 students. This school using K13 as their curriculum and the KKM score was 70. The data was gathered through pre-test and post-test. The result of this research showed that there was increasing of students in speaking skill. The mean of pretest was 67,1 and the mean of 72,7. It indicated that the score of posttests was better than pretest. In the pretest, most of students got scores under 70 which below the KKM score but in the posttest their scores grew up above the KKM. The t-count scores (9,66) also higher than t-table (1,76). So the conclusion is the students’ speaking skill improved and became well when the Action Learning Strategy was implied in English lesson.

The aims of this study were: (1) Class VIII-1 students' learning activities at SMP Negeri 10 Depok in applying the Non-Directive Method using Map Media. (2) student learning outcomes of class VIIII in applying the non-directive method using map media. The subjects in this study were 38 class VIII-1 students of SMP Negeri 10 Depok. Data collection techniques used direct and indirect communication, the data collection tool in this study used observation and test sheets. The tests used are in accordance with the achieved curriculum objectives and are taken from textbooks for class VIII SMP Negeri 10 Depok. To collect research data using worksheets and post tests. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle has stages - the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in students' learning abilities with student mastery reaching 35.18% then increasing in cycle I to 46.22%. From the results of the research, it can be seen also the increase in students' learning abilities with worksheets in cycles. 1. the level of student completeness reached 69.44% then increased in cycle II to 94.44%. Research aims to improve dribbling skills in North Maluku Special High School Sports and find out whether the running with the ball training method can increase the dribbling speed of North Maluku Sports Special High School student in soccer games. This type of research is classroom action research (action research). The population in this study was class XI student with 11 students. The method in this study used classroom action research methods, such as Pre-Tes, Ciyle I Tes and Cycle II Test. From the results of the study, it was shown that the practice of the running with the ball method was able to improve student learning outcomes for class XI SMA Negeri Special Sport North Maluku, academic Year 2022/2023. The increase in student learning outcomes can be seen from the learning outcomes achieved though the procision of tests, such as Pre-Tes, Cycle I Tes and Cycle II Test. In the learning process in the Pre-Tes with 11 students, 2 students or (18,18%) in the learning process in the first cycle the number of students who completed 6 or (54,54%) In the second cycle learning process the number of stdents who completed as many as 10 people or (90,90%).

This Research Aims To Know The Use Of Interactive Multimedia Based On Autoplay Media Studio Against Student Learning Outcomes of Class XI SMA Negeri 8 Tikep on Fluid Concepts. The type of research used is experimental research with a pretest - posttest control group design . This research was carried out in class XI students of SMA Negeri 8 Tikep which totaled 47 students spread over 2 classes and the sample in this study were students of class XI IPA 1 (as an experimental class) and class IPA 2 (as a control class). Collecting data in this study is by using a test in the form of a description. The results obtained by the average student learning outcomes increased. The average post-test results using the use of interactive multimedia (MMI) Autoplay Media Studio Model drill and practice in the experimental class was 79.56 while using the powerpoint media lecture method in the control class the average value was 58.90. The results of the analysis of hypothesis testing using the independent test Sample T_test assisted by SPSS 21.0 obtained t_count of 3.742 > t_table value of 2.014 so that H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted which means there is an increase in learning outcomes using Interactive Multimedia based on Autoplay media studio drill and practice models

The formulation of the problem in this study is: "Is the jigsaw type learning model able to improve student learning outcomes in social studies subject in class V SD Inpres Wailan. The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in social studies subject in class V SD Inpres Wailan while the benefits of this research are: (1) for students it can foster student learning motivation in the social studies learning process; (2) for teachers to improve the skills of teachers in managing the learning process; (3) for schools it can be used as reference material to improve the quality of learning in schools. The subjects of this study were teachers and fifth grade students of SD Inpres Wailan for the 2019/2020 academic year with a total of 16 students consisting of 6 female students and 10 male students. The implementation of the action follows the classroom action research procedure, namely planning, implementing the action, observing and evaluating the action, and reflecting. The technique of collecting data in this research is by observing and testing. The data in this study were analyzed by calculating the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes achieved by students classically. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles which were carried out by applying the jigsaw type cooperative learning model to improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class V SD Inpres Wailan, there was an increase. From the results of the study, in the first cycle of 16 students achieved an average score of 64.68%. Because in cycle I the KKM was not achieved in this study, it was continued in cycle II. In the implementation of cycle II there was an increase of 16 students with an average value of 91.25%. So it can be concluded that the use of the jigsaw learning model can improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class V SD Inpres Wailan.

Independence is an individual's ability to manage himself and not depend on parents. The growth and development of the child's personality, especially independence, is influenced by the parenting style applied in the family. Appropriate parenting will increase children's independence and vice versa. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between parenting style and the level of physical independence of children at preschool age (4-6 years) at GMIM Eben Haezar Kaaten Kindergarten. This type of research is Correlational Analytical, with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were 25 student respondents at GMIM Eben Haezar Kaaten Kindergarten. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The statistical test used in this study is Chi Square with α 0.05. The results of this study show that the level of physical independence is in the less independent category (64%) with permissive parenting (48%) and authoritarian parenting (16%). Chi Square analysis results obtained ρ value = 0.000 <α = 0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between parenting and the level of physical independence of children at preschool age (4-6 years) at GMIM Eben Haezar Kaaten Kindergarten with a closeness relationship of 0.707, which means a close relationship categorized as strong. From the results of research, parents are able to apply proper parenting to their children so that they can increase physical independence in children.

Nutrition is an important element in the process of growth and development of children. Teachers' knowledge about nutrition is one of the tasks to fulfill their competence as a teacher. The purpose of this study was to describe teachers' knowledge of child nutrition in early childhood education. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study show that the average percentage of teacher knowledge about child nutrition in early childhood education is 50%, meaning that teachers must continue to increase their knowledge of child nutrition in early childhood education. Both knowledge about children's nutritional needs, nutrition in early childhood education, and nutrition in the implementation of learning must continue to be improved even though teachers' knowledge of nutrition in early childhood education has reached 100%.
